accommodation was of good standard, but for what you get it is very expensive per night.Genuine Expedia guest review
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Davy Crockett Ranch, 15 mins away from Disneyland . Lovely , friendly staff. Extremely comfy beds , all spotlessly clean throughout. Great swimming pool, restaurant and Disney shop with a selection of corner shop necessities. Would highly recommend and certainly return on our next visit to Disney.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Offsite Disney Hotel"
Actual driving time from our lodge to the Disney Car Park 8 minutes. Only downside is that the centre of the Davy Crockett Resort where the pool, shop, bar, Restaurant etc may need to drive depending on your time and legs! Pool and facilities excellent and surprised how well the onsite shop was stocked for Food and Drink. Could easily cater in if necessary. […] Have stayed at many of the onsite disney hotels and whilst we enjoyed the stay at Davy Crockett, would prefer to stay onsite and walk in. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Ok for the price"
We stayed at a cabin from Wedensday to Sunday. The hotel is a short drive from Disney Land, the area is nice, the swimming pool is nice and generally it was a good stay. However, the cabins smelled of mold and moist. When we opened the windows we did not notice, but all of woke up several times during the night of the faul stench. "Would be good for longer stays at Disney"
Accommodation was clean and warm. There was not much in the way of basic cooking utensils/knives and other items for a self catering establishment. these could be loaned from reception but I thought that was a bit of an inconvenience. The petting farm and park on site were good as added points of entertainment for young children. The swimming pool was […] a little on the cool side for us. There was floatation aids for children to hand which was good. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Better than expected!"
I was a little nervous about this Disney hotel as I had read some not so nice reviews on trip advisor etc and they didn't paint a very nice picture of it. I went expecting the worst and was pleastantly surprised. I did upgrade to a premium ranch not sure if that made any difference but the first thing that stood out to me about the actual ranch was […] its cleanliness! It was so clean! No hair, grime, dust anywhere to be found and yes I did go checking - sad I know. The grounds were really clean and tidy as well. As for the facilities - we did self catering and I'm glad we did it as it is so expensive there. It cost 3.99 euros for a bottle of pop or water in the park and the food was the usual park type food but so expensive. We took a picnic in everyday and it was fine. The swimming pool at the hotel was good although very very cold! As for the check in staff - they were OK but then to be honest I was expecting the America style over the top and this was definatly not America! They did their job and that was it. The drive to the park was fine - took around 10 mins maybe and as you stayed in a disney hotel the parking was free - always a bonus. I am a travel agent and would I recommend this to my customers - Yes however I would also say maybe save a little longer and pay to go to Disneyland in Florida as the experience there is 100 times better. Would I go again - NO. It is too overpriced. Would I go to america disney- YES definately again and again and again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very nice place to stay"
I would highly recommend staying here its so nice to come back to tranquil surroundings after very hectic days cabins are very comfortable and clean I would certainly return, only takes ten minutes drive to the Parks and ten minutes the other way is a lovely big supermarket and shopping centre. Defiantly worth a try.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great place to stay"
The reception staff were very good, interacting with the children & gave us loads of tips as to what happened where & when. The lodge was very clean & in very good condition. It exceeded our expectation especially when we came back from a very hot day to find someone had turned on the air conditioning for us. The only thing I would I say though is that […] there are very few knives for food perpetration. There was only one small blunt knife that was neither use nor ornament! The swimming pool is also very good & just like in the photos. We would have no hesitation in booking again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"We will definitely stay again!"
Perfect base for us whilst enjoying a trip to Euro Disney for our daughters 6th Birthday. The ranch itself is generally well kept, our bungalow appeared to be fairly new, it was clean, spacious and comfortable with all of our basic needs met, the only exceptions being a toaster and chopping board which would have been useful. "Lovely accommodation. Great location."
Way exceeded our expectations. A really peaceful place away from all the hustle and bustle of Disney, yet only 10 min away. We even saw Pluto and Minnie driving passed our cabin on a golf buggy. Brilliant. XGenuine Expedia guest review

Better than expected - superb accommodation and a fantastic shower too! The weather could have been warmer but that is not Davy Crocketts fault.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect for our requirements"
We visited EuroDisney and decided to stay at Dave Crocket Ranch as there were 5 of us and I didn't want to be crammed into one room and have no flexibility. The 'lodge' (actually a static caravan) had a rustic theme, with dark wood and dim lighting makng it appear rather dingy to start with but once our eyes adjusted it was fine and clean. It had a […] room with bunks for the kids and a dounble room as well a double pull out bed in the lounge (which was rather noisy so we reverted to the mattress on the floor). The kitchen was equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge and there was a barbeque outside and charcoal avaiable at the hotel supermarket. We also got a toaster from reception for a small deposit. The location was lovely with a childrens farm and play areas on site, although we didn't spend much time there as we were in the disney parks most of the day. These were a short (10 min) easy drive away. The hotel stay also allowed us free parking at disney (saving 15 Euros a day) and included our park passes. The hotel pool was nice but closed for renovation during most of our stay (we were pre-warned of this) and there were disney characters to meet in the evenings. All in all a fab stay! "Great family short break"
Greeting staff weren't particularly helpful, didin't volunteer much information about the accommodation, facilities, Disney resort etc even though it wasn't a busy time to check in. Cabins were well furnished but small equipment was disappointingly lacking eg sharp knives, cooking utensils, and none of our safes (3 cabins) was useable. The pool was […] great and the cabins very comfortable - we'd definitely return here. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"good tips...we would definitely come back again"
just a tip when you book ur room you can request for an adaptor (need deposit of 10 euro) iron(deposit of 30euro) hairdryer (30 euro) or you cud bring your own... i did ask to borrow for an adaptor but its always out of stock so in the end we have to buy an adaptor for 16 euro and in our cabin we ddidnt have a cuisine knife so i have to buy one which […] cost 4 euro but all in all great for big family! being a self catering accomodation, our holiday didnt cost us much, in disney parcs the foods are expensive hence we would go to auchan (Val d' Europe) to shop and then cook our meals in the bungalow then in the afternn, we would relax in swimming pool where they have a big jacuzz/big hot tub area or have a bbq/the archery training is free of charge unlike our first time in euro disney we stayed in sequoia hotel of course we dont have a choice but to eat inside the parc's restaurant but at that time its not as expensive as its now Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Only stayed one night at the ranch but have no complaints. Pleasant lodge, clean. Kitchen had enough basic equipment for us. You get a free cleaning pack at the shop. Reception staff helpful. We spent time at the swimming pool which the kids loved.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Great Location, would stay again."
We stayed here in April for 4 nights and don't have one complaint about our accommodation. Opted for the Premium Bungalow and it was completely justified. Our Bungalow (262) was extremely clean and like new. The Davey Crockett Ranch is approx 5-10 min drive from the Disney Park/Studios and couldn't be easier to find once you realise it's the 2nd exit […] off the 1st roundabout. We didn't have time to use the pool and other facilities at the Ranch as we spent all our time in the Parks but would thoroughly recommend this for a good base and as it was self catering it saved us quite the costly food bills which theme parks are renowned for. The Bungalow itself had a decent fridge freezer, hob, kettle, cutlery, saucepans and frying pans but no toaster or cooking utensils so worth taking your own. We'd stay here again and to anybody thinking about visiting I can't recommend enough the Premium Bungalows. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Good stay but the check in process was very slow due to only 1 person on the desk when there were about 8 people waiting to check in. The hotel does not have room service as accommodation is in " log cabins" that are located away from the Leisure centre etc. Located about 10 mins drive from Disneyland but directions to Hotel are very confusing and need […] to be improved as it took us 45 mins to find it although we were within about 2 miles of it. "Self catering cabins?"
advertised as self catering cabins when in fact they are static caravans. Generally clean, but very dated. Very limited on equipment levels especially kitchen. We expected lots to do and entertainment on the park, but there was not any. in general the whole park is a little run down and needs a full revamp. Staff in buffet restaurant was rude. On site […] shop was very expensive. However there is a large supermarket just over 1 mile away at Val d Europe. The Disney parks also seemed to lack something. A lot of the shows and rides that would have suited our 2 young children was either not on or shut. Overall enjoyed the time with the family but would not go again. "best option for a larger party"
Long queue to check in, though this was UK school half term so perhaps only to be expected. Good clean accommodation - and warmer than expected! Having stayed in a mobile home a few years ago in March I was a bit concerned about this cabin in February, but the unit had heating and an extra air conditioning unit for a boost. We actually had to turn down […] the towel rails in the bathrooms as they made it too hot. Tiny bedrooms, but not really an issue as I'd imagine most people stay less than a week. Premium cabins have 4 single beds in one room, but the kids need to get cosy, the 4th is a trundle under one of the singles, which when out would mean the beds were almost touching each other! Basic cooking facilities (microwave and electric hob), be warned that the smoke detector is directly above the hob with no 10-minute-mute button like ours has at home, as we discovered when frying burgers! Everything was clean, though there were some niggly bits to sort in ours - our cabin had no plug in the kitchen sink, and the dishwasher detergent compartment was broken. Unless you are in the two "trails" (cabin areas) nearest the shops/pool it is a fair trek to the facilities and if you are in the first area you may end up driving to the pool or shop. Nice little playground, pool was good for a break from Disney, "farm" not worth mentioning (2 donkeys, 2 ponies, 2 goats and a few rabbits), shop useful enough (a few souvenirs, plus basics like bread/milk/toothpaste/simple meal items). "Ideal family hotel."
So much to do at Disney we didn't get the chance to enjoy the hotel facilities. We did visit the Trade Post shop a couple of times to get bread and eggs, etc., very good shop with enough variety of food choice if you choose to eat in now and then. The log cabins were ideal, however I did find the double bed mattress too hard, but the bunk beds wre lovely […] and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good, with kettle, coffee machine, pots, pans, cutlery, however think toaster should be in the cabins. All together the hotel is ideally located, in lovely quiet surroundings and close enough to Disney if you choose to eat out. You do need a hire car for this hotel. "Somewhat basic but good for short stay"
Easier to get to Disney than we expected from the description - really just a quick drive and free parking at the main car park. If you need stuff for the park, stop at Bailly-Romainvilliers en route - very close. Has a carrefour market, bakeries, etc. (set sat nav for Place Europe in the town).Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great value if you prepare"
The accomodation at Davy Crocketts is basic but met all our expectations. Considering tickets to the parks were included in our package you cannot go too far wrong. Only a 10 minute drive to the park and free parking there is included. Normally it would cost €15 a day just to park your car. We will return and book again during a 40% cost reduction which […] seem to be on offer regularly throughout the year. Next time we will take far more of our own food as the parks do of course rip you off in that department. Also don't bother with the €6 breakfast at Crocketts unless you are happy paying 6 bucks for 3 small bread rolls and an orange juice - take your own cereals and grab a fresh baguette from the local store. "Not perfect but good as a base for Disneyland."
The cabin was generally clean, apart from the windows. and possibly in need of an update . Enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids with good bedrooms at either end and plenty of storage. Probably the most cost-effective way of staying at Disneyland Paris. The TV (not that you're in the cabin much is in a weird place - too high up and next to the kids bedroom […] with very few channels - especially english ones. Two electric rings to cook with and microwave - no grill and no toaster though. Bathroom and separate toilet was fine. So, not perfect but roomy and comfortable enough, especially the bedrooms, considering how much time you're not going to be in the cabin. Disneyland was great as long as you plan each day carefully. "Lovely escape from the parks"
We only booked for 1 night, but we're very impressed and are definitely going to go back. We had requested a deep clean due to a child having a dust allergy and it was spotless. It is lovely and quiet and eventhough we were in the standard accomodation it still had a dishwasher and microwave. It is only 10mins from the park and you get free parking […] and early entrance. The shop sells fresh croissants etc, but normal groceries are very expensive. When going back will go shopping at big supermarket 10mins in Val d'Europe. We had breakfast in the accomodation and then packed up a few rolls etc for lunch. It states you can't take food in, but no one stopped you unless you may have brought a whole hamper! We did pay approx £70 to dine with the characters which was great as we had 8 different characters and you can take as many photos as you like. Overall really impressed with accomodation and parks and can't wait to go back. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"disney stay at Davy"
Lovely settings feel like you really are staying out in a ranch, cabins are great to use as a base for disney. Mini Kitchen has microwave, kettle, two hobs and a coffee filter machine clean and tidy. Rooms are a bit dark as inside are decorated in dark oak wood. Has a television but can honestly say we did not use it, no wifi though. Did find staff […] a bit rude, and you are not allowed to checkin til 15.00 but you can pick up disney park tickets earlier if required. Used swimming pool kids loved it, food in resturant was a buffet was ok. There is a shop on site and a little play area for the kids - if you wish to use the pool/shop/resturant/playarea depending on where your cabin is may have to use the car as some cabins are a good hours walk away Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"The Davy Crockett Ranch close to Disneyland Paris"
We recently stayed here from 15/02-17/02/12.There is a security check -in where you show your confirmation and next to that you park up.We arrived for 15.00 check in time at a well built timber structured reception area with an appealing log fire. There were no queues and we were seen straightaway. The staff that attended were extremely helpful and after […] all checks were complete we were soon on our way to our cabin. It's important to get you to your room quickly because you can access the park from now as your tickets are now valid and you will still get a few hours on your arrival day.You are given a four digit code for the second barrier to use during your stay. From the barrier to our cabin was about a two minute drive through open woods. This is a private estate and secure. Each section of the ranch is clearly marked and each cabin within that section is also clearly marked. The plan you are given is an easy read. Each section has a breakfast cabin situated at entry for your breakfast to be collected each morning from 7.30am.These breakfast bags usually consist of 1lt fresh Orange juice,1lt milk, your choice of tea ,coffee or hot chocolate sachets, some croissants, brioche, french baguette and a handful on condiments such as fruit jams and chocolate spread. We brought our own cereals from the UK.Just a word on the breakfast charge. This will be an add on charge from 29/03. Each cabin have their own drive so your walk inside is a short one.Our cabin was a standard type and had the basic needs for our stay. The kitchen had a dishwasher, electric cooker, kettle, fridge, microwave and sink area and drainer. On your welcome paper sheet there is a series of phone numbers for extra linen so if you are not happy with one cushion phone them with the cabin phone and they will bring it to you pronto. They have a 24hr mobile service around the estate. At the end of your stay you drop your cabin key off at the exit barrier box and away you go. These are great cabins for larger families bu Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
