"Great Location"

We always stay here when we visit our parents at Laguna Woods. The hotel is always easy and accommodating. The breakfasts are great and the manager of the kitchen usually circulates during the morning and even pours coffee. Very attentive.

The hotel was beautiful, the service was great, the breakfast was substantial and the price was unreal for such a nice room. I would have expected to pay almost double for a room like the one we had.

I booked the hotel for my in-laws and they we're impressed with the room. The only complaint was they could hear everything going on aaround them including vacuuming in the room above.

We tried to make a reservation directly with the hotel, but they were booked. I went to hotels.com and was able to get a room. Upon arrival, they didn't have a queen bed available and we were promptly upgraded to a king suite. The grounds,service,breakfast and furnishings all exceeded our expectations..we would go back again. It is also well located near many shops,restaurants and not far from the freeway.

This was the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in. Our room was right on the main floor. It had a patio that led out to the pool. My husband went to ask if the breakfast was included in the price. He was told "We want you to enjoy yourself" with a smile.

The hotel is nice but I'm not satisfied with staff's customer service. I left my camera charger in the room that I stayed in. Luckily, it was in the lost and found section when I called to check on it. I filled out the form and sent it with copy of my credit card as instructed. Weeks and month had passed, I still haven't received the charger. I tried to call the hotel again and staff that I talked to from the beginning had no answer to where my charger is.

They mean it when they say "boutique hotel"...and you get motel prices! Great HOT breakfast, super comfortable pillows and bed, NICE room w/ living area, free warm cookies, easy walk across the street to stores and lovely (15 minute ?) drive to Laguna Arts festival.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Had read the reviews before booking, but usually don't put too much credibility to them...especially the real positive ones. You can definitely consider mine very positive one the real thing. I've stayed in many, many hotels, and this one ranks right near the top for value. Granted, it's not a Ritz Carlton, but it's definitely terrific value.

This hotel was so wonderful. It exceeded all my expectations. The room was wonderful, the bed was so comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The hotel staff was great too!

The rooms opening to the pool area are great, especially for breakfast in the morning. Very nice decor. I've stayed in many that are not close to the value, or quality. The pull out bed in the couch is a plus, almost as good as a suite, especially with a few kids.

We had just a couple minor problems while staying there. The TV went out, and they offered us a different room, but it was too late at night to be moving. The next day the coffee maker did not work. I complained to the Manager and he sent me a complimentary one-night stay at the hotel. So that was right thing to do.

I was visiting relatives in the area and this hotel was a great place to stay. The location is convenient to the senior community nearby as well as the 405/5 freeway and an easy drive thru a beautiful canyon to the beach.

I stayed in the hotel for only one night, because it was close to the 25th anniversary party I attended. I was so amazed how comfotable the mattress, linens and pillows were. I had a great night's sleep before my long drive home the next day.

I'm pleasantly surprised by my stay. Also happy to learn that they have Happy Hours as well. Full buffet style breakfast is an extra. Didn't have time to try the heated pool, but I think I'll do it next time.

Hotel was very clean, room decorated nice, front desk staff very polite, professional and helpful. I had requested a room with two queen beds (but not guaranteed it would be available). Upon arrival I was checked into a room with one king bed and when I returned and requested to be moved to a room with two queen beds, the hotel management quickly moved me to the room with two queen beds and better views. Breakfast was included and was great. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel is in a nice location with many restaurants nearby. I liked the full breakfast served every morning. They had a wine gathering in the lobby every evening but I was busy so didn't attend.

A fellow co worker and I were attending training at a YMCA near by. I was looking for a hotel that had 2 queen beds. Harder to find than I thought, most are doubles. When I looked at this hotel I thought it was a bit further away than I wanted and hoped it would be worth it... AND IT WAS. Beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff, amazing breakfast and COMFORT. Loved it!!

We stay at this hotel everytime we visit Orange County. The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable. The best part is being able to go downstairs and have a full, all you can eat, breakfast that you can enjoy in the dining room or take back to your room. The fresh baked cookies are also a fun treat.

My family are very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel with free breakfast. However, the service cook was very rude to my teenage daughter. She is very paranoid who stays or not in the hotel to get free breakfast.

The hotel is in a mall area which surprised us, but the hotel and staff were wonderful. The beds were so comfortable, and the room very nice. The outdoor patio where you can have breakfast was very nice Tuscan style. Would go there again.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, well appointed, clean, and very nice. Hallways are wide and have nice paintings. Not sure why the star rating is so low cause it seemed like a 4 star hotel to me.
