"Fantastic base for holiday"
Myself and my partner stayed for one week, we found the room was very basic but had everything we needed very big with ensuit and we had a balcony so spent some lovely evenings out there, the view wasn't great but was able to sit and relax. Was very close to the town and the beach and bus station- we got the open tour bus to Santa Christina beach as it was much quieter! Would say this is a great place to stay if you just want a base as there is no swimming pool but we didn't find this a problem. The only downsides were the breakfast being the same everyday- ham and cheese rolls, and it was a very touristy area and really we like the quiet life! However we had no trouble sleeping, would definitely recommend staying here its more of a bed and breakfast than a hostal so don't let that put you off!

We took a break here in early September so we probably missed the busiest time of year which others may have covered regards the numbers of people in the resort. The problem we had was when booking we were informed that the area and the apartments were wheelchair friendly. Half of this was true, I am a wheelchair user and the hill on which this apartment complex is situated is on what must be a 45 degree incline, it is unsuitable unless you have assistance, or can take a powered chair, it is simply too steep. However myself and my travel companion managed to overcome this, mainly because we are relatively young and possibly because we were adamant we would not pay the requested 75Euros for a powered chair to hire for 5 days. The apartment we were allocated did not have a walk in shower, luckily again, I have some mobility and could use the shower or bath with minimal assistance. That being said, the apartments were large, 2 single beds in the bedroom and a camp bed in the living area. The kitchen and living area were clean, there was a microwave, no kettle or toaster but we ate out anyways. There was a 100Euro deposit to pay and this was returned without even an inspection on our last day. There was some noise at nights but its a holiday resort, people are having fun ! The staff were friendly and tried their best to understand my questions in somewhat broken English. There is a nice Dutch owned bar at the entrance to the complex too. Within 5 minutes you are at the beach, although that is all downhill, so it is a slightly longer return journey. On the way to the beach are a lot of tourist related shops and a few bars and restaurants, the food is adequate rather than quality. However this is a holiday resort and you get what you expect to get. The beach was extremely clean and it was a very relaxed and subdued atmosphere, perhaps one or two of the shop owners were a little aggressive with their sales pitch but as it was almost season end , maybe they had stock to get rid of ;) All in all for a relatively cheap package holiday I was very pleased and would return to this resort without question,,,, but I will get a powered wheelchair next time, or go to the gym more often ;)

we arrived at the apartments at 1.30 in the morning after a transfer from hell that was suppose to take 1hr - 1hr 20 it took 4hours , when we arrived we were told we had to pay 100 euros tp stay we asked why ? they explained it in an aggressive manner it was for breakages we explained we did not have 100 euros at this time and no one had told us this at time of booking he told us it was the travel agents fault and we still had to pay , he said to sort it out in the morning . The following morning we were knocked up by a women saying we were needed at reception , my husband explained we would come to reception after breakfast she then knocked again 10 mins later saying you must come to reception now . We were then told if we didnt pay 100 euros in 20 minutes we would be thrown out! we had to pay and was left short with spending money as they wouldnt except credit card , as we were on a budget holiday it stopped us from doing things , Also no toaster or kettle as stated when booking are bedding was never changed and we were there10 nights we only got towels changed after 7days because we asked for them .

When we got there in the evening the receptionist was very kind. We had to pay a 100 € deposition, but we had read about and we got the money back so it wasn't a problem. Then we couldn't open the door, so the staff had to come and open it. The apartment was bigger and nicer than expected. It was very noisy at night, not the hotel but the surroundings, Lloret has a huge nightlife. Don't come here if you need your 10 h beautysleep. The hot water didn't run, and when went complaining to the staff a kind lady came and helped us. She was surprised about the problem but fixed it. The water was unpredictable, it switched from very hot to ice cold. The doorknob to the bedroom was very old and fell off a few times, but I was able to push it back, be careful. The bed was uncomfortable and very hard but OK, you get what you pay for. The hotel was really cheap. The room was very cold and we had to let the air conditioner blow warm air, it was very loud. But we are still pleased because it was so cheap, we didn't have high expectations.
"Not fot familys but nice and clean apartments."
We were very pleased with the size and how modern the apartments are. Would not recomend people with young children..very noisy all night even till 5am. Also had to walk through drunks and pubs after pubs to get to the beach and shops(fine if your a couple or groups)but not ideal with young children in prams! Felt a bit out of place at times. 100euro on arrivel..one group didnt get there money back due to hair being on the pillows!!!! Anyway would defo recomed to groups or couples.

This was hotel was in a great location with restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep, the beach was about a 10 minute walk. The apartment was exactly as advertised so no surprises was large spacious, clean, updated and just what we needed. I went with my partner and it was everything we needed. Yes we had to pay 100euro deposit but as we seen this on here it was no surprise, there was no problem getting the deposit back, the room was checked on our departure and everything was fine. The only thing about this hotel is there was no pool although it is not advertised with a pool. You have to keep the apartment clean yourself but that is not hard to do. Towels could have been changed but they weren't so tip - take a spare towel. This hotel was worth what we paid and just what we wanted. Was noisy at times but no more than expected people go on holiday to have fun I dont think this is something to moan about.

I just spent in the hotel 5 nights with 6 year old kid and my husband. On arrival they wanted 100 euros deposit that was ridiculous, on Sunday morning 7 o'clock we finished with 100 euros in our pocket. Anyway I would never recommended this hotel for families. The hotel was full of drank German teenagers, they started drinking at about 4 pm and finished at 5 am. we came tired and exhausted.

Just had a week at Santa Anna Apts with my 13 yr old granddaughter. Our apartment was HUGE !!! Very clean and well equipped, and slept well (even with noisy neighbours as we had earplugs !) Blonde lady on reception was very helpful and friendly (as were other staff), and they let us leave our cases with them for a few hours on checkout morning ( no charge). Tv only has Spanish channels (no surprise really !) but we enjoyed watching dubbed programmes anyway ! Had no problems with Santa Anna, but Lloret wasn't really our cup of tea---way too 'clubby' , and not too keen on shingle beach either. But overall we had a fantastic holiday, as the locals are very friendly, the restaurants are great, and the coastal walks are very enjoyable. Also try the horse riding at Ranch Mestres in Santa Susanna--it was the highlight of our week !
"Staff are Very Rude And will find a way to take your deposit!"
I stayed there June last year for 10 days. The staff are extremely unfriendly and rude! At one point they wouldn't let me back into my room because they said I wasn't staying there even though they had my passport! Among a long list of other things I was disappointed with, when it came to check out, they ran around the room looking for any reason they could to keep our deposit, reason found was wet towels! Avoid!!!

We have just come back from a weeks holiday at this hotel, I was really surprised at the size of the apartments and they were lovely and clean and bright. There was only two of us sharing one apartment and yet you could easily have fit in 4 people as there was a seperate bedroom with two single beds put together to make one double and also a double bed settee in the living room. All crockery and utensils were available, the only downside was there wasnt a kettle or a toaster but we used a pan and boiled water for our cups of tea.
