Fin bungalow, dejlig placeret i skyggen.

"Flott for Disney-ferie"

"Great place to stay"
08/30/15 DizzieLizzie8888 Kettering, United Kingdom
Loved these cabins. The do not look that big on the outside, but two bedroom and two bathrooms, kitchen with microwave and a dishwasher, dining table and a seating area to watch the tv. Shame there wasn't a toaster but apparently you can rent one but as we were only staying two nights we didn't bother. You get a little complementary pack from the shop that has two dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and sponge which was just enough for our short stay. There is a nice decked area with seating and a barbecue. The swimming pool was great, nice and warm with different areas, including a slide and a jacuzzi. There is a place to eat, a bar and a shop, the adventure playground was closed for a refurb but spent most our time at Disneyland so that wasn't a big deal. The ranch was about 10 mins from Disneyland which was ideal and would definitely stay here again.

Cabin was spotlessly clean, plenty of space, nicely fitted and furnished. Staff really helpful and friendly. Pool and restaurant good. Only 10 minute drive to Disneyland Paris itself so really easy and nice to be be able to escape to somewhere peaceful at the end of a busy day.

Booking in went well, got lodge straight away, reception staff were friendly and helpful along with the other staff on site.lodge was very clean and tidy, only moan I have is you didn't get a toaster in the cabin you had to hire one if you wanted for 30 euros.swimming pool was fun for the kids but was a bit strong in the chlorine smells with our eyes stinging after a while.great location for Disneyland being about 10 mins away, can't get lost

"Our Disney visit 2015"
08/29/15 gowan182 Morecambe, United Kingdom
Arrived at the approach road to find a building site (they are building some sort of Disney nature place) but once you get on site, you cannot see any of it. Got checked in, but was early (cabin key available at 3pm) so went swimming. The pool is very nice, a bit like a mini centerparcs pool. Although swimming shorts (baggy ones) are supposedly banned in France, you are allowed to wear them here, which was a bonus. Got in the cabin and was very impressed. They looked a bit small from the outside, but when you go in they appear huge and are set out very well to utilise the space. The beds are comfy as well. Getting to the Disney parks is very quick and well sign posted. It's quite relaxing to be away from the hustle of the parks when you return. The restaurant (buffet style) is excellent. There is something for everyone, with a massive choice of desserts. There is a shop on site that sells loads of Disney stuff and also some food items, although the food is expensive, and the English style bread loafs sell out by 8am (opens at 7:30!!) Only downside was that the children's playground was closed for redevelopment. Overall, I would return here, although I would like to try a different hotel as well (4 adults (30, 35, 55, 58), 2 kids (7, 6))

Just returned after 5 days. Had an amazing time. Lodge/caravan was better than we expected, had everything we needed (took our own toaster!). Staff very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was probably best thing about the site, hot Jacuzzi was just what my feet needed after a day walking round Disney and kids loved the slide. There is loads of building work going on but didn't affect our stay, would definitely return.

Nice and quiet. Cabins now tired and in need update. Take your own toaster if you can, or pay 30 euros deposit to hire one. No cooker, just 4 ring hob. Clean tidy site. Shop very very basic. Really nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Bit difficult at first to find site due to road works and site building.

"Great stay :)"
08/24/15 Lisa R Surrey, United Kingdom
Stayed here last week and initailly worried as saw a lot of building cranes as we approached - don't let this worry you, they are not on the actual site! A fair wait at check in but all handled OK and arrived at our cabin. It is fairly basic but to be honest for the amount of time you spend there it is just fine, although the sofa is quite uncomfy after a long day in the Disney parks! Also toaster missing from the kitchen but aside from that it was clean and completely functional. One downside was no WIFI and poor mobile signals though. We had the HB deal which included breakfast, which had to be collected from the hut at the end of your road. We got into a habit of eating the cereal you can get (in substitute for bread) in the morning, then collecting it on our way out to the parks, eating the croissant on route and saving OJ and coffee etc for the next day, which worked well for us and saved time. Had an OK meal at the onsite restaurant and kids enjoyed the one trip we had to the pool as well. Good shop onsite, albeit a little expensive. Kids play area currently closed for refurb - not that it mattered to us as we wouldn't have had time to play there anyway! All in all a pleasant stay and so much better for those who do not want to be all in one hotel room together and are happy with the self-drive option (which is a very easy 10 minute drive to the parks). Would defo recommend :)

"Cabin and food good"
08/24/15 timbie8 Essex, England
Overall we were impressed with the accommodation and the half board meal deal worked very wall. A couple of things that we were not to pleased with the pool was closed on our first day, then the second day open but no slide and no bubbles in the Jacuzzi. I thought that there were hairdryers supplied and did not take my own, you could hire from reception but had you stand for ages to pick up and return as there were a lot of people checking in even at 9pm. Reception staff were very pleasant but I never once went when they were not busy so more staff needed or a different place to collect and return items hired. Pool towels were available to hire but from the shop not the pool and the cleaning pack had to be picked up from the shop. It just seemed to be a bit odd how some of the things worked why did they not just put the cleaning pack in the properties. We ate one night in the Tavern and thought the standard was good for a buffet, had pork in a sauce with rosemary with potatoes and vegetables. Plus a good choice for dessert, in the park the drink was in a small cup but we were given a can each here.

"Family friendly budget euro disney accommodation"
08/23/15 Sarah W Bedford, United Kingdom
We have just returned from a 6 day 5 night break in Davy Crockett lodge Our break had a free half board meal plan included. Check in was very smooth, we were given a map of the resort, a code for the barrier although the gate was always manned when we went through and an envelope with our park tickets and meal vouchers inside. There are 7-8 different trails of accommodation set out in a big loop but we were staying on the trail nearest to the main resort. This is useful as you can walk to the pool, restaurants etc. We were in a premium plus cabin ( wood cladded static caravan type building). It had a double bedroom with ensuite shower room, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and a pull out under bed ( it would have been very cramped with 4 people in here), a toilet and separate shower room, a lounge diner kitchenette, a decked area with picnic table and bbq. Each cabin had parking for 1 vehicle. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring electric hob, microwave oven and large fridge freezer. There was also enough crockery and glassware for 6. A bread knife and smaller paring, veg knife was in the drawer with a very sharp tin opener and chopping board. Various saucepans were in the cupboard although i didn't use them so can't comment on them. We tried the swimming pool one morning. It is very cool as others have stated. The water slide was open which my 6 year old loved but the jacuzzi was closed. It has a shallow lazy river area which is great for smaller children. There are also several floats and armbands for you to use as well as 2 lifeguards on duty. You need to keep moving or you will get very cold very quickly. Unfortunately you do not warm up when you get out as the showers are absolutely freezing. There are free lockers and a large communal changing area. Our vouchers included the pick up breakfast, a half board meal that could be used at lunch or dinner and a pause gourment afternoon snack voucher. The breakfast was collected from the breakfast hut at the end of your trail between 7-11:30. Included in your breakfast bag every day was 1 litre of UHT milk, tea, sugar, coffee or hot chocolate sachets, 4 mini cans of orange or apple juice, 4 pots of apple puree (like baby food),4 half baguettes with butter, chocolate spread and either strawberry or apricot jam, and either 1 croissant or mini box of cornflakes per person. I would recommend reading your vouchers carefully as i encountered so many people arguing with staff in and around the disney parks about where they could be used. It states very clearly what food and drinks can be claimed and In which restaurant around disney. You can also use the meal voucher in other restaurants not listed on the voucher. They will be used as part payment of the bill and you pay the difference. Just check BEFORE ordering as not all places will accept them, again this is clearly printed on the voucher. We ate in the resort quite a bit out of convenience. 1 soft drink is included in the voucher. All subsequent drinks and alcohol is additional cost. There is a large salad buffet table, a typical children's buffet of chicken nuggets or fish fingers, and various other dishes including, sausages, pasta, meat in sauce etc. There are very few vegetables and the same food seems to appear every night. The pudding table includes sweets for the kids, jelly and mousses, creme brûlée, apple tart type puddings and lots of fresh fruit. The resort is approximately 5-10 minutes away from the disney parks. In our envelope there was a mini map telling you which roads to drive on and which exits to take to ensure you get to the parks and back without getting lost. Everything is signposted well. You also get a ticket to get free parking at disney and access to the 2 free hours of magic time in the park. When you arrive at the park you have to go through a bag check area first and then queue up for which ever park you wish to visit. Disneyland park opens at 8 am for the magic hours or 10 am to the public and the disney studios about 9:30. If you wish to use the magic hours there is a separate gate for those staying in any disney hotel. However there are very few rides open until 10 am. The benefit of the magic hours seems to be more beneficial if you wish to meet and have a photo with the disney characters With it being the summer holidays be prepared for it to be very busy and the ride queue times to be very long. The longest i saw was for 85 minutes for crushes coaster in disney studios. They do have fast pass on a few rides but not on them all. Crushes coaster could really benefit from having a fast pass as the queue was always over an hour. You can only have 1 fast past at a time. They only open at 10am and you get given a time to return to the ride. You must get there early though because the times go so fast. At 11:30 we tried to get one for thunder mountain and the next available time was at 7:30 that evening. The only downside is that there is no internet access. There is a cable for laptops if anyone still uses it that way and the wifi is very intermittent. It is only available in the bar/ restaurant area but there were technical issues every night of our stay. In 2015 there really should be better internet access considering how much everything is in disney i'm sure they could afford to install it.

"Fantastic accommodation for families"
08/22/15 aoifej Ireland
We stayed in the premium plus cabins at the beginning of July. They are "static caravans" but they were perfectly suited to us - a family of 5. Perfectly clean, good utensils (no toaster though), bbq, decking and great air conditioning. The kids beds were really comfortable. The Breakfast Basket was fresh every morning, the tea bags they use are great!. The kids loved the pool and it was a welcome deviation from the hectic DLP day. The only problem we had is that we were right behind all the construction work that was going on, early in the morning and late at night - really annoying and we hadn't been made aware of it at the time of booking. We did complain and in fairness to Disney, they apologised and rectified the matter. I would absolutely recommend staying here (if the construction has finished!!) if you are a larger family and prefer a bit of peace and quiet after a tiresome day at Disney Land.
