Very nice hotel, excellent price and high quality amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym and pool which was closed because of the season. The only turn off is the street in front of the hotel, kind of run down but as soon as you walk into the lobby then you are in a different world.

At first glance this hotel is not in the best neighborhood, but move up the hill or walk a few blocks to the docks and you'll feel better. The staff is very helpful and the room is well worth the price. You'll never pay the extra for the breakfast and there are few options nearby, so have a granola bar and eat an early lunch. This hotel is not located in Puerto Madero, it is located in the Micro Centro, so the streets are very dark and empty at night. I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood at the end of the day. Even hotel staff recommended using a cab if going out at night. The neighborhood of Recoleta is much better for evening outings, much safer.

This was our first stop during our trip to Buenos Aires recently - a good location near many attractions, both for business/pleasure and various price points. Very safe area to walk around and find your way to other main attractions as well. Helpful staff - just a delayed response on a maintenance issue but otherwise great service

A real find at a great proce. The Location is within walking distance of almost all of the sightss in BA. The staff and rooms are fantastic and English is very acceptable. The hotel even has dual outlets in each room so that you can use it on the current of your choice. Very nice luxury hotel, centrally located. Big and comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Although it is in the downtown area, the rooms are very well isolated so there isn't noise at all even in the rooms facing the street. The hotel was fine albeit a little funky. It's a Bohemian style city so expectations cannot be too high. The room was a loft-style which in this case meant a bathroom upstairs. Don't book this one if you are at all unsteady.The breakfast was fine as was the cleanliness of the establishment.

I was impressed with the design of the hotel. The staff was quite friendly, although the service for a few things was a bit slow (e.g., checking in, getting a bottle opener delivered to the room). It also seemed like they made up the room in a hurry (e.g. only 1 cup in the bathroom for two people - it took us a few hours to find a couple more glasses […] in the mini-bar and before that we were sharing). Everything was very clean and well put together, however. Also, the breakfast was fantastic - lots of hot food to choose from, plus pastries, cold cuts, fresh fruit, and beverages. i stayed in what i thought was a highly rated hotel... i needed a place to work and make an international business call to the US... the hotel itself is very nice... before making my call, i requested pricing... i was quoted a rate for the call of AR$ 11 for the first 5 minutes... and AR$1 for each minute after... When I checked out, I was shocked […] to be presented with a bill for AR$2200 for the 90 minute call... I was informed that the rate I was quoted was for a different type of call, and that the bill was correct. No amount of conversation would get them to honor the price quoted... I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located close to many excellent restaurants, although there are some rundown areas nearby also. This may be true for much of BA however. The hotel itself was clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The fitness center was not up to date, but was acceptable.

This is a boutique luxury hotel with excellent service and accommodations located in central Buenos Aires. My only issue is that the breakfast buffet, while still plentiful, has been scaled back from my prior visits. Easy to recommend as a very good alternative to the large hotel chains.

Excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff. Could not fault it. The only disappointment was the beautiful hotel pool was closed. The sign indicated it was "out of season". However, mid March in Buenos Aires can still be quite hot and I would expect an outdoor pool could still be open.

Our expectations were exceeded by the helpful staff - they booked tours for us and an unforgettable tango evening. Even the porter took our side when the taxi tried to over charge us. Breakfasts were great. You will not go wrong with this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the Regal Pacific given that it was not overly expensive. It is a modern hotel, nicely appointed with large (by Argentinian standards), clean and comfortable rooms. Our king bed was comfortable and the linens were excellent quality. The hotel is on a small side street just off a major thoroughfare close […] to many prime sightseeing areas. The hotel is well sound proofed so no worries about traffic noise disturbing your sleep. Breakfast was very good...the buffet provides a good breakfast variety, even including smoked salmon to go with your eggs and bacon. The lobby staff generally speak English well and are very friendly and helpful. We stayed at half a dozen hotels in Argentina and this was certainly the best quality to price ratio of the lot. It was our first time in BA.The hotel is in the business area (sterile) but is close to ritzy (expensive) Puerto Madero. We are runners and so liked the Ecological Park close by. Hotel was amazing. Restaurant staff are rude and are not friendly. They will not let you just walk in for dinner even thou there were manny seats available in the dinning room. The food was not good in the small restaurant. Pool The pool was very dirty.
