Great value. My wife and kids loved the indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location many places eat close by.

For the $, this has become my regular favorite place to stay overnight. It's close to the freeway, rooms are clean and for the price, you really can't beat having a kitchen, fridge, 2 tv's and a/c that works really well!

Pros: The suite has a kitchen and sofa and dinner table. Its not all that expensive a place to stay. Cons: Its tired, worn out and tacky looking.. not a place you would look to stay twice. Cigarette burns in the sheets, generally beaten up rooms.. the place needs a major renovation.

First I asked for an ADA compliant room and got put on the second level! When I opened the room the floor was filthy. I threw my children's socks away because they became pitch black. 2 day later I still can't get there feet clean. The couch had no mattress so the cushions sunk in and you couldn't sit on the couch. The TVs were broken and showed nothing […] but static. The shelving was broken and tacky looking. I received towels but no wash cloths. The stairs, breezeways balconies are completely filthy. The pool and spa were down for repairs and I still had to pay for full rate! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Read more

I have never seen a worst Internet at a hotel. You have to wait minutes before it loads and then every page loads for hours. If you are advertising some kind of service, please make sure that it is up to par with the average at other places.

The room was great very clean, exept for the eating utensils werent very clean and their breakfast was not so great, all they had was waffles and cereal. Overall it was great, the room and bathroom was very clean. I would stay there again.

Pool was closed for repair. The pool in the next door hotel was open for us to use. However it was cold and not clean.

We loved the big kitchen in the double suite...cooked dinner there several times. Simple waffle breakfast provided. No outdoor seating at all. we visited Bryce and Zion, along with the Grand Canyon, from here.

It was really only so-so. Everything about it seemed quite old. Cleanliness was borderline. It turned out to be a suite, however we did not need that, just an overnight stay as we were traveling. Not very friendly desk person. Will not stay here again.

It was really uncomfortable to stay at because it was so filthy! Our friends room had boogers on the wall next to the bed. Our fitted sheet kept coming off so you ended up sleeping on a plastic mattress cover. Just like the ones that I put on my kids beds when they were potty training. It crossed my mind that maybe the room had not actually been cleaned […] since the last occupant. I will NEVER recommend or stay there!!!!!! I didn't expect too much because of the price, but the service was poor, the heated pool wasn't heated, nor was the hot tub, and the breakfast was terrible. I can accept less quality with cleanliness, but this didn't have that either. I won't be staying there again, even for the price.

We just needed a place to sleep and it accomplished that goal. A fair price for what the stay was like. Biggest disappointment...the listed as heated, but the pool was just above freezing and the hot tub nothing more than a warm bath. Very convenient location. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Nice things: -Enough space for us: we had 2 queens and a pullout -Kitchen: great for our family to save money -Location: easy to get everywhere and many good restaurants in walking distance -Relatively clean Not nice things: -Reservation issues: we went with family friends and specifically requested rooms together before we went, the rooms were together, […] but when we got there our room had been changed to a 1 King room, which wouldn't work for our family. When I realized what happened I was able to get the correct number of beds but not able to get by our friends, the owners were very unfriendly and difficult to work with. -Spring Break: a lot of teenagers staying up to early hours of the morning -Hard Beds Overall it was a nice enough hotel and we would go there again on our next trip to St George. The front desk was very nice. They made you feel that your room was your room. Breakfast was second rate, after waiting 30 min. then asking for one more waffle mix, I was told sorry, it's 9:00. Breakfast is over. Pool is too hot even for a heated pool.

I like to stay here anytime we are in the area. Te rooms are perfect for a several day stay with little kitchenettes and the dishes to cook with. Te beds are comfortable and the price is always great. The breakfast is nothing specials, but personally I do not eat breakfast. I am sure for children it is a great breakfast.

The location was great. It's a very old hotel and definitely shows its age. It was nice to have the kitchen; but you sometimes need more than 1 cereal bowl or 2 forks. They changed out our linens and the bed was fairly comfortable.

If you like strange people hanging around all day out side your room, than this is your place. The neighborhood isn't terrible, but overall we didn't feel real safe here. Also, our towels had hairs on them. You get what you pay for.

We got 2 two queen suites. They were configured with a living room/kitchenette in the front, including a large sofa. The bedroom in the back was large with two beds, a lot of shelving, very small bathroom. The kitchen was great! full size fridge (well, a small full size), stove, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. Breakfast was good. Waffles, cereal, […] muffins, juice, milk, coffee. The only negative was the pillows were large, round boulders. I would have been more comfortable sleeping on my shoes. The neighborhood was full of fast food all in walking distance, but the inexpensive hotel attracted some very loud undesirables. The bedrooms were very quiet, having a living room to protect us from the street noise. Overall, for what I paid - only $109 total after tax for both rooms - I was really surprised and impressed. The service wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. The main guy spoke too fast. The place is old. The floors were greasy. The rooms smell like heavy cleaners. The pool house is dingy and dark. The hot tub is only lukewarm. We switched to a different hotel, this place was so bad. If you have more than $20 in your bank account, don't stay here.
