The hotel was nice, service was great, and it was super quiet. Bed were comfy too. If you are wanting to walk to any of the Niagara Falls attractions this hotel is super close to it all. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. I did not think the hotel staff was very nice. Since room was paid for prior to coming to the hotel they should not have ask for a credit card.

Room was good. Very close to the Niagara Water Falls. But some how we ended up in a room with "Accessible bathroom". There were 3 rooms booked. So that may be the reason. Any way we got all the 3 rooms on same floor. But the shower in all three rooms was a mess. I don't know whether it is by design or not. The floor slop of the accessible shower room […] is in one direction and the drain hole is in the opposite end. So when you hit the shower within 1 minute you got water all over the floor. Right in the heart of sight seeing of attractions. This hotel was fantastic! Express check in and out. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. This place is close to the falls and i guess that is the only reason for high price. But the place looks moderate and not worth for the money you pay. If you ready to pay more, i would suggest book a star hotel which gives you a luxury feeling. This is a total waste of money guys. True story.

Being that it was the off season we couldn't enjoy the pool, but we can't fault the hotel for that. Our room was located in part of the hotel that was older than the rest and did not look very nice. The room was in good shape though. Our room was right by an outside exit on the backside of the hotel. It was unlocked at all hours. Being security minded […] I would like for the hotel to look into making that door accessible by room key only to keep out any wanted guest from walking into a part of the hotel that isn't the main lobby. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the areas attractions. The room was average, it needed some TLC - there must have been a border in the shower that was taken down and not replaced so there was a glue path left from where it had been which had collected dust. The elevator didn't work properly one night and we ended up in […] the basement which was quite scary. We waited at the hostess station to be seated for breakfast for about 10 minutes with a line forming behind us before a rude hostess took us to the table, through the menus on the table and said "there you go" and walked away. The waitress more than made up for the hostesses rudeness - she was attentive and right there when you needed anything. We had a nice view of the river to the falls. Hotel location was perfect for trip to Niagara Falls. But two disappointments were, 1) Pool was closed for painting, without any notice when booking this location. Two main points when booking a winter getaway is location to attractions and an indoor pool. This property had an agreement with another hotel to use their pool. This hotel was average. Showed some signs of wear. Had a nice restaurant and pool. The best part about this hotel is the location, 1 block from the falls and goat island. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area, (the falls and state park, casino, hard rock cafe, bars, aquarium, Fort Niagara, Canada) which makes for a nice weekend getaway.

Staff was wonderful, very nice, professional and checkin was a breeze. We ate breakfast in the hotel, the meals was fair, not great, but again staff was excellent. WiFi was free that's was a bonus, I felt like they weren't trying to nickel and dime you. I liked that the casino was close by, fun for the cold nights.

From the time of check in I was very discouraged and wish I could have cancelled without loosing my money, I have saved for a long time to take my children here and to find out the jaccuzzi advertised on line is no longer in the hotel, no sauna, the pool area was feezing and not very accessably for my 3 year old with the old style ladders to enter and […] exit. Our room was not of cleanliness, with brown stains on the bedding, toilet clogging and no fans in the bathroom for ventilation. Not to mention when I booked i was told breakfast for all guests (4) would be covered, very snotty customer service, no one was very friendly around the hotel at all. When I asked about the heat in the pool room the girl working looked at me like i had 3 heads, it was cold as well as the water in the pool. Rooms were very nice however the bathroom was very small, tight space. The toilet needed to be replaced and shower curtain as well. For just an overnight it was a good room for the price though.

The hotel was very clean & staff very friendly & helpful! However the room was pretty small. Also, only one of the elevators was working for the whole weekend. That was very inconvenient. There were several youth hockey teams staying there & the kids were up & down the elevators all weekend, so you could wait up to 10 minutes for a elevator. The stairs […] were an option, but when you got down to the first floor, the door took you outside & you had to walk around the building to get back in. It was 13 degrees & going down to the pool, you don't have winter clothes on, so that wasn't pleasant! My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool & the restaurant was great! I would stay there again, but would reserve a suite (for more room) and I would double check to see if there were going to be any teams on the same weekend. niagara is a small town, the hotel is located close to the falls. The rooms are comfortable, and you can adjust the fan/temperature. There is no falls view, much to my disappointment. The sleep and bathroom were comfortable. The service could have been better, i asked for milk/creamer for the coffee maker in the room as there was none, the waitress […] said they will send some one with it, 1hr later no milk yet! so i left, went to the dowstairs restaurant called peppertree, breakfast was ok (nothing exceptional, standard bacon/pan cakes etc). I got a little mixed up as to which hotel I had stayed at previously (turned out that it's closed.) I picked this Hotel because it seemed to be the location I remembered. What a lucky mistake - this Holiday was nearly perfect. I regretted having to pay extra to have a microwave in my room (only used one time for one minute - sorry I ordered it up.) […] The other negative was that breakfast of any kind was not included in the price (and prices for the restaurant were exhorbitant for the average traveler, imo.) When I booked the hotel, I pay extra to include the breakfast to the room. By the check in then I found out the breakfast were only for two adults and toddler free. But, we have four adults in the room and it was indicated at booking. So, I was a bit shock to find out that we still have to pay for breakfast. That was a bit disappointed. Other than that, […] everything else was great. The location of the hotel cannot be any better. It was close to the fall and close to casino which we enjoy a lot at night. Everything is fine;however I felt the condition of Hotel building was little bit old. Overall evaluation of the hotel was pretty good. If I had change to stay in Niagara falls, NY, I would like to stay Other Hotel, especially Canadian Part. Do not visit Niagara falls in winter because Maid of the mist is nomally closed during these days.
