We had the most incredible time. The staff was beyond helpful and so generous. When we drove up to the chateau our breath was taken away. It felt like we were in a fairy tale. The fact that we were able to stay here and then tour the nearby castles was amazing. They are very close to must see chateaus and castles. You do need a car. 5stars!

Even though the rooms are small compared to hotels in the USA, this hotel is a great location in Tours. A 10 minute walk to old town Tours and a 20 minute walk to the train station. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful - especially since I don't speak French very well. Very accomodating to all requests. In addition, the restaurant dinner menu is unbelievable - high quality gourmet. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are compact and appeared to be redecorated compared to previous internet photos. Baths were updated with new fixtures. Location was quiet. Close to good dining and Rail Station. Short walk to old town. Front desk was helpful making taxi reservations and storing luggage after checkout. Elevator. Breakfast was a cold buffet: cereal, hard boiled eggs, meats, fruit, bread, and yogart.

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau de Pray. The food in the restaurants was outstanding. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The location was perfect for access to the Loire Valley. We had an issue with our car that required complicated arrangements for rentals in several countries. Jerome was able to solve our problems by making arrangements for our continuation. Great place to stay to have an authentic visit to the Loire.

Service lent, nous avons du attendre assez longtemps avant d'avoir notre chambre. Nous avons du changer de chambre car nous avions demandé une chambre avec un lit double et nous avions eu 2 lits simples. Salle de bain et chambre propre. Une bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre est la bienvenue.

Hôtel situé proche de la zone artisanale. Environs peu agréables mais facile d'accès. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont biens. La chambre un peu simple. Il n'y a par contre que 2 prises électriques par chambre (dont une dans la salle de bain) donc si vous comptez brancher chargeur PC et téléphone... anticipez !

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel in una giornata caldissima (39° alle 19 di sera) ed abbiamo scoperto con disappunto che l'aria condizionata, che veniva data per servizio compreso in tutto l'hotel, è presente solo nelle camere lato strada e non nelle camere lato parcheggio. Alle mie rimostranze la signora alla reception ha detto che non poteva fare nulla […] e le dispiaceva che su Expedia ci fosse questa segnalazione errata, che tra l'altro era uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto questo hotel Vi lascio immaginare che notte abbiamo passato con mia moglie e le nostre due bambine! Bon hôtel, accueil sympathique, chambre propre, confortable, assez facile à trouver. Enfin un hôtel où le wifi fonctionne !!! Seul bémol : en ce moment les travaux du tramway rendent les trajets de retour du centre ville un peu compliqués.
