A short guide to Blanes
A long-established quiet resort and an important fishing port, Blanes is popular with north European and Spanish visitors. Its main three-kilometre long sand beach is backed by high-rise hotels and lacks character, but attractive coves are nearby. On the hill above are its castle ruins and the Mar i Murtra botanic gardens, with wonderful sea views. Nearby Marineland, a large water park, marine zoo and dolphinarium, is a major attraction.

von 3 Übernachtungen, konnten wir nur eine genießen, da unmittelbar daneben eine Disco ist. Laute Musik und hunderte feiernde Jugendliche bis früh um sechs vor unseren Fenstern.

"Ein ganz nettes und komfortables Hotel"

Ein grosses Hotel nicht weit vom Strand, schöne komfortable Zimmer, Schwimmbad, preiswertiges Restaurant. Nur zwei Punkte, die den allgemeinen Eindruck ein bisschen verderben: der Verbrauch des warmes Wassers war auf 50 Liter pro Tag beschränkt (was allerdings für eine Person reicht), und beim Einchecken muss man 50 Euro Kaution zahlen.
