We've stayed in the historic district the last 2 trips and paid twice what we paid to stay here. Plus hot breakfast and parking were free. Great (reasonably priced) restaurants within 1 mile. The bed was very comfortable.

I was very pleased with the hotel. I LOVED the bed!!!! It ws the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.The room was clean, and the area with the couch gave us that extra room.

The rooms were nice. You could tell there was some remodeling being done. The front desk staff was awful. They weren't rude but just not helpful. Most holiday inns they at least pretend to be glad you are there not here.

The hotel was very good. I would stay again. It should be noted somewhere that this is a pet friendly hotel and there is a non-refundable fee for your pet to stay. There was nothing noted on their website and it didn't show up on the hotels.com site in its filter as pet friendly. I called the hotel to ask if my dog could stay, they said she could, but […] didn't tell me about the fee. I found out about that when I arrived. The beds were poor quality and uncomfortable, the room we got was no where near as nice as pictures claimed, very small and cramped. The employees that we encountered were nice and helpful. Overall after staying in Holiday Inn before it was a huge let down.

My family and I enjoyed our stay! The rooms were like new and VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE!!! Upon arrival, the late night staff was so welcoming (we had an eventful night in Savannah for St Pat's Day) and check in was a breeze!!

wasnt in a bad location depending upon where you are traveling from. hotel is quiet for the most part, breakfast was ok. Clean beds which was a surprise for Holiday Inn, bathroom was clean. the surrounding area doesnt have much too much offerings in for individuals for family types. restaurants are here and there. Hotel staff was very friendly

This Hotel is not all that.! Yes the room was clean. Check-in was a breeze. But for the money, I could have done better. This place is no different from most places.. Jacuzzi does not work. Plaster is crumbling near the elevator. Breakfast is not bad, but not Embassy Suites. Savannah is not that big, so with a short drive, about 25 min to down town, […] 45 min to Tybee Island. You could drive anywhere.. Would I stay hear again...? Yes, but shop around first people. Look for the best deal, and keep in mind what you really need for your trip to Savannah. This was a comfortable property. Our A/C unit needed attention as it was set on absolute lowest setting and only managed to keep the room comfortable - as it was this was not an issue. There was a comp breakfast. The coffee was warm brown water, bacon was a strip of grease, scrambled eggs were fine. The hotel was clean and staff was polite. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are large. Breakfast was okay, but pretty limited. Calling it a Savannah hotel is misleading because it is 20+ minutes from Savannah, more if in traffic. Hotel would be good if just passing through town but not if you are spending much time in Savannah itself.
