UGGGGH HD2 CHANGE ROOMS BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS BROKE & FALLN DOWN THEN WHEN WE CHANGED ROOM THE HEAT WOULDN'T WORK NEEDED A WHOLE NEW UNIT UGGGH THEN THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS SOOOO DISRESPECTFUL & RUDE AS EVER UGGGGH IT TRULY PUT A DAMPER ON OUR VACATION HE SHOULD HAVE TREATED US WAYY BETTER THEN THE WAY HE DID IM JUS SAYING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I went down last minute for a few days of golf. The hotel staff was excellent and very accomodating. The location of the hotel was great for traveling to the golf courses we had selected. It was an enjoyable experience and has me thinking about booking it for our years golf trip I plan with multiple friends.

The rooms are very average, but clean. The indoor pools are awesome!! My 6year old was in heaven...well, so were we because the hot tubs are nice as well! and they have a puttputt course and an arcade! Very close to the Food Lion grocery store. Ocean Veiw rooms are still a great view! This is were I will book all my future stays in MB!

Decent hotel. Safe, clean, polite staff. We went during off season (late October) so it was pretty cheap. However, the shower was definitely not that great and the inside pools are not really inside. They are part of a large covered area that is open on one side. There was a storm while we were there so this of course made it not very conducive to swimming. […] And the pools were cold!! Please turn the heaters up! The jacuzzis were lovely though half of them would be closed for part of the day and then opened and the other half closed. Luckily it was not crowded so this was not an issue. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Maintenance was great, as well! We had trouble with the toilet at 6am on a Sunday morning and they were there within 10 minutes. And thet calked about 2 hours later to be sure it was fixed. All in all, decent hotel, but you do get what you pay for. I would not stay there again but I would not say not to stay there. Hope that helps all of you! Read more

The amenities were awesome. We enjoyed the lazy rivers and pools. Maybe you could rent chairs for the beach as $30 for a day was a bit too much from the lifeguard. Also, you might want to use shuttle buses to get to area attractions. We did not have a car and the bus system was very unreliable. We wanted to get to Barefoot Landing and could not get […] there because the bus did not go there. Our stay was very satisfactory. The check in was swift. We were very thankful for the cross-over walkway to parking. We have stayed here several times in the past. The crowd was larger this weekend after Labor Day than we had hoped, but of course there was no way to know that. I enjoyed my stay. I am planning another trip. I will definitely be staying at the Landmark again. My kids enjoyed the hotel as well. The only thing that went wrong was when the tub was clog, and maintenance took over 2 hours to come and the issue was still not taken care of until the following day by the day time maintenance genteleman.

I was actually impressed this year with our stay at the Landmark. We had not been there since 2009, and it appears they have done some upgrades and added features since then. One of the "added" features was the fire show. I watched from our ocean-front balcony and thoroughly enjoyed it! I believe the rooms seemed cleaner this time, and less flaws. Obviously, we all wish that the elevators would work seamlessly and much quicker, but I am sure that is years of wear and tear, plus SO many people staying there at one time. The room was dirty. The room floor was oily and slick. Outside in certain areas there was a very bad odor. The pool area was very dirty. The water had trash floating in it and sand was everywhere.

For the price (we booked about six months in advance of our trip, so prices were much lower), it was an incredible hotel. We enjoyed our stay in MB immensely, and we were in our hotel a decent amount. The rooms were cleaner than I'd expected based on some of the reviews we'd read, and everything seemed brand new. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the […] hotel building seems freshly painted. Parking was convenient thanks to a walkway that connects the garage to the hotel. Our "view" from the balcony in our room wasn't great, but we chose not to spend money for ocean or partial ocean view, so the view was of the roof for the indoor pool. It's right on the beach. We never went to the hotel pools or restaurant to review them. The only real complaint I had was for the daytime staff - they were rude and incompetent, really no help at all, it was an awful first impression to give. If you need something, wait for the night staff (who were nice and polite), seems ridiculous but it's worth it. Read more

The hotel has a lot to offer with multiple pools and hot tubs, but to find a hot Jacuzzi you had to jump from hot tub to hot tub. When I heard maintenance addressing the issue they said it is always like that and went on with their day not trying to fix anything.

Nice oceanfront balcony but it had only 1 chair and the table was really cheap. Annoying tenants on top floor shining laser lights on the beach at people and other tenants windows most of the evening. This went on every night. Staff was friendly. Good location. Over all it was a great stay. My only real problems at all were that I had a problem picking up the wireless internet they had due to the naming of the routers and that my drinks such as milk froze in the fridge even when the coldness had been turned down to 2.

The location was much further down Ocean Blvd. than I would have preferred. I am not used to the area and didn't expect it to be that far south, but that is not the fault of the Hotel. The traffic was much more congested on that end and it wasn't until you travel north for several miles that the traffic thinned out and was manageable. There was a security guard that was not very friendly out front and was making sure no one parked in front of the main doors, however I was traveling with my elderly mother who walks with a cane. We were at the hotel from Saturday 6/2 - Wednesday 6/6 it was very beautiful & the viewing was great also. The staff was friendly but lazy. I called room service 3 times to ask for more towels & I haven't got them yet, so we had to use the dirty towels until they came to clean the room the next day. The hotel is kid-friendly and the rooms are nice. Our experience was great and we wanted to stay longer! My least favorite is that the hotel is dated in terms on the television, carpet, and colors. Other than that, they were always cleaning the pools, lobby, and rooms. We will be back later this year!

Our bathroom wasn't cleaned and I didn't realize this until I showered with someone's pubes. No one came to clean in after multiple people told us they would. We also found uncleaned puke on the side of our bed.
