Best Western Knoxville Suites - Knoxville

Very clean feeling walking in, room was exceptional. We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper area. The room was very quiet, we only heard the folks next to us- one time. They had at least 42 LCD TV in the room--- very very uncommon. The breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel on our way to visit our children in another state because every room (suite) is beautifully furnished, clean, so affordable, and convenient to interstate. Also many great restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay, but was a little disappointed with the indoor pool. The water was not that warm at all, which was a bummer for my kiddo's. It didn't stop them from jumping in on the first night, but needless to say, they did not stay in very long. Very friendly staff and very clean! I would stay there again.

The hotel was a good deal for the price. The rooms were comfy, clean, and fairly sizable (we stayed in a king bed suite). The location was about 4 miles outside of downtown Knoxville, but was close enough to the freeway that it was easy to get to. Pleasantly surprised! I have never stayed at A Best Western, but since I got such a good deal through Hotels.com, I decided to try it. Room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was plenty! Location was great, lots of restaurant around the hotel.

i love the hotel. nice and clean decor lovely i felt very spoiled to other hotels. everything that we ask for was given. the breakfast they had in the mornings was awesome. the only problem the bed were a little hard for me. but otherwise well worth the price. beautiful hotel would stay there again 100%.

We had to make an emergency trip for my father-in-law in the hospital. This hotel was not only close to the hospital, but it was also close to several restaurants and next to a grocery store, which was quite convenient. The rooms are up to date, but hallways were not. There was a musty looking fish tank when you walk in with dirty water that looks like […] it hasn't been maintained. The pool was incredibly cold while the deck area was equally sweltering. The free breakfast was adequate but not great... their neighbor advertised the best free breakfast in town, which I wanted to try instead. We never slept a wink because we were forever trying to find a comfortable position on the pillows. The pillows are no larger than a decorative pillow that you would place on your sofa. I was at a nice best western and went on line to ad more days and somehow I was put in a different hotel at a different Best Western then when the new Best Western was called they basically said if i changed my reservation they would still charge me for being there since I made the reservation on same day as I was to be there so i had to pack up real […] quick and move to another one. the new one was not around anything convenient and was being remodeled for carpet was a mess and nother convenient was around so now I can spend a ton of gas to find stuff when the first one was 60 foot from a grocery store, and anything else that you would need. I am discusted and will never stay at one of these again and I travel all the time, I will warn my friends and business associates know how terrible my stay was. Read more

We booked here to go to Tennessee/ Alabama game. The room was very clean, comfy beds. The room was a little more expensive that I thought it should have been. (Raised prices for such a big game.) It was about $30 cheaper two months before the game. And I only booked a month in advance. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.

Large rooms with nice layout and decor. The AM service at the breakfast bar - not bad, but could improve. Not real attentive to guests. Coffee was not ready and had to be made (645AM). The bed creaked, needs box spring, but was comfortable. Great deal for the price and they accept dogs.

We usually find a hotel downtown and pay a little extra for the amenities and to be closer to the activities. This time there were no rooms available, so we had to find another. We were pleasantly surprised for a number of reasons and will not hesitate to stay at this Best Western the next time we are in knoxville.
