I was appalled at the strong smoke smell on the floor we stayed as well as the room. I was not asked if we wanted smoking or non-smoking and did not realize that we were being put into a smoking room. I had a hard time finding available rooms due to the recent hurricane and so many locals and utility workers staying there, so not many options!

From the time we checked in, the desk clerk was very personable and welcoming. The room was very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great. The only one suggestion is that there should be a small refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, we were very happy!

Would have been a lot better if our reserved room hadn't been given to someone else. We were stuck with our choice of 3 smoking rooms and having prepaid were stuck choosing one. We chose the least smokey but the elevator, the front lobby, the hallway all smelled horribly of smoke. Will not stay here again!!

very nice, but, could have better and closer exit instructions. going 1 exit north and then back down south for about 1 mile is a much closer exit. and no fighting traffic for 20 minutes going north from the dobbs ferry exit.

We wouldn't stay here again. We stayed here because it's close to our kids' summer camp. When we arrived, they said they didn't have our reservation. Then they found it. The man gives us the key, we go upstairs and get undressed because it's late, and the man from the front desk is knocking on our door saying we have to move and that he gave us the […] wrong room. We had to get dressed again, and go downstairs. After 10 minutes of waiting, he says "You can just have it. It's an upgrade but you can have it". No apology at all. Strange. Our window was stuck "open" the whole night. It was really not a good experience and I won't stay there again, although the breakfast was fine. Read more

This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good as well. The rooms were a little smaller than I thought so it was hard for everyone to squeeze into one room for a bachelorette party.

Easy Check-in. Clean and great smelling hallways, elevator and rooms! We booked a smoking room, but there were NO ASHTRAYS! I loved the fact that a breakfast was provided for guests in the AM for 3 Hours. And the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The tub a little narrow, but there is a safety bar to hold onto. King bed only available on smoking floor. When the elevator opened on the third floor the smell of cigarette smoke was terrible. When I came home I had to air out clothes, they smelled of smoke. A lot of kids at breakfast, very hard to make breakfast as kids were all over. The poor lady taken care of the food had a hard time trying to clean up..

Easy check-in, easy check-out. Hotel was nice, overall. The only odd thing was the sink/vanity located directly outside the bathroom instead of inside the bathroom.

Our room upon check in had not been cleaned. When we returned from a reception late that evening, the room was still not cleaned. The bedding was still on the floor, tv on, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. My sister's room had no towels in it and the odor was nasty. We deviced to stay in this hotel as it's close to a big outlet mall. As soon as I walked in, I found that the ceiling was open and wet floor. The guy named Sean who works there never said "hello" or "welcome" or even "bye". Entire hotel smell like wet dog. ripped blanket. washroom was bad shape. i won't stay in this hotel ever again.
