"Great Secluded Spot"
We came to Ti Kaye to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. We specifically chose Ti Kaye because of the dive shop that they have on the property. The overall feel of Ti Kaye was very relaxed, we got a cottage (without a pool) which had a beautiful view of the water. The good: The room was open to the elements, but could easily be closed down so you […] can turn on the A/C if you would like. The outdoor shower was very fun, especially when it was raining, a true adventure. The dive shop was great! Every single room was booked while we were there, but we rarely saw other guests, they do a great job of keeping everyone spread out. The bad: The cost of food was really high, but you can easily stop at a grocery store on your way to the resort and stock up on essentials. We typically buy bread and peanut butter/jelly and other snacks. We only ended up purchasing two lunches and spent over $160. Yikes! We did not interact with the staff very much, but they are nice and the servers in the restaurant and typical of what you would find in a foreign country. Not quite up to US standards, but they get the job done. The stairs down to the beach weren't a problem for us but we are both very active. Regarding the music from the boats that dock in the cove. It can be a little annoying, but it is just some background noise and it was very infrequent. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

If you are looking for a secluded, peaceful and beautiful to spend your days and nights; Its Ti Kaye. You get to have you own small house which overlooks the tranquil Caribbean. The service crew is amazing with special mention of the Chef who dished some remarkable vegan foods on request. Getting to the resort through that infamous unmarked dirt road […] is an adventure of its own, though driving on own after sunset can be tricky. The climb down to the beach from the hotel is beautiful in its own way too. The best part is the locals on the beach who will interact with you but will not push you to buy their stuff. Overall, a remarkable experience. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ti Kaye was amazing!!!"
We stayed at Ti Kaye for 5 nights and wish that we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived we were catered to. Our room was amazing! The view from our little pool was breath taking. The food was comperable to a 5 star restaraunt. The staff was so pleasant.. If you are looking for a quiet resort to connect with your partner then Ti Kaye […] is the perfect place! Nice resort but you can't go anywhere else. It's more for honeymooners rather than a family of four. It's and 1and 1/2 to go anywhere else. The sand on the beach is hot, hot, hot. They don't tell you that. Dinner is very expensive and just once in awhile you want a burger and fries for dinner, nope. The restaurant down by the beach is only open from noon […] til 4pm and they serve burgers. The one you eat at for dinner opens at 6:30pm, we at early eaters. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:00am, too late for my husband. The place is gorgeous and quiet, but not for us. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great week of relaxation"
We enjoyed every part of our Ti Kaye experience. We took someone's advice and stopped on the way from the airport to pick up some grocery essentials. The room was awesome! All villas had great views of the Ti Kaye cove. There were great activities to do including snorkeling, sight seeing, and fish fries (just be careful what you eat!).Genuine Expedia guest review
We loved our stay at Ti Kaye! The food and staff were incredible, and I have rarely stayed at a cleaner facility. The spa was excellent, and the layout was wonderful for an active couple! (Lots of walking, stairs and hills.) The beach was beautiful, as well. One of my favorite features of the beach (besides the fresh food, and excellent service) is […] the security gards. Ti Kaye has their own security guys that are full of helpful info AND make sure that your belongings are secure when you go out for a swim. (And do go out - kayaks and snorkeling are both great!) Renting a car was a perfect option for us as it let us get out and explore at a reasonable rate. We could have done taxis, but we didn't really know what we wanted to do when, so the flexibility was great for us. Just know, they drive on the Left and the roads are very twisty. The ONLY complaint we have about Ti Kaye is the extremely firm beds. If you like a firm bed, you will love the ones here. If you do not, you may not sleep very well. On the plus side, it was an excellent excuse to visit the spa a few extra times! Overall, very romantic and enjoyable. We would recommend this to some friends - but Ti Kaye is not for everyone! We may stay there again, if they offer a mattress pad or something for the beds. Again though, you can't beat the location and the resort itself! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Place for Couples, Check for Lobster Season"
Ti Kaye Village was great. I highly recommended it for couples that want to reconnect and spend some time together. We had a cottage with a plung pool for 5 nights. We never heard another person or guest while at the cottage. Bring an under water camera and do some snorkeling while your there. It costs $10 per person per day for snorkel equipment at […] the dive shop. The bay right in front of Ti Kaye had the best snorkeling on the island. Schools of small squid on the left side. We don't recommend the Friday Night Fish Fry in town unless it's Lobster Season. Find out before you go. You can't eat Lobster in St Lucia unless it's in season. Air Conditioning worked well with the shutters closed. We would open up the doors to the bay early in the morning to just lay in bed and look at the ocean. Also, bring some ear plugs in case the noise of the birds and crickets bother you at night. I put ear plugs in but my wife loved to listen to it at night. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Cottage with a great view"
The cottage has a big porch with rocking chairs, small eating table, and a great view. If you get hot outside, the room is nicely air-conditioned. There are 163 steps down to the beach from the hotel eating area, but we rented a car and you can drive down instead of going up the stairs. Worst part of the place is the drive from the main road to the […] hotel. It's 6 minutes on a badly kept road that's filled with potholes and goes up and down like a roller coaster. Luckily our rental car survived. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
We stayed at Ti Kaye for the first half of our honeymoon and it was heaven on earth. From our incredible bungalow overlooking the ocean, with its serene plunge pool and private enclosure of mango trees, to the amazing service from everyone who worked at the hotel, we could not have been happier. We weathered a tropical storm at the hotel, and we felt […] amazingly taken care of. the staff provided us with free food and drink while we waited in the luxury of our cottage. they kept us abreast of all weather reports. Everyone learned our names on the first day and by the time we left we felt like old friends. Highlights: the spa! the food! the plunge pool! snorkeling! kayaking to honeymoon beach! the birds! After Ti Kaye we moved to a much more expensive hotel and we honestly preferred Ti Kaye. It was personal, luxurious, accommodating, convenient, and entirely worth every penny. "Loved the experience at this hotel!"
It was our first time in St. Lucia and we really had a great time. The one thing that was disappointing were the 167 steps to get to the beach. Going down wasn't a problem, going up was! Hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcomed us with open hands. The local people that live on the island were always on the beach and tried to sell the tourist […] items. I must say they were very friendly people who wanted to make some money. We had conversations with them the whole time we were at the beach. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Bed could have been more comfortable, but was okay. The resort is beautiful. The cottage was fabulous, including the shower. The drinks/food were great. You wouldn't believe the view of the ocean from the cottages. Easy access to the beach and tours. Recommend sharing entrees at dinner for sure. Place is gorgeous. Very high living in a highly secluded location. Although it's off the beaten path there is plenty to do at Ti Kaye from outdoor activities such as kayaking (for free), snorkeling, or scuba diving (at affordable prices) to more relaxing activities such as wine tasting (with an incredibly knowledgable somellier) and taking it in at […] the Ti Kaye spa on the cliffside overlooking Anse Cochon bay. My husband and I decided on Ti Kaye for our honeymoon resort after talking with family members who raved about the resort. "Beautiful, relaxing resort for honeymooners"
Ti Kaye is a gorgeous resort situation on the side of a mountain overlooking the beautiful Anse Cochin beach. We stayed in "le Cottage," a private little house with a (very firm) king size bed, large closet, refrigerator and bathroom with enclosed/private outdoor shower. There were wonderful views of the caribbean sea and the beach from almost everywhere […] in the resort including our spacious front porch, the spa, the restaurant, bar, and lobby/lounge area. The hotel location is quite remote, but everything you need is located here so you don't really need to leave. (They do have organized sea/land tours that take to you St. Lucia's attractions if you do want to do some sightseeing though.) Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steep sidewalks and stairs at Ti Kaye. MUST TRY -- the wine tasting in "Ti Kave" with Cleus!! Book in advance and be prepared to taste 10+ whites and reds from the great wine cellar while Cleus guides you through the flavors and regions. Great experience! "Needs a new owner"
My boyfriend and I took this trip for my birthday. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. There were some good things about this hotel, and other things I didn't prefer. The road to the hotel was long and rough. It took us about 10 minutes to drive down it in a non 4 wheel drive vehicle. However, they began filling in the biggest potholes the day before we […] left. The gate keepers were very nice. The hotel and grounds were well upkept. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the rocking chairs talking. The hotel says they have air conditioning. Our room had a window unit. We slept with it on at night (all windows & doors closed), but it leaked quite a bit. We told the hotel staff every morning. Our room was cleaned nicely each day. The bed was nice but very firm. One thing they don't tell you before you arrive: they will run your debit/credit card to hold $1,000. The biggest aspect of the hotel that influenced us the most was the Owner. He greeted us upon our arrival, but he seemed to express his opinion about us quite openly. It was not too kind. He seemed agitated every time we saw him, and we felt like he looked down on us. Because of him, we chose to eat at other resorts, enjoy other resorts' beaches, and book excursions through other resorts. The one excursion we did book through this hotel was the climb up Gros Piton. We were given a nice breakfast (to eat on the go), and our drivers were more than accommodating. "Close...but needs some work"
The interesting thing about Ti Kaye is that most will either love it or hate it. It really is not for everyone give the secluded location. For the short version, my personal take is that on the plus side, it is very secluded with some wonderful amenities, friendly staff and surprisingly excellent food (thanks to a recently hired head chef). On the negative […] side, the secluded location means about a one hundred dollar US cab ride to go anywhere. The beach reminded me more of a public lake front really detracts from an otherwise wonderful location. "Wouldn't change a thing"
This resort was quite nearly perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most learned our names at our first meeting and greeted us by name whenever we saw each other. The place was very laid back but quite upscale. We visited needing a relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we received. The snorkeling from the beach was very good, which was one […] of the main reasons we chose this resort. When standing on the beach, the better snorkeling was to the left around the south side of the boat dock. The coral was in better shape and the fish plentiful. The snorkeling on the north side was good, but the coral was not in very good shape and a number of day excursions deposited their people over there, making for sometimes crowded snorkeling conditions. This was a great little find, an alternative to the larger all inclusive's on the Island. The staff is very warm and accommodating, the food was tasty and well presented. The room was delightful with a balcony, outdoor shower, walk in closet, very spacious. Clean and well kept. The beach was a small bay, snorkeling right off the beach was surprisingly […] good. "Secluded natural resort"
Overall we had a great stay. Our room was fantastic, with a patio with ocean views. The restaurant had good food, and the beach shack was great for lunch. The beach itself was amazing, make sure to snorkel and you'll be astonished at the underwater life. Free kayaks available to take out and beach attendants are there to watch your belongings and bring […] you food/drinks from the beach shack. Service at the hotel overall was great. The lady who checked us in was a bit rude. We asked if there was a place to get bug spray and she dismissed us with a quick no. When we asked the bell boy, he explained that the store on site had sold out, it didnt take too much effort on his part and it would have been nice if the first lady could have just explained the same. Our driver on the way from the airport to the hotel picked up a "friend" who was probably a working girl. This happened too quickly for my wife and I to react. We informed management and they said they would take the appropriate action so that shouldn't happen to you. I'd definitely recommend Ti Kaye if you are looking for a secluded, romantic getaway. The wonderful staff here make you feel at home the minute you arrive. This resort requires you to be somewhat active if you want to go down to the beach & snorkel, it's quite a hike back up. Our experience was great. We were on our honeymoon. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Carribean! The food was great, too. Our only suggestion for improvement would be that the dinner service was a little slow. Otherwise, top notch!Genuine Expedia guest review
Very comfortable room, lovely people (general observation for all St Lucians). The 167 or so steps to the beach were a bit of a workout but really doable. We had additional challenging steps to our room, which simply meant we were well prepared when we left it. The beach (in my opinion) was the loveliest of beaches. Great snorkeling, great swimming, […] black volcanic sand made everything even more atmospheric. The beach bar was great. Joel the cook is very patient with special wishes and wooed us with fish cooked to perfection. TiKaye is quite far from everywhere so long drives were unavoidable when looking for diversion. The main restaurant was not recommendable so we struggled to find alternative solutions as the beach bar closed at 4pm. There are few local vendors on the beach, but all very friendly and not too pushy. They supplied us with fresh coconuts and pretty baskets that they’d weave as we watched. You will get to know them, and they you...and you will always be greeted with a friendly smile and hello. If we ever had a request, it was taken care of almost immediately. We could not have been happier […] with the service we received at Ti Kaye. Ti Kaye is a beautiful resort, although remote and off the beaten path (which was exactly what we were looking for on our honeymoon). If you want quick access to shopping and nightlife, this isn't the place for you. But if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful location, this is the perfect getaway! "Wondeful week in Paradise"
Everything was wonderful. We arrived on Saturday and were immediately welcomed by the person at the front desk who gave us an orientation to the Village. Breakfast every morning overlooking the water was lovely as was the "private" beach- there's no such thing as a private beach in St. Lucia, but this is as close as you can get. There is a restaurant […] and dive shop right on the beach and you can have drinks brought to you as you take in the sun and then go strap on your snorkeling mask and swim to various nearby reefs. You wake up every morning to birds chirping and a breathtaking view of the ocean. The cottages have hammocks on the porch where you can lay and look down at the water as well. Really, the only negative of the hotel is the entrance. St. Lucians don't seem to understand the concept of a paved road, and it is about a mile drive from the hotel entrance to the property itself and it's not a fun one- one big dirt road that is bumpy, rocky and full of hairpin turns. Not a big deal unless you're driving, but honestly something that should have been fixed by now. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Ti Kaye Resort"
Ti Kaye is the perfect vacation for anyone wanting to have a small, quiet vacation. We stayed in a cottage with a plunge pool, great experience you should have once but will just get the basic cottage the next time. Food, drinks and other services were very reaonable and about what we pay in the US - amazing. If you are on vacation and drink a lot, […] get the all inclusive plan. The gym is adequate for the "do it yourself" workout - about what you see in average hotels. Lots of diving and snorkel spots you can swim to off the beach. One note, all of the beaches on St. Lucia are public, so you will have to share. However, we never felt like others were invading our space. Ti Kaye guests stayed on the south end of the beach, close to the bar. Non guests stayed at the other end. As with all vacation spots, there are some locals trying to sell shells or local crafts. The beauty of the location and overall experience outweighed any possible down side. If you want your own private beach, go somewhere else and pay much much more. This was a great vacation for our 20th anniversary. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Ti Kaye Village a wonderful location"
This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in 30 years of visits to the Caribbean. We stayed in one of the cottages for two and it was excellent - view, amenities, beach, food, environment, and access to excursions or other St Lucia activities. The staff from the drivers who picked us up to the drop off at the airport to the beach staff and restaurant […] staff as well as the administrative personnel including housekeeping were outstanding, friendly and helpful to say the least! The beach although generally smaller in size than we have experienced was never crowded and although shared with the 30-40 minute "day" "cruise and resort" excursion boats offered plenty of space to read, sit, snorkel, kayak or otherwise enjoy the day. There is a very different but yet interesting snorkeling experience on either the north or south side areas of the cove in which the beach is nestled. This is a unique experience for couples and adults who enjoy laid back unpretentious peace and quiet. FYI, the 160+- steps down the beach were nothing to worry about as one can take their time going down or up and of course there is the road access. If you do nothing else (ie excursions, etc.) we would recommend that when first arriving arrange with the hotel for your pickup (and later drop off). we also would recommend taking the north drive from the airport and the south drive to the airport or vice versa as they are very different and give you a great perspective of the diversity of the island. "GO GO GO to Ti Kaye"
This hotel is fantastic and I would whole heartedly recommend it to couples seeking a relaxing vacation. I would however say that it is a MUST to stop on the way at the supermarket and get beers, rum, crisps and snacks that you would like in the villas. It is not easy to get out once you are there. there is no room service which I understand but I would […] say that this would take the experience to the next level. The food is a little pricey - it is local food charged at New York top restaurants rates. This is by no reason something to put you off. I would give this 9/10 and the spa is exceptional.
