If you are looking for a nice, clean hotel room for a great price then this hotel is for you. We drove to Brooklyn to visit a family member, hotel is right off the LIE. Took shuttle bus for two minute drive to subway station to go into Manhattan, very convenient. No in-room movies or extras but who needs them when you have the greatest city in the world ten minutes away by subway. The only inconvenience, and it was major, was that I gave my debit card upon check-in as requested, but there is no room service or movies to rent. When I checked out the staff billed my card for three nights even though I paid in full with Hotels.com previous to check-in. I was livid when I checked my account online. Luckily, hotels.com compensated me for the loss via hotel vouchers. I did recover the money when I called the hotel, it took seven business days. Thankfully my bank refunded the overdraft fees after an explanation that it was not my fault the hotel screwed up. Hotels.com made it all better, I will continue to use Hotels.com in the future!

Adequate facilities for the price. We were in a non-smoking room, but the hallway smelled of smoke and our room smelled when the air-conditioning fan was not on. The refrigerator in our room did not work and was not taken care of until we had asked three times, at which time we were about to leave. We stayed four days and would have liked to use the refrigerator. Continental breakfast every morning was very good. However, although there were enough tables for the guests, there were not enough chairs to go with the tables.

This was a good deal- comfortable, clean, and free parking. The continental breakfast was so-so. Service was good, friendly staff. Overlooked Mt. Zion Cemetery, so it was peaceful :-) Bed was noisy. The room was good for the money. Subway was a distance away, although there was a shuttle available to take you to and from the train. We ended up driving into Manhattan.

This hotel is a decent place to stay for a reasonable price. The hotel was clean, and the continental breakfast was delightful to the belly -- far above average for these types of offerings. The beds are old and "very "springy" which harms intimate moments. But for the price, the hotel was overall OK. The location? -- Well, its Queens, so its not good. This hotel is not close to a subway stop. Luckily there is a very dependable hotel shuttle brining guests back and and forth from the subway.

Very clean and modern hotel, good breakfest which is nice at the start of the day. Downside is it's located right across the street from the Mt. Zion cemetary; sometimes outside you catch an odor that just makes you wonder. Located in semi-industrial/residential area and there are not alot of resturants in the neighborhood. O'Neills is up the street and within walking distance, good food and grog. Would defintely recommend this hotel.
