If cheap is what you are looking for, look no further. However if you want to sleep in a place that you're not afraid drug deals are going down, this is not for you. Lots of random noise and people hanging around outside of our room at all hours of the night. This is not someplace I'd bring the family for a week's vacation, but for an overnight stay it was OK.

I stayed for two nights over labor day weekend. Checkin was at 4:00 and I arrived at 11:30. They said i could get in my room at 1:00 and i was happy with that. Also, originally i had to take a smoking room and they were able to change it to non smoking. Very close (across the street) from the beach and 3 streets from the concert i was attending on 31st st. Only problem i had was when i was checking out, early in the a.m., no one was at the desk and there was no drop box. I guess next time i should leave my room keys in the room when that happens. Overall, satisfied with the trip!

Continental breakfast was real bad and I bought my coffee and breakfast rolls from seven-eleven around the corner. Finally, I had to check out two days early because of the condition of this place.

I had to go and get towels and cleaning supplies by myself. there wasn't anything called room service.

We stayed here over sand soccer weekend. The condition of the room and pool was satisfactory for the price, and the location to where we needed to be was great. The problem was that the walls are paper thin, and our neighbors yelled and screamed all night for both nights until about 4:30 am. The second night it was an argument with profanity and everything. I finally called the police after 1 hour of nothing but screaming and curse words (my 10 year old was there), but it didn't stop after they left. The hotel does not have night staff so we were stuck listening to it until it stopped. So needless to say I was a little sleep deprived and grouchy when I left. I probably would not stay at this hotel again, I value my sleep:)

Very clean and looks like it was just renevated. Everything in the room looks brand new. Comes with a fridge and complimentary coffee and coffemaker. I didn't try the breakfast or anything because I left before it was ready. The staff is excellent. Very family oriented. I arrived my first night out of three at around 1am and had to go to their other branch about 4 blocks away and they were waiting with my key and a smile.

This hotel is great for just a quick getaway to the beach. You are right on the strip and close to the highway. Its nothing fancy or that great if you want to spend some time in your hotel, but just enough to relax from the hustle and bustle of daily life. My biggest complaint would be the noise level that can be heard through the walls which is typical of these cheaper hotels.

Staff was very polite and promptly responded to any reasonable requests we had. This is not a new hotel, but sufficed as well as a new hotel of same price would've. The only negative I had was; they could've used some new carpeting in the room. We would stay here again.

The room was comfortable. The rate was the lowest on the beach. The whole motel needs painting, it is not a new facility. Complimentary breakfast is the minimum. Staff were friendly. If you need luxury, amenities, double sheeted beds, four pillows per bed, a large breakfast, ocean view, this is not the place for you. If you are working or are on a budget, consider it.

I expected much better from Travelodge from having stayed with them at other locations in other states.... there was no vent fan in the bathroom, hard uncomfortable beds, they advertise a "continental breakfast" that consists of mini donuts, two dry cereal dispensers, and a small coffee maker.... it a small walk in lobby that has no sitting area, and is only about 6 ft by 10 ft if that.... and on the day I checked out, the desk clerk had parked her minivan in the drive of the hotel, blocking access to the street. As I was getting ready to pull out after checking out, she came out to her vehicle, I thought to perhaps move it. However, she got in, rummaged through her belongings, got out, and walked back to the lobby door.... looked at me, and told me that "there is enough room for you to get past".... I barely cleared the vending machine on one side by about 1.5 inches, and her van by about 2 inches... she should not have left her personal vehicle blocking the drive to Atlantic Ave.

Quaint hotel at a bargain price! The staff and front desk personel were very friendly, polite and accomodating as much as they could. However, the heat in both rooms stopped working in the middle of the night during the coldest time of the year (late January) and after multiple attempts to fix it they finally moved us to different rooms by upgrading us at no charge. But even then, the water in the showers would alternate from hot to cold abruptly. If it were Summer I'd definitely recommend this hotel for the price but during the winter, just be aware because, you do get what you pay for!

We didnt have alot of money so this was the hotel we chose. I can say the room was fabulous. Only a few things such as a door knob on the bathroom being broken and the people above us being extremely loud at 2 am was our only problems with this hotel. All the positive things: great location, it was right next to some shops and right across from the beach. Friendly service at the front desk. Good little breakfast nook in lobby in the morning. The greatest thing was that they put us were nobody ( except the people upstairs) was around. That way my 2 yr old son was able to be loud without bothering anyone.
