Tired rooms which have self catering facilities. Staff very helpful and professional. Ok for our purpose which was night before an early morning flight. Seemed very family friendly.

Reception area and staff excellent and outward appearance of accommodation good. However, our apartment was of mixed standard. Very clean but cramped. The beds were very good, comfortable but not sure if I would have wanted to stay for any length of time with little storage space. The bathroom had lots of bath gels, etc, good shower with plenty of hot […] water but again very small space. The main room was the disappointment with a bed settee which was broken and again good we were not there for more than one night as it was very uncomfortable to even sit on. Verandah was good overlooking waste ground so very quiet. We went out for dinner (an easy walk to a good choice of restaurants) but on our return the "entertainment" was in full swing so we had to keep our windows closed because of the noise. However, it did stop at I think around 11 p.m. We went down early for breakfast which was very good with plenty of choice plus a chef freshly cooking eggs, omeletes and pancakes. We didn't go to the pool so can't comment but the children's area looked well run and safety concious. I would say this is good value for the price and possibly with a better fitted lounge I would have been more enthusiastic. Read more

A number of us used this hotel in the heart of Playa Blanca a couple of weeks ago and all were generally delighted with our choice. The grounds and facilities were excellent and the running buffet food operation was more than adequate for the style of holiday we had selected, for those who had paid for half board. Expected really basic apartment and facilities for the price but was pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean and well looked after and the pools, sunbeds and garden areas are really pretty and well-maintained. Value for money. Hotel was good. Stayed in a self catering appartment, which suited our needs in terms of facilities, room security in terms of sliding doors was a bit iffy as the lock on the door didnt actually do anything but the bolt worked. Good location.

This hotel is excellent value for money. The apartments are well equiped and spotlessly clean. Located within walking distance of some excellent restaurants and Rubicon marina. Balconies overlook the pool or the main street but it is quiet as the hotel is set back from the road. Will definitely be back again

Excellent apartments. Lovely grounds and very clean. The pool area is very pleasant. Every member of staff excellent and very friendly. We were on a self catering package so cannot comment on the food. I would advise requesting a first floor apartment. Stayed here 5 days end of January. Location is excellent being only 3 mins walk to Playa Dorada - nice sandy beach - and supermarket opposite. Complex has an open and spacious feel once away from reception area and first few apartments. Built in 'pueblo' style with well tendered gardens and pleasant pool and bar area. Parking easy close by. Friendly […] youngish staff. We had our anniversary whilst there and cleaner observed cards and picked flowers from the garden and put in room. - nice touch. Clearly geared towards families when in high season so those without kids may wish to consider if travelling at that time. Some exterior woodwork (doors/windows etc) requires attention, but does not detract from pleasant environment unless you're very fussy. Was 35% cheaper than the Barcelo Galea in Costa Teguise where we spent our first 5 days, but was about 35% better! Apartment was fine for us - 2 adults - but the sofabed didn't look too comfortable if had larger party. If self catering need to check your bill on departure - someone had put a dinner and laundry on our room account, although reception accepted and removed. Definitely would go back. Read more

I was on a working holiday. I specifically selected this apartment because of the cost, rooms were advertised as having a desk, it appeared very light and airy, with simple light coloured modern furniture. Unfortunately the the photographs advertising the rooms and rooms were very different. There was no desk in which to work from, there was no natural […] light in the room and the lamps provided did not have working bulbs. I was without sufficient light for 3 days whilst this was waiting to be fixed. The furniture in the living area differed considerably to the advertisement. Hotel was adequate. I suspect it is one of their oldest hotels and shows it, as it looks a little tired. The food on day 1 was not inspiring and I would not recommend the restaurant albeit that we did eat rather late due to the time of our arrival and the food (buffet style) was trather dried up by then. The restaurants in Playa Blanca were very good, especially around the Rubicon Marina area, but those along the front in Playa Blanca were also good. Thoroughly recommend Lanzarote as weather was excellent, and plenty to do but you are likely to need a car if staying in Playa Blanca as it is right at the southernmost tip of the island. Would recommend Lanzarote and the H10 chain, but if staying at an H10 hotel go for the 4* ones which appeared to be much newer with better facilities. Read more

A professionally-run hotel. We were warmly welcomed even though the multi lingual staff wrongly took as to be German at first! We had stayed here before 3 years ago and this time had a nicer apartment as it was first floor with a balcony rather than ground floor with a rather dusty yard. The grounds are delightful - full of flowers and beautifully maintained. […] We were amazed to see the childrens' playground being painted at 10.00 at night to be ready for the next day! Customer service is a priority and we were visited in person to check that everything was in order. Les animations du soir sont plus destinées aux enfants et malheureusement qu'en langue espagnole. idem pour les bassins des piscines plutôt destinés aux enfants, celui destiné aux adultes est en effet très petit. Le bord de mer de Playa Blanca […] est très abrité (Lanzarote est souvent assez ventée), sa plage de sable fin en forme de crique est très sécurisante. Pour les amateurs de site sauvage à 7 km se trouve la réserve de Papagayo (3€ l'entrée par jour) ou l'on trouve 4 plages aux eaux translucides faciles d'accès dont 2 très abritées et très chaudes en bas des falaises (parasol à prévoir). Ich sar sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment, es wurde jeden Tag saubergemacht, der Fussboden wurde feucht aufgenommen. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Nur an einem Tag wurde vergessen, mein Zimmer zu putzen. Aber das kann ja mal passieren. Duschgel, Haarshampoo, Seife und Föhn war auch vorhanden.

Dit appartementencomplex is niet ver gelegen van de boulevard en het strand. Het heeft een paar mooie zwembaden waarvan er één verwarmd is. Voor kinderen is het een echt speelparadijs. Er is een animatieteam dat iedere dag groot en klein bezighoudt. het personeel is vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en alles wordt netjes schoongehouden. De appartementen zijn […] een beetje basic. Er staan tafels en stoelen, er is een piepklein keukenblokje, wel met koelkast en magnetron. De inrichting is vrij 'oud' en de bedden zijn niet erg comfortabel. Misschien het enige minpuntje van het appartement. Als je een benedenappartement hebt heb je ook een leuk plaatsje achter, en op de erste verdieping heb je een balkon. Voldoende ruimte om 's ochtends lekker te ontbijten. Recht tegenover het appartementencomplex is een supermarkt waar je iedere dag heerlijk vers brood kunt halen. Voor internet moet je betalen; er zijn twee computers waar je gebruik van kunt maken en er is wifi bij het zwembad. Ook tegen betaling. Omdat er veel kinderen zijn (het hotel is ingericht op kleine kinderen) is het wel rumoerig. Ook 's avonds want er zijn nogal wat spanjaarden die hun kinderen vrij laat op laten blijven. Vroeg slapen is dus wat lastig daar.. Een echt 3-sterrenhotel en aan te raden voor families met kinderen. Read more

hotel tres bien située a proximité de la plage et du centre.hotel quand meme vieillissant et toutes les chambres ne sont pas rénovées. apparition de rouilles et invasion de fourmies dans la SDB.
