We arrived late and hoped to have a quiet peaceful stay. Unfortunately workmen arrived and starting hammering and drilling in 3 rooms close to ours at 8am.

The location of the hotel is great and our room was perfect. We had a room with a sea view and a terrace. The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city right on the beach. It's the best location in Palma, as in the center of the city there is no beach, only port. There was plenty of free parking right near the hotel (because it was winter and not a peak season). The only disadvantage was room service. We stayed in the hotel from December 27 until January 2. And starting December 31 the room service worsened. We ordered dinner to our room and they forgot to bring french fries. We called them, they said they would send someone to our room, but nobody came. The two consecutive days when we ordered something they also constantly forgot to bring some staff - french fries, bread etc. The tipping point was on the last day, when we were checking out. When we ordered room service we paid for everything right away, so upon check out we were surprised to see one of our dinners included in the bill. The receptionist told us that the waiter who served us wasn't there, so they couldn't check this. At the end they removed that charge from our bill and said they'll check it with the waiter. All in all, I'd give this hotel 4*. I would definitely come here again. The advice - improve room service.

lovely hotel, polite and helpful staff, fantastic location. felt like dropping back in time. only thing we would have wished for - directions to the hotel on the web site! We got lost several times getting there. You get to Plaza Mayor and park in the underground garage there, then walk 3 short blocks through an awesome area. Do NOT attempt to drive to the hotel, it cannot be done. This is the fault of GoogleMaps, which thinks it can do anything.

Hotel under maintained and rooms not clean. Hotel charges for room safe and blocks money for pool towels. Housekeeping is not done properly and you have to check after them.

I spend a good part of my winter at the Barcelo as I use it as a base for cycling training. I go back every few weeks because it offers everything I need. The staff are friendly and helpful. Es ist unmöglich, daß das Hotel im Dezember-Januar die Heizung abgestellt hat.Das App.war in der Zeit von 9.00-18.00 Uhr eiskalt.Man bekam es abends auch nicht mehr warm.Auch das Geschirr war teilweise beschmutzt.Ich mußte ersteinmal einen Abwasch durchführen.

Gute Lage, direkt hinter Ballermann 6 und Megapark (könnte im Sommer laut sein!) - im Winter war es herrlich. Allerdings: die Lüftung vom Riu Hotel nebenan ist so laut, dass man sie deutlich hört. Wer ein Zimmer / Appartment direkt an der Riu Hotel Seite erwischt, wird nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen können.

2012/8 4泊日本人の利用者は私達が初めてだそうです、4日間東洋人は見かけませにでした。部屋はガーデンビューで広い方と狭い(広い方の半分) 方が有り私達は広い方の部屋で、毎日快適に過ごせました。食事はオールインクルーシブを選択、種類も多くケーキも日替りで沢山あります、もちろんお酒も飲み放題です。プールは2箇所、海には徒歩5分、Wi-Fiはフロント階のみ無料。タクシーの利用、安いので上手く使えば便利スタッフは親切、日本人は私達だけで名前まで覚えられる。

Wenn man nicht zu lange bleiben möchte ist die Größe der Zimmer ausreichend. Am meisten aber stört die Hellhörigkeit. Wenn man etwas Barty am Ballermann machen möchte ist die Lage ausgezeichnet. Man hört den Lärm nicht von dort und hat seine Ruhe wenn man möchte. Zum Bierkönir ist man in 5 Minuten hingelaufen.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel könnte so schön sein, wenn die Wände dicker wären und das Puplikum nicht so peinlich und laut. Uns war schon bewußt das wir am Ballermann sind, haben aber dieses Hotel gewählt weil es etwas abseits liegt und als Radsporthotel bezeichnet wird(treiben selber Sport) und wir im November nicht mit soviel Partyvolk gerechnet […] haben. Wer also zum Entspannen oder Trainieren nach Mallorca fahren will sollte diese Gegend wirklich meiden. 4 Nächte trotz Ohrstöpsel kaum geschlafen und nicht weil wir gefeiert haben. Nichts gegen Party aber Rücksicht gegenüber NICHTBALLERMÄNNERN(-FRAUEN) wäre auch schön. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr schön. Read more
