The staffs are very friendly. My car key got locked out in a room and the staff was there to help me in less than a minute. Spacious room, clean, and close to El Medano (15 minutes walk). Room has only 2 double beds.

We were pleased with the service and locatiOn of the hotel. We had a good stay and the staff (front desk & maid) were awesome. The breakfast was good (fresh fruit, juice, toast and coffee served by the waiters) the restaurant staff was ok not extremely nice but kind of just there, being more proactive would help their cause. The bathroom periodically had a weird smell and the shower had a tub that was high off the floor which made it a bit difficult for my pregnant wife to get into but it wasn't a big deal for us. The location was excellent and for the price even better. The hotel is located towards the end of the hotel zone. We walked back every time and the last 3 small blocks didn't have much public traffic. You can walk to the hearth of the city (about 10 minutes) or to the beach were everything happens (8 minutes). I wouldn't recommend the all inclusive since the restaurant is small and not a lot of variety and not worth the price. The pool was small And quiet and ok to hang out for a few hours but the beach is so close that we didn't even use it. I think overall we liked the hotel and we had a good time. Will definetely go back. Another advantage is that you're right on the main blvd (Lazaro Cardenas) and u can take the bus for 35 pesos that takes you to and from the airport. I only recommend this if you travel light with luggage since lots of locals use the bus. Read more

If you are looking for a lower price place close to the tourist part of town this is a good place to stay. Walls are a little thin and get an upstairs room. I was concerned about the street noise so I brought ear plugs to wear at night. But I didn't need them. The hotel is situated so that the rooms are buffered by the common areas. It is a short walk to the marina and Puerta Paraiso. Quite a pleasant surprise! And great value!

My stay was overall good. This is more an aparthotel (or motel, but higher standards than a regular motel) than a real hotel. ELSA at the reception was VERY KIND and HELPFUL. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was poor, 4 slices of bread with jam and butter, coffee or tea and some fruit. And it is not self service. I was quite disappointed by the "paperwork". With the all inclusive package we had great foods and drinks at every meal and could not work thru everything on the menu in our time there. We took the all inclusive option and it was the best buy we've ever made for the money. We also stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose. It is better but at more than twice the cost, not twice as good. It has a DEEP tub that is great for soaking, but it does take at least 30 minutes to fill. You should either have a car, or figure on a few taxi rides to town.

The hotel is not in a central location, although we did walk to to marina for dinner. The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. Breakfast was nothing special and the hostess wasn't very accommodating and nothing seemed clean. There was some garbage and cigarette butts around the pool area.
