Bad Experience. Room was ok. Found out that beddings are changed every 7 days. Because they allow pets. The entire room stunk. I stayed in this chain before and it was good. This particular one is pretty nasty.

I asked for a none smoking room and when I walked into the room the stinch of smoke was throughout the room. I only stayed one night. The hotel grounds were clean. The young woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. At night the trounds were well lit. At the time of check in I requested that my sister and I be close together. I was informed that they were sold out and that they were sending guest to htere other properties. This properties was far from being sold out. they just didn't want to redo our paper work. Our room was very dirty. Hair on the bathroom sink, in the tub, on the floor. The cabinet […] under the bathroom sink I don't think has ever been wiped out. The kitchenette was very dirty. Everything was sticky. We had a lemon seed on our bed. Our sheets looked clean but our blanket and cover was dirty. We used our own blankets. Our room was either hot or cold. No hairdryer in room. You have to go to the front desk and ask for one. The furniture was covered in stains, you just didn't want to sit on it unless you covered it up. No ice machines. We will never stay at this property again. If you stay at this property take Lysol! Great business stay. Kitchenette stocked ok with dishes but bring your own soap, Desk with free wireless internet. 2 flatscreen tv's. Nice water pressure in shower. No elevator but only 2 floors. This is 2nd time I stayed here while attending convention and very worth the price.

My bf and I stayed for 3 nights. We were going to the Braves game, aquirum, coke factory, and six flags. The convenience was exactly as i googled mapped it. Our room was suit to our surprise. 2 bthrms so we each got our own bathrm. One bed that was enough room for us. Full kitchen,etc. We are satifised with our stay.

We did not really care for the room here.... it was drafty anI had a bad odor. I had to spray a lot of air freshner and after being in there for about 30 min...the refrigerator started leaking water onto the floor that we just covered with a towel and left it there to soak up the water. My fiance and I needed a place to stay for the weekend, since he was on leave from the Military. When we first got to the hotel to check in, there was nobody at the desk. There was a sign up that said "Assisting another guest, be back in less than 5 minutes." I thought ok, we had food in the car, but 5 mins was no big deal. 30 minutes later, no one […] had come back to the desk. I finally called the hotel to see if anyone would answer, and the person on the other end said they would be right back. 10 minutes later they came back to the desk. 40 minutes to check in is unacceptable. Especially since we went out and got food and ice cream, which was all ruined in the car while we waited to check in. The guy at the desk said he was the only one there and he had to go between a couple different properties. Why would you have ONE person working between MULTIPLE properties?! The room itself was decent. We have booked a Queen Suite, and there were only 2 thin pillows on the bed (one for each of us). We went to the front desk to ask for more, and the guy said he had ordered them and they were not in yet. It was the most uncomfortable night. I felt even more bad for my fiance who has to sleep in a bed on base that ruins his back, and he couldn't even get a good nights sleep somewhere we paid for. Other than those 2 things, I wouldn't say it's a bad hotel. It's in a good area, right next to 285/75 and there are plenty of places to dine and shop nearby. Read more

We arrived 40 minutes early and were able to check in early. The hotel clerk was nic. The room was ok. No odor but the bed makes a funny noise when you sit on it, as did the beds next door (we could hear through the wall). The bathroom could have used a thorough scrubbing but wasn't nasty. Four of out team stayed here and we had mixed experiences. Generally this is a tidy, clean place, outdoors is well tended and the location is quiet yet close to arterial routes. Two rooms were better than average, clean, comfortable and with the long stay facilities for cooking and keeping food. The hotel was very convenient for shopping and going to downtown Atlanta. The room was clean. It is a little dated but the price was quite reasonable for the location. The other hotels that I was interested in were twice the rate of this one and up. I would only stay here again if I were traveling with a male.
