wonderful place.. no pretense.. updated facility... professional, personal, caring, knowledgeble staff. location very close to old town and to airport bus line. breakfast great... AND they store bags if you have a late flight plus they have a shower & bath available after you check out and go to the beach. great place. my room even had a balcony with a table and two chairs.

I highly recommend if you are looking for something unique and relaxing. Beautiful resort in the rural Med Island of Formentera. You have to walk down to another beach about 5 minutes away as the hotel beach is very rough surf but Formentera is a very small island so you definitely want to explore all the beaches. Stay away the month of August as its way too crowded.

I stayed here 4 nights and thought it was a good place to bring a family with small children. It's a simple but comfortable setup with 2 pools and very easy walking distance to the beach and markets. Would come again.

Overall a pretty great experience. Spa, beach, bar, and clubs right in the hotel. Lots of bars open till late right along the same road, making midnight... grocery or food runs extremely convenient. Lots of great garlic bread and paella at said bars, as well. A few touristy shops too, but nothing you can really complain about. Fantastic ice cream place next door, the owner has two dogs that are really cute. The hotel has a print service if you need to print stuff, and free wireless around grounds (super convenient). Although they don't all look particularly friendly, hotel staff has been helpful and they attended to all our needs. The only knock is that the beds are two twins instead of a proper queen/king size bed. What's up with that? Even a full size (double size) would be better - it's rather uncomfy for a romantic two person stay, if you know what I mean... by a Hotels.com guest on 10/17/11

Hotel Garbi? More like Hotel Garbage. For the money that this hotel charges even for a standard room you expect decent customer service and helpful staff. When we requested extra towels and new water glasses we were told that if we wanted them we could come down to reception and get them ourselves. I'm sorry, I thought we were staying at a 4 star hotel? If […] the rude service isn't enough to make you want to jump over the counter and slap the obnoxious mustached man across the face, the fact that they charge you for EVERYTHING should help push you over the edge. 3.50 Euro a day to use the safe after a 15 Euro deposit, and 20 Euro deposit to use beach towels. The only saving grace of this place was the omelet man in the breakfast buffet, but word to the wise, don't try and bring food out. Apparently taking an orange and some dried fruit is a health hazard and is enough of a violation to send the dining room manager into a tizzy. Bottom line-find somewhere else to spend your money. Vreselijke locatie Playa den Bossa !!!! Goedkoop !!! Vliegtuigen vliegen bijna hotelkamer in. Zeer slecht ontbijt! Bestek werd van onze tafel gepakt als je ontbijt ging halen, slechte bediening! Vreselijke koffie etc. Ben in veel goede hotels geweest op Ibiza, dit is werkelijk het minste!!!

Bien qu habitué au decallage des prestations hôtelières en Espagne je suis tres déçu du garbi. Derrière un hall superbe et moderne se cachent des chambres assez grande mais sans style, des couloirs vieillots, mais surtout une propreté des chambres limite. !!! Noys avons du réclamer deux fois en une semaine pour que la chambre soit faite... Et lors de […] notre départ, lors de l inspection du dessous du lit ... Il etait clair que celui ci n avait pas ete fait depuis bien Longtemps. Et que dire du pdj avec cafe et jus de fruit industriel vraiment mauvais et la coupure de lumière a l heure exacte, et le buffet vidé en moins de 5 min. Zeer centraal gelegen hotel vlakbij Ibiza-stad. Ruime kamers met een klein balkon. Het eten was super! Wij zijn in mei geweest dus toen was het nog heerlijk rustig. En het pesoneel is super vriendelijk!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Garbi nel periodo di massima confusione a ridosso di ferragosto e l'organizzazione era perfetta. Ottimo il centro benessere della struttura, meriterebbe tuttavia una gestione un po' più rigorosa. La cena a buffet era buona a volte eccellente con una bella varietà di proposte. Colazione internazionale, peccato per il caffè alle […] macchinette self-service. Come letto su altre recensioni, l'hotel si trova sulla scia di atterraggio dell'aeroporto per cui dovete mettere in conto di sentire gli aerei in atterraggio (gestibile e le camere molto ben isolate acusticamente). La struttura è abbastanza grande e con una bella piscina interna. Ottimo anche il bar/ristorante adiacente alla piscina e alla spiaggia. Il personale alla reception estremamente cortese e professionale e disponibili a dare informazioni di ogni tipo. Noleggo scooter on site. Innen: Zimmer schlicht und viel mit Holz leere Minnibar, Klimaanlage braucht Stunden um zu kühlen, Keine Bettdecken sondern nur Laken zum zudecken, Schimmel an Badewanne, keine Dusche, großer Balkon, Safe für 3.50€/Tag+15€Kaution Spa hat kein Shampoo zum duschen. Toiletten in der Lobby sehr sehr schmutzig (das war tagsüber). Handtücher zum duschen sind […] sehr klein. Putzfrauen sehr unfreundlich. Nach 5 Uhr Abends werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gemacht. Bettlaken/überzug etc. wird jeden 2. Tag gewechselt. Betten unbequem und die Couch für die 3. Person erst recht. Rezeption wurde sehr unfreundlich, fast schon unverschämt.
