"Great location and very convenient shuttle service"

If you are planning a trip to go shopping to sawgrass mills mall, this hotel is very well located, and the shuttle service is very convinient. It even drove us from and to the airport. Unfortunatelly, the room smelled like wet carpet and the cleaning service of the room was not the best. What you pay is what you get.

The room was awful! We could not stand the smell when we walked into the room. It smelled like a musty old basement. The room had not been remodeled in years and there were dead bugs on the bathroom floor. My teenage daughter was afraid to stay in the room. The mattresses were also old and very uncomfortable.

Hotel was much too expensive for quality & service received. We'd stayed there in the past a few times, but this will be our last stay. Wait lines were too long, we checked in for two nights, they only showed us for one, our doorkey had to be re-activated on 2nd day and had to wait in line for 30 min. to do so. Won't be back.

The room was never cleaned properly. The bed was so uncomfortable. They only gave you one little bar of soap. It called for a heated pool and it wasn't. At one point the fire alarm went off and no one responded that in itself tells alot. Had to constantly ask for items. Would not recommend this place ever and will never ever stay there again.

Visiting family for the holidays and found the motel to be better than expected. Clean and comfortable room, quiet setting, and friendly staff. Great value. Will be staying there again.

I looked at three rooms before actually staying at the Sawgrass Conference Center. Each room was modly smelling and dirty. The carpets were badly spotted and had a filthy appearance. Such as spots on the mirror and carpets that had not been vacummed. Totally disappointing. The only reason I stayed at all was because they refused to give me a refund. I would never recommend this facility for any reason. Overall it was dirty, smelly and the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it had been smoked in.

"Great value for Your Money"

I was satisfied with the service and the quality room that I got. I stayed with my family and they all had a blast especially with the convenience of shopping. Heads up to the shuttle drive, Michael. He was a very pleasant and ok guy, always willing to take us to where we want to go.

Det er et godt sted for en overnatning og ogsaa tilfredsstillende at morgenmaden var inkluderet. Undertegnede fandt det isaer godt at det var gratis traening i det lokale motionscenter inkluderet.
