The location was outstanding. Walk accross the street to the beach and relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room had some to be desired. We wanted a Seawall Hotel for our last night and this location was ideal. The hotel itself is a bit well used and the balcony, which all rooms have, was a bit dirty, however it suited us fine. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was fine for us heading to the airport and back home.

The motel is well located but somewhat difficult to turn into from a busy Seawall Blvd. The rear elevator has a "wet dog smell"--due to the general use of that elevator for folks coming in from the beach--removing the carpet in it might help to remedy the smell of soggy feet! The hotel room was very clean although there was a slight odor to it, but that disappeared after I turned on the AC. There was also some kind of stain on the bedspread on both of the beds, but I did not sleep under those. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest going somewhere else or asking to be on the top floor. The walls and floors were paper […] thin, so you could hear everything. I was on the second floor and I could actually hear the guy above me in his bed. Every time he got up or turned over, there was a bunch of squeaking from his mattress. We stayed here at the last minute. It had an indoor pool and it was on the beach. When we walked in to the lobby, it was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They served a good breakfast in the morning. Our room was good. Every room had a balcony that was angled toward the ocean. But the carpet need to be updated throughout the whole […] hotel, which brings down the appearance. The pool was clean, although the spa was out of order, and around the pool could be renewed. Everything was great - indoor heated pool, breakfast, the staff, the rooom, the location and the value. The exercise room wasn't that great, but walks on the beach across the street made up for it. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was really surprised on how much i loved my stay! The room was big and spacious. Very clean, no funny smells or bugs. The cleaning ladies were really nice and helpful. I loved the heated pool! I spent so much time on it, and my husband enjoyed the hot tub! Breakfast was really good, I just wish they had some type of bacon or sausage for the biscuits […] and eggs. The internet was nice, sometimes it would be a little slow but nothing to go crazy over. For the price, i really enjoyed this hotel. My only dislike was the smell inside the elevators, it had this damp metal smell, if that makes any sense, and the front elevator was super slow, but the one in the back was very quick! This was a great hotel for our family vacation. We stayed there for four days and it was splendid. I love the balcony they seem to have for every room, you just open it up to smell that fresh ocean air! And the swimming pool they have is heated which is just perfect for the occasional chilly morning. So our 3 day getaway was ok. When we checked into our FIRST room, there was hair on the pillows and a black sticky stain on the sheets and a cigarette burn hole in the orange cover ontop and stains on the lamp shades. RM515 so then we got to change rooms RM215 which was way better, but there was a cluster of hair on the side of the bath tub.

This hotel has really gone down, the elevator takes long to open, the carpet is filthy, the pool and jacuzzi was dirty the hotel reeks of dog urine and dogs barked all night and there's evidence of drug activity from all the traffic and slamming of hotel doors all night long, not a safe place to stay I won't be back.

We enjoyed our stay and the bed my husband and I slept in was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the location was great. The only negative was the fold-out that our daughter and her husband slept on. It wasn't in the best shape and wasn't very comfortable for them. Other than that, our stay was great and we would stay there again.

The hotel and room was very good for a beach front. Not as beat up as most. The pool was old but clean, indoor and heated. Nice hot tub. Convenient elevators from parking area. Some covered spaces, ample open parking, Both free. All rooms have nice balcony but gulf view limited. Breakfast was meager but area clean and comfortable.
