Place was exactly as expected. Pictures were accurate and staff was nice enough. Didn't have extra pillows on request. Really bad storm happened on last day and there was some water dripping into room from AC/heater.

Everything worked. The appliances weren't plugged in to save electricity, except for the TV, which I was fine with. There were no problems with the room. I love this hotel though because the guy working there at night (I've stayed twice and only seen the one guy) is super nice. This will be the hotel I stay at on all future paintball trips to Rome.
