I was really impressed with location and suite hotel,I would stay here again when traveling to South Florida,no matter how many times I bugged the front desk staff they where always helpful

The room was nice and clean. Only the smell wasn't good. The hotel was clean, nice and the breakfast was good. The hotel staff was not willingly to give directions to malls or other stores.

smell of the elevatoron 2nd floor was terrible. And, that was best best part of the hotel. just cant stay at places with bugs in the rooms.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Our first night we were given a room that had garbage left in the cupboards. Once we told the staff they were very accommodating and changed the room right away. My daughter really enjoyed the hotel, most days she didn't want to leave. It was located near five different shopping plazas, with two Publix stores […] and a Super Target in the nearby vicinity. The room had adequate space and the appliances looked newer, although I only used the refrigerator (clean). The rest of the room was dingy and smelled like mildew. The couch was old and stained in several places and the bed was awful. The bed had little support and it was like getting out of a hole each morning. We were situated on the main floor, upon entering the room we were hit with an extremely strong smell of must/mildew. It remained the entire stay. The linens themselves aren't bad, however the bed spread and blanket provided look ancient as does the room. Very outdated, and the t.v. must have been 20 years old. The pool area has approximately 2 feet […] of sun available to you in you get there in the morning, the rest of the area is shade as a result of the where the building is located. Needless to say, don't rely on the pool to establish a nice sun tan. The chairs and tables in the pool area were not clean our entire stay. The doors leading out to the parking area banged closed every time someone entered our exited the building so we heard that throughout the night, as well, the plumbing sounded like it was going right through our room, very disruptive. The one good thing about our stay, was the free breakfast offered in the morning. It had a nice variety of hold and cold food. We felt safe in the area, but other then that there is nothing to bring us back there. Read more
