I had read the reviews, and was a bit wary. Having stayed there, I now know there was no need for any concern. I have stayed in many hotels in over 20 (mostly affluent) countries ... from 2 star to 5 star. The only thing bad I could say about this hotel is that it looks a bit dated from the outside. The hotel is a bit expensive but it is probably worth it considering convenience (near airport) and the deliciousness of the food.

Needed a hotel close to KLIA, arrived late and left early. As such this hotel is OK, but don't expect a lot more than a bed to sleep in. Had 4 rooms and they were all very basic and varied in quality/standard from ok minus to pretty poor. Example: Shower head missing in the shower in one of the rooms! The Concord Inn near the KL International is ideal for an overnight in transit. It is 5 minutes from the international airport, 15 from the domestic. Rooms are basic but nicely kept, certainly comfortable for an overnight.

If flying directly into KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), just ask around and you will be easily directed to the place where you catch the free shuttle to Concorde INN KLIA. If you are flying into LCCT (the Low Cost Carrier Terminal) on a budget airline such as AirAsia, asking around will also get you where you need to be, but it takes a few […] more steps. You first have to catch a green colored bus called Airport Link that costs 2.50RM. It will take you to a bus terminal at KLIA. From there you must cross a road to get to the pick up area for the free shuttle. It's a bit of a hassle with luggage, but it's easy to figure out with a little assistance. You can get a ride directly to LCCT from Concorde Inn. It costs between 10RM to 30RM per person depending on the time of day. Sign up at the Limosine Desk in the main lobby. Concorde Inn KLIA is a nice hotel with a swimming pool, spa, and gym. The restaurant looks nice, but the food wasn't as tasty as I'd hoped. It's not a place to stay at if you want to go into the city since it is far away...then again, a normal taxi ride to/from the city to/from the airport is pretty expensive and necessary if your hotel is within the city, so the costs and benefits have to be weighed to meet your expectations. This hotel was not over priced for its quality. I think this hotel is meant to be rated as a 3star, I would question this. The room we were staying in was shabby and did not look as if it had been properly cleaned. There was a half drank complementary bottle of mineral water on the side. The hotel is reasonably close to the airport, but I wish I'd paid the extra and stayed in one of the other hotels. Also be warned that if you arrive after midnight and the complementary bus is not running the taxi's will rip you off for the very short journey. I Used this Hotel Twice during overnight stays while in Transit. Its close to that airport (Shuttle runs every 30mins) Good Breakfast.

Rooms here are pretty run down and its all open plan like a motel. Rooms were not comfortable at all. The air-con was noisy and leaked all night. Given the location the sound of aircraft is also fairly loud. There was also some alarm going off regular throughout the night. Other guests can make quite a lot of noise in the hallways as people are checking […] out at all hours to catch flights. "Free" airport shuttle only applies to KLIA, not LCC terminal and going rates for taxis are 3 times the going rate. Not much you can do about this as you are in the middle of nowhere. This Inn (not really a hotel) is only recommended i f you fly really late into KL and have a flight out the very next morning, but even then it isn't that comfortable. In my booking I did asked for a room with King Size bed and smoker, but I got a twin bed room for NON smoker. I called the reception and they said me (arrongant) I had reserved twin bed. I went their internet point (where was biten from mosquitos) and went to reception again....Umh...yea might be zou right, but now is late to change... The hotel takes about thirty minutes to get to from LCC terminal, and you must call for transport after midnight. This is most inconvenient as many air asia flights arrive late. The room itself was badly in need of renovation, and a large roach crawled across the bed in the morning. The shuttle back to LCC does not run until five thirty am, and is […] infrequent. The taxi costs thirty five MYR (fifty before five thirty am) and they seem to overcharge by having individuals leaving at the same time take seperate cars instead of sending an extra shuttle bus. The staff were uninformed about the shuttle bus costs and departure times. The Concorde inn is now in need of refurbishment. The rooms look tired and out of date. One of our beds had no matress protector. Did not think that was ok. Would not bother to stay there again.

The Concorde Inn KLIA has the absolute minimum needed for an overnight stay at a hotel. The common areas of the hotel (lobby, corridors, etc) were not well kept. The room looked quite aged. The bathroom facilities were ok, but the shower and sink were in need of repairs. And, when we booked we requested a king sized bed. My husband and I were given […] a room with 2 single beds that had a table between them so we could not even push the beds together. Although the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport (which is less than 15mins away) I would still recommend paying a little more to stay at one of the nicer hotels near the airport.; this hotel was not worth the price. Feels a bit like sleeping in a row of warehouses as you go down to your room, but all the basics are well performed. Expensive transfers to and from the Low Cost Carrier Terminal.

Perfect way to spend the overnight wait between flights.

If you need a hotel close to KLIA and don't want to pay three times as much for the airport itself use this place. The hotel shuttle bus takes you to or from the terminal in about five minutes. The place itself looks unpreposessing, a single storey set of linked rooms a bit like a prison camp, but in fact it is clean, quiet, includes a good breakfast […] and just does the job.. Read more

this hotel is not very clean, equipment of room is really so so. we just stay one night, if you need take Asia line, that is another airport, hotel no any free shuttle bus to that airport, no taxi, they will charge you high fee to the airport.

Just a lay-over in KL, arrived late at night, had an early morning flight. Concorde is one of 3 airport hotels, they provide a free shuttle between 6am and 12 midnight. Room was good standard as expected, and included buffet breakfast which started at 5:30am!

Small room. room far from reception, and no help to get there with luggage. Transport desk was not helpful, but only focused on selling a very expensive shuttle to lcct - it is cheaper to take a taxi if you are 2 or more. Very happy with our overnight stay resting up between flights. I was nervous because of other reviews, but it met our needs. Knowing where to find the shuttle bus was useful, because it wasn't clearly marked at the airport. On the other hand, people were helpful when asked. I traveled as sole adult with 1 baby and toddler, and had every kindness and […] courtesy extended to us. Reception staff changed room on arrival to to one nearer the facilities. We found the late buffet and 24 hour restaurant very convenient for the late arrival, and food matched or exceeded other food in Malaysia, including at a 5 star. There were high chairs. Breakfast was excellent. The children enjoyed splashing in the pool in the morning, and the provision of extra towels was useful. In general there seemed to be a good amount of other families staying there, which helps entertain the smallies. The shuttle bus operator helped with finding a trolley at the airport. I wanted a convenient place to sleep in between flights and that's what I got. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport and the location was good. The room was perfectly fine as well.

This hotel has a great location relative to the airport. However it does not have much else going for it. The rooms are like American Motel rooms, very basic, and not always very clean, you may find the odd hair here and there from the last guest. Rooms are quite noisy, the staff roll carts up and down the corridors after 9pm, tile floors, hard tires, […] no carpet in the rooms, you get a nice echo all night long. I will not be staying again, just because i would rather pay a bit more for something cleaner and quieter. Horrible horrible hotel.. This is not even close to the Low cost terminal. WOuld not stay here. We had booked 2 nights and ended up cancelling after seeing the bed-bugs in the room. Do not stay here. The only savior- breakfast is decent for the kind of hotel this is.

The hotel is not clean and if you are looking to stay here for the convenience of Air Asia flights do not do it because the hotel is nowhere near the Air Asia terminal. They ripped us off for 60 MYR to take us to the Air Asia terminal and we had no choice. We had to share the transfer with another couple so the hotel made double money out of the trip. […] The public areas and the room were really filthy and although there is not much choice out at the airport we really regretted not staying at Tune as we could have walked there and back from the terminal. We stayed 1 night and enjoyed our stay. Children enjoyed the pool, gym facilities and the green around us. We are planning to stay there next time as well if we have to.

It's convenient for travellers who arrive at KLIA very late and no traffic to downtown. There is a free shuttle bus from KLIA to hotel. The room is big and the environment is good. The hotel serves a good breakfast. The services are also great. I'm very satisfied with the services.

The service is awful, people treat you as if they were doing charity... the rooms smell very bad, as soon as you open the door the feet odor sticks into your nose, DO NOT REPEAT OUR MISTAKE : DO NOT GO TO Conconde Inn KLIA. You don't have the chance to take a taxi from the hotel, because there are only shuttles that take you to the airport... so the […] only thing you can do is wait 30min until the shuttle arrives (it cost you like 10 usd) and then from KLIA take a taxi to the city... really do not do it!! there are other options. The building is old, the atmosphere in the hotel is similar to a hospital (not because of the cleanness but it is just depressing). They don't give you a lunch box if you leave early in the morning... The worst part is the service, always all people upset, and if they smile is only because they don speak english!!! We stopped here overnight waiting for an early morning flight to Vietnam. Arrived at 6.30pm and it took about 15 minutes in a taxi ($15 approx) to get to the hotel. I have stoped-over in KL before but not used this hotel - this is now my preferred stopping spot. This is truly a hotel that time forgets. Low rise with only ground level it look like more like dorms sprawl over its large ground. Amenities is pretty basic and the only reason one stay there is the proximity to KLIA, shuttle service to and from the hotel and KLIA and its low price compared to its multi starred peers.

The hotel was excellent value for money, it was clean, the rooms were very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was advertised as continental, so I was expecting toast and cereal but it was a full buffet breakfast with good quality food and a wide selection to choose from. I would stay here again if I travel through KL in the future.

This hotel is very close to KLIA. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a reasonable restaurant available and breakfast is included. This should be the basis of an ideal airport hotel. However one of the requirements of an airport hotel is that it is quiet enough to get a good nights sleep before flying the next day. This hotel was exceptionally […] noisy - the walls were thin and the corridors were tiled which meant that anyone walking with a case could be heard for miles. There was one family who had their television on so loud that it must have kept awake half of the clients. I had to ask the receptionist to ask them to be a little more quiet. If the owners/managers of the hotel would considersome forms of noise reduction such as rubber matting in the corridors I would recommend this hotel to others. Read more

Reasonable room price, near to KLIA terminal. Excellent when you have a early flight. The staff was very nice and serviceminded. The hotel has a swimming pool and a garden bar so you can even check in early the day before your departure and have a relaxing night at Concorde. There's also a souvernir shop with lower prices than at the airport.

I flew into KL airport quite late and my girlfriend met me at the airport. Was only after a room for one night as we were flying straight out to Penang the following day. This hotel was fine though as was not after anything too luxurious. Just wanted a nice cheap hotel close to the airport. We used this hotel as a stopover for 5 hours from LCCC and the room we was given was in desperate need of renovation. The service and quality of meals in Carl's Cafe was not up to standard. The Caesar Salad was inedible and we needed to remind them of meals, drinks and cutlery that was slow in coming. Next time we will stay at the Tune Hotel, it couldn't […] be any worse. there is alot of insects sharing your room. Its hot and depressing... I don't recommend anyone going there.

Quiet area concidering it is close to an airport, being on the ground level helps. Room was great, felt like I was in a resort. Breakfast was great, sous chef made a wonderful omelette, this is important in countries that don't offer this type of breakfast. Also good coffee. Check in and out was fine, over all stay, very good.

The cleanliness of my hotel room was exceptional,the attention to detail on the set out of the room was of the highest standard ,I could not have been more comfortable ,and felt very relaxed there . Thank you to all the staff . !

We booked a king size non smoking, we got twin beds smoking. Superior rooms are ordinary rooms ... Very noisy rooms not because of planes but people and bad insonorization. Its only interest is to be 2minutes from the airport wit a free shuttle

The Concorde Inn is a great layover hotel, primarily due to a free shuttle service to/from the international terminal (KLIA). However, I'm writing this review primarily to provide some advice to those traveling from the low cost carrier terminal or LCCT. We asked the Concorde staff about various ways to get to the LCCT from the hotel (about a 20-minute […] car ride away), and were told that the only way of getting there from the hotel was via (a comparatively expensive 150MYR) taxi ride. For those not wanting to splash out on a taxi, use the following route instead: Take the free shuttle offered by the Concorde Inn to KLIA. Once at the international terminal, cross the road over to the bus terminal and ask the ticket/info counter staff to direct you to the KLIA-LCCT bus. It runs every 30 minutes, only costs 2.50MYR, and gets you to the LCCT in about 20 minutes. EASY! Read more
