Straight on Sunset with good sized rooms and a nice café right across the street.

it was a good location and nice clean rooms for the money. beds were a little hard though and they charged $9 for parking that wasn't listed ahead of time other than in the comments. Also, the day we went to check out, there was no front desk clerk until after 9 AM. other than that.. it was fine. the location was good and it was a decent clean room.

The location is good and the motel is easy to find on the Sunset Blvd. The room was decent size, the beds were decent. The small closet was not cleaned. The bathroom was small and nasty with mold and paint flaking off. We had a small fridge and a microwave in our room (i know not all rooms do). The staff was very nice and friendly so for the right price this motel is ok.

I enjoyed this hotel for the most part. The front desk night clerk was more friendly than the morning clerk. He helped me with directions. The tv channel choices were limited and the bathroom was a bit run down looking which made it seen a little on the dirty side but I don't think it was unclean. Although I didn't choose to walk up Sunset, I felt like I could have hit a lot of the touristy spots I wanted, so that made the location worth while. I would defninitely use this hotel again.

$10 for parking, Bathroom needed repair and pool was ice cold

Room is a bargain for the price. Great location with parking. Room needs to be renovated and upgraded. Carpet, bed and linens, furniture, TV and bathroom need replacing. AC worked well.

Good, simple and clean. Nice people at front desk, right in the middle of Sunset Blvd in Hollywood.

The Location of the hotel is nice. Theres a refregerator and microwave in the rooms which is a plus. It was clean. But at night there was a lot of noise. But I think over all it was well worth the money.

Only one mirror and it was in the bathroom.No outlets in the bathroom made things a little challenging since thats where the mirror is.Overall not to bad.

Our stay at this Econo Lodge Inn (West Hollywood) was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: We were charged for a computer connection that was not there. We were charged for a safe that we did not use. The guest computer was inoperative and was not fixed in the four days we were there. The Complimentary breakfast was supposed to be ready at 0700. It was usually fifteen to thirty minutes later than that. Desk clerk was not readily available most of the time.

Room and location were fine but the girl that works afternoon/nights was just downright rude and less than helpful! I asked for an extra trash bag and her response was "nothing I can do now that the maid is gone." I said, "No problem, I'll just use the floor!" I would not recommend staying there and will be choosing another place the next time I'm in town! Paul

We got an upstairs room and the room below our was rented to a group that had loud music playing all night long. We tried to call down to the front desk but found the in room phone was not plugged in. So at 2 oclock in the morning we finaly got fed up enough to make the trek back to the front office. Then the clerk acted like we had our nerve for waking him up.

Econo lodge is a cheap hotel for a reason... not much in the way of ammenities but definatley inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. Pretty decent location as the hotel is near several tourist spots but not close to any one spot. Will definatly be staying there again when i return..

The location is unbeatable. The motel is what you pay for. I got a bottom floor and I can hear people walking around on the top floors at whole night. Not indicated is that there is a charge for internet and parking.

THis was a nice place because it's location is by the Hollywood Blvd. Close to many stores. Connection to Wireless is free. Good cleaning services provided. The only thing this hotel didn't not offer was coffee in the morning which was a drag to get up and make coffee. For this price what else could you want.

We found the motel to be friendly and it served our needs! Our only complaint is that we had to pay to park in their parking lot. They had a computer in the lobby that we could use to look up directions, etc. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately the carpet was sticky. I knew this already from other reviews but I was trying to save money and did not stay elsewhere. It just made the room feel very dirty, and I could not walk on bare feet or socks. If it was not for this it would be ok. I was travelling by myself on the way through to else where so did not have to put up with for too long.

Clean, comfy, and nice sized. Wish I had a view of the harbor, though. It would have been beautiful at night!

It was not the greatest neighborhood to stay in. We were almost afraid to sleep because there was no lock in the bathroom window, people were milling around outside. The car that was parked next to us dinged our car door without so much as an acknowledgment or apology. It was mostly the location that turned us off more than anything. Maybe because it was a tourist rate, but we think we could have gotten a much better room for what we paid for.

The room was okay - on the plus side, the bed was plenty comfortable. On the downside, the carpet felt sticky on bare feet (yuck). The location is great for those Hollywood bound.

Expectations aren't very high when you choose a motel that's ~$100 less than others in the area. However, expecting an adequate bed and a shower seems reasonable. My only complaint about this place is that there was no hot water in the morning and the manager refused to compensate us for it. What else were we paying for if not just a bed and a shower?

This hotel was perfectly fine. it had a locked safe deposit box to put our valuables in and it was fine for a one night stay. I would suggest that people bring there own towels.

The hotel itself was not in that great of condition. For people looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you. If you want the opportunity to be close to many of the sight seeing things LA has to offer this is a fantastic hotel. We walked to the stars on the sidewalk, Kodak theatre. We were within 5 minutes of Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive and 10 minutes from the ocean. Worth the money because of location.

The people that worked at this hotel were great. The rooms, though, left something to be desired. There were barely any electrical outlets (two in the entire room), so anyone that needs to plug in stuff (computer/phone/hairdryer/etc) is out of luck. I didn't expect a whole lot before arriving, but I was still a little dissatisfied. If you are a single male, this hotel will work for you. But if you are a female that likes to do her hair, don't bother. There are no outlets near any mirrors.

We where very disappointed by this hotel. It was noisy, and the complementery breakfast was muffins and danishes. Not something you can start the day with. And parking was ten dollars a day!! The only positive about it was the room was clean. And the front desk did not provide any service. They could not give us any advise about anything.
