"Great hotel"

Al Marooj does a great job when it comes to Customer Service. I've been there several times and they always remember me. They go out of their way from the door men, to the reception to the room service. The deals during the summer time at the hotel are excellent and well worth it. Its very central to virtually anything you want to do so from a business or pleasure perspective its great. The Double Decker pub is great as well.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel quality . If you are not on business , this hotel is not recommended . It was very difficult to get to the hotel due to road projects . The staff were very friendly but not able to give good dirctions to other places . Room was very small and had to change rooms because of the bad view and water leak and smoking room to non smoking room . NOT great for the money.

The location is superb - outside the central part of Dubai, but close enough to get everywhere quickly. Staff were great and the room was one of the nicest I have been in. I will definitely stay there again the next time I have a reason to go to Dubai.

Have stayed at the Al Murooj 3-4 times; always very good rooms and facilities.The food in the restaurants is fine; the location between the Airport, city and access to Internet City,Media City area is convenient enough for all. Some building work going on around affects the ambience at present, but once you are inside its fine. The business lounge area is convenient, for a small premium.

Nu er det altid svært at bedømme hoteller i Dubai, da standarden og dermed ens forventninger som regel er ualmindelig høje. Al Murooj - Rotana er et ganske udemærket hotel med en OK placering ifht. Sheikh Zaeyd, hvor de fleste internationale kontorer er placeret. Alt i alt er fint hotel, hvor jeg ikke ville tøve med at komme igen!
