Overall a great experience. This hotel is a little off the beaten path, but quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for. They provide a shuttle throughout the day to various shopping and beach areas.

Very friendly staff and reception most welcoming. The hotel was within walking distance of the best beaches and there were plenty of local cafe/bars/restaurants on the doorstep. No rowdiness from any nightclubs etc. Excellent bus service right outside the hotel with a children's playarea just across the road. Excellent value for money.

We loved the overall first impression of the doorman, lobby, and welcome. The hotel is easy to miss right next to McDonald's on a walking street, but once you get inside, it's quiet and comfortable. The Superior room was quite smaller than expected (about 9 by 10ft), and the air conditioning didn't really keep the room cool, but it was clean, comfortable and quaint. The customer service was excellent, but one of the lobby receptionists told us to got to the wrong terminal, in turn making us miss our flight, so always double check that information yourself. Once you leave the hotel, you're right in the middle of a walking street that is busy with tourists and locals, and it's very convenient to walk to everything.

the apartments were a good standard for the price the location was great for self catering with a very good little supermarket nearby an the beach was at the bottom of the road. I came to this hotel to merely use it as a base to find work in the resort of Playa de las Americas. The location is fabulous- 5 mins from the bus station where I caught a bus to and from the airport, and 5 mins from a lush beach and the main resort. It's not slap bang in the resort, so I couldn't hear much noise, however this could have been due to […] the fact that there were barely any tourists! So their are all the positives, now for the bit that I wish i'd have known...! The staff were extremely unhelpful. Check in was a mission in itself, and despite perfectly clear literature informing me that my room would be cleaned every other day, it was not cleaned at all. The room was dirty when I arrived. The saucepans were dirty and the bath has black dirt surrounding it. I arrived quite late and so went to bed as soon as I got in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I could hear something scratching on the celing all night- I assume it was a mouse. There were building works going on all day. They were quite noisy and there was no way to relax with that in the background. Luckily, I only used the hotel as a base. Had I have come on a holiday, I'd have been mortified. It would have ruined it for me. So my advice? Stay away!! Read more

OK hotel. Pænt og ordentligt. Dejlig pool med lunt vand. Hyggelig pool-bar. Beliggende i område med megen støj fra diskoteker og barer, hvilket dog ikke generede, da der trods alt var så lang afstand til støjkilderne, at det kun var en fjern støj. Morgenmaden på hotellets restaurant - der ikke var inkluderet i prisen - og som vi prøvede en enkelt gang, […] var ikke nogen succes. Hotellet var som helhed ok, forstået på den måde , at pris og kvalitet passede sammen. Miljøet på hotellet var meget præget af, at en stor del af gæsterne var unge festglade englændere. Poolbar og poolområde var fest og glade dage fra kl 12.00 til 23.00, hvilket er nogenlunde ok, men der blev også støjet en del når de unge mennesker vendte hjem fra […] byturen, og her burde hotellet nok have været lidt mere aktiv med , at skabe nattero. Rengørringen kom dagligt og der var ingen problemer overhovdet. Hotellet lå meget centralt i byen, med kun 2 minutters gang til stranden og til nattelivet. Lors de notre arrivée nous avons eu une première chambre conforme à ce que nous avions réservé. Le souci est que nous étions "envahis" (c'est un grand mot) par de minuscules fourmis (courantes là bas mais il en en avait vraiment beaucoup). Suite à notre demande on nous a donné une autre chambre, nous avons été surclassé, la chambre était beaucoup mieux […] et également mieux située avec une grande terrasse. L'hotel est très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied des plages et des commerces. Si vous souhaitez seulement vous reposer ce n'est pas forcément le meilleur hotel (musique à la piscine dès 11h00 du matin) mais nous nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Den studiolejlighed, vi lejede, fremstod som særdeles dårligt vedligeholdt. Der var revner i loftet og i væggene uden for på terrassen. Desuden var et af elstikkene ved at falde ud fra væggen. En af væglamperne var forsynet med el via løse ledninger, som helt sikkert var farlilge, hvis man havde børn med. Sengene var slidte, så man lå dårligt i dem. Et rigtig godt hotel i forhold til 2 stjerner. Jeg vil give hotellet 3 stjerner :) Jeg kan godt lide beliggenhed af hotellet, som ligger ikke så lang væk fra stranden, mini supermarked og væk fra larmende natteliv ved Veronicas. Værelset har et godt badeværelse, lille køkken med alle nødvendige ting til madlavning, rene senge og en lille sofa, dog ikke […] så god forbindelse til TV, der kørte kun 1 kanal. Hver morgen blev der skiftet håndklæder med nye, som er rigtig dejligt. Er mest tilfreds med stor terrasse. Det var lækkert at ligge derude og sole sig....Vi er også temmelig glade for opholdsprisen. recomendaria este hotelcon los ojos cerrados tanto por el trato con el personal como par su limpieza como por lo acogedor y bien cuidado. Tube que hacer varias preguntas al conserje y me resolvió todas mis dudas. quede encantado por la buena dispocición del personal. La ubicación era excelente, cerca de todos los servicios.
