I don't like that upon check in I was required to allow my driver license to be copied. With identity theft concers, I don't like that now there is piece of paper floating around the hotel front desk with vital information about me. Showing my license is all that's necessary!!

Towels look dirty suppose to be clean has holes. Only had 2 towels for 4 people that was staying . Room could be cleaner specially the carpet. It's expensive price for room received even with the discount.

It's a simple hotel with good service, excellent access to freeway, shopping, restaurants, newsstand, and a decent bar in the corner of the strip mall across the street. The pool is normally heated but on this trip it wasn't due to a repair. This was disappointing. Free wireless and parking though!

The bed was very comfortable. The front desk attendant was very friendly & accommodating. My only complaint is that the floors should be cleaned better and/or more frequently. My socks were very dirty shortly after taking my shoes off.

Hotel was not as nice as the pictures show. The surrondings were nice and it did offer a lot of easy access to resturants. Had trouble getting in and out of shower which is a bathtub because of an injured knee.

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast room was very clean and nice but a little small. Had to constantly say "excuse me" and squeeze between people to get breakfast. But everything else was great!

Best Western Woodland Hills has a great location. The staff both morning and evening were very friendly and helpfull. The room (standar King) was large and clean with a very large flat screen TV, couch, microwave and frig. I was happy as could be.

Great location, quick freeway access. I checked in @ around 9 pm on a weeknight, on crutches! The staff were awesome to assist me in getting my bag to my room and also offered to bring me breakfast so I didn't have to join a very crowded room on my crutches. My room was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

This was a very nice Hotel to stay at. Clean rooms, clean parking lot, clean pool, Very nice staff, nice surrounding area, KFC within walking distance, Cheese Cakes Factory less than 2 miles away, shopping all around. Its a pretty good place to stay. the rooms are good and well maintained. Please don't compare it to a Marriott, Sheraton or a Hilton. They provide free breakfast in the morning, which in these days is very difficult to get without paying an additional fee. It has free parking also, which is an added bonus around L.A. I stayed here on a vacation. It was fairly close to the Beverly Hills/Hollywood area and was in a decent neighborhood. I traveled alone but felt completely safe in this neighborhood. Very nice place to stay! Will make a note to stay there the next time I am in the area.

The area was really cool, but the room was not so clean. There were hairs on my bed. Kinda nasty! Parking space is limited so if you came late - let's hope you don't have to park on the street or nearby restaurant.

Bed very comfy, room well equipped, good sound proofing didn't hear road noise nor neighbors. Noisy air conditioner but not a big problem. Good location and room was good value. Lobby is too small, same with breakfast area. Be aware of computer use, settings are keeping the passwords. Rooms are small . Topanga canyon going to Santa Monica is dangerous if you don't know how to drive in mountains routes. Neighborhood is ok .

The hotel is located about 20mins from universal studios, Hollywood sign and Hollywood boulavard if you have a car and plan on driving to these locations. We went for a weekend vacation to LA. The service in general,breakfast was excellent. Also the location was very convinient close to the freeway and a good supermarket across the street.The room was pretty neat. It looks like a brand new hotel. We would be stay again.
