My Mom is VERY picky, she does not like to stay in hotels at all, but she loved this hotel! It was extremely clean, well decorated, bed was VERY... comfortable, breakfast was very good. We stayed with our daughter, my mother, and mother in law and everyone was very happy. Good location with restaurants nearby and a large Target store. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the location. Nice-sized room and bathroom. Only down side was the pool is small and (during spring break) was crowded with kids. I would suggest they have adult swim time later in evening.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Personnel were friendly and extremely accomodating during our stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. Totally enjoyable and relaxing.

I was very dis-satisfied that you did not disclose that the Hotel was under renovation. I was expecting a Cafe' in the hotel according to the site. The Cafe' was under constuction.

The only thing missin in this hotel room was a microwave. And the exhause fan wasnt working in the bathroom. Other then that it was quiet, and well maintained.

We do have refrigerators in all of our guest rooms. Our bathroom exhaust fans are controlled by roof top units and they are very quiet in the guest rooms, so we often have guests who think they are not working. But they are! Bath towels are stiff, coarse and rough on the skin. It would be nice if they are thicker and fluffier. How about replacing bar soaps for hand and body with liquid/gel soap? Automatic dispenser would be nice. More sanitary.

We chose this place because we wanted to do some Christmas shopping before going to the airport and catching an international flight. It was practically across the street from the mall and 12 miles from the airport. A lot of the shops were open early at 7 am, so we had plenty of time to shop and make it to our 4 pm flight. Very nice room and friendly staff. There are renovations going on right now so the pool was closed and there was a lot going on. Call ahead if swimming is on your agenda to make sure they're done working. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our room was very clean. There was some re-modeling going on but it didn't interfere with any anything we needed or where we needed to go. The hotel was easy to find.Over all, I was comfortable, I felt safe and the proce was vwery reasonable. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was in the middle of being remodeled so we couldnt sleep in or use the pool and hot tub. But on the up side...we stay here for our Christmas shopping every year and it is convenient to the shopping centers and the beds are extra comfy!!

We had 3 rooms for a group of 8 girls for a weekend of shopping. Hotel is being remodeled, but we encountered no noise or dirt, even as the room next to ours was one being remodeled. The hotel was great, the only thing is at first it was hard to see from the street. The bed was awesome. They could change the TV set up but since we shopped all day and were tired we didnt watch it much anyway. Overall a great place to stay. Will stay again.

We do have bottle openers at the front desk, but they are not in the guest rooms. For the price I paid on a Sunday it was disappointing. The pool was small, not very well kept and freezing cold. The hot tub was small but ok. Room was fine and hotel was quiet. If you are going with kids I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great. Access to WiFi, free parking, and impeccable conditioning and upkeep in the room. The only downside is that it is far from downtown, and on Friday night when we drove in it took over an hour to get into the city. It would have been even more difficult had we not rented a car. Our priority was visiting South Bend for a Notre Dame […] game but we spent some time in the city so it wasn't too bad.
