room was nice, bathroom a little too small. Breakfast area is way too small and breakfast items leave a lot to be desired. Went and ate breakfast out both days we were there. There were several sports teams staying and the breakfast area was no where near big enough to accommodate people.

Room was warm, clean and neat. Heater was very loud even on low fan and there was some mold around the bottom of the tub surround caulking. Lower level hallway smelled of cigerette smoke probably from people smoking in the rear stairwell since I stayed in Feb.

This hotel was clean and comfortable.All staff that we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. Although we were hoping for a hot tub, we... did use the pool and enjoyed it. I'm not sure how the breakfast is as we slept in and missed it. The hotel is conveniently located. It is near the freeway so easy to find. Also, it is close to many eating establishments. On my third and final night the heating/cooling unit kept making clicking noises. I shut it off but the noises persisted. So I did not get a good night's sleep that night. The carpet felt "wet".

After driving all day, we ready to stop when we got to the hotel. The room and facilities were nice and clean. However, there was only an indoor pool, no hot tub, If you need a hot tub to relax, you won't find it here. Good breaakfat though.
