as a pretty big tourism oriented hotel i did not expect to much as i usually do not like these places but the location, the staff and room impressed me. certainly will return a next time. the one tour monkey island i took can certainly be improved and i will not take it again in this set-up. the night outing/tour on the hotel properties was fun and plenty to be seen!

We loved the Panams. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was gorgeous and certainly more than what you would expect. The boutique was a short walk to a supermarket and neighboring bars and restaurants. It was only a 5$ taxi ride to the business district. Breakfast was simple and good and no frills about it. Free wine beer and expresso offered at all times. This was GREAT! Overall we were very pleased with our stay at the Panams. PLease note that the front desk was difficult to work with only because our spanish was s poor and they did not know alot of Englsh, but I give them an A for effort. FYI if your in panama city check out "BEIRUT" restaurant. Great food.

We arrived at 2 am and received a room with windows painted over and no hot water. The next day they moved us next door as they could not fix the "no hot water" situation. In the afternoon our door opened from a "guest" as no one noted our room change. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast had good variety each of our 4 days including fresh fruit and hot dishes. The room was comfortable and clean. Taxis were cheap and plentiful on the street never waiting longer than 30 seconds. The receptionist was nice and helpful. If the room compared to the cost of food and taxis it would have been half what we paid.

this cozy hostal is in an old one-story house with a very nice patio, unfortunately surrounded by ugly skyscrapers. the staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was very small but perfect for one night (and for the price!), and the 2 bathrooms, although shared, were very clean. they also have a big communal kitchen. the other clients were all peace corps volunteers spending the weekend in the city. the location is pretty convenient, too. the only issue is that I didn't feel very safe walking through the neighborhood at night. but all in all, a very good value!

"Granada Hotel - good but small prob at weekend"
The room that i stayed at was very comfortable and clean. I stayed for 10 days and only during the first days i received the news paper; during the weekend my room was not cleaned but until request at 2 PM; and at night i could hear the water pipes of my neighbour when he/she was taking a shower. "Nice Hotel for the price in Panama"
we stayed for two days at this hotel while on vacation, it was very nice and clean and the room was good for the price. The bed was not as nice but ok.

Facilities fully old air conditioning is not served, and room light was extinguished and lighted, call reception and several times in three days never sent someone to check the light or air conditioning. The internet a total disaster cost me $ 12.99 per day and had served no good sign. "Great Hotel! Great Staff! Will Come Again!"
I was a little leery about my booking of this hotel based on some of the reviews I read, but I worried for nothing since this was a very nice, well maintained, and well-staffed hotel. (The reviews I read were old, and apparently written when the hotel was undergoing some renovation. As far as I could tell, the renovations were complete since everything […] looked fairly new.) The service was always excellent, the staff was friendly and accommodating (we needed some extra things done by the staff, and they were quick to help), and the food in the 24-hour cafe was also very good. There were lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance (the Peruvian joint was the BEST!), and the Japanese steak house was also excellent, but a bit pricey for a family of four. Speaking of family, this hotel is kid-friendly, and has a beautiful pool right outside the business center where you can use the computers free-of-charge (there is an additional charge for in-room Internet access, so it was great to get it for free!) The outside glass elevator allows you to see a nice view of the surrounding city, and each room has a combination safe for valuables. Newer, updated rooms are worth the rate I paid. Free internet, 24hr restaurant and pool are convenient. The older desk staff are very customer oriented and friendly.

buen hotel y bien ubicado pero sus fotos no responden a la realidad ya que es muy antiguo
"Muy buena ubicación"
El Hotel esta muy bien ubicado, con una excelente relación calidad -precio. Alrededor hay sitios de interes (comida,transporte,tiendas). El desayuno es básico pero cumplió mis espectativas. Mi única crítica constructiva es referente a las almohadas, son muy gordas (gruesas) por lo que se nos dificultaba dormir y preferiamos hacerlo sin ellas.
Esta bien ubicado, los salones de recepción son agradables, pero las habitaciones son muy antiguas, poco amobladas, pobremente decoradas. El desayuno es muy pobre. Me parece que el precio está muy por encima de lo que el hotel ofrece.

Hotel, apesar de bem localizado e um bom atendimento, peca pela acústica do apartamento, pois fomos acordados com barulho intenso de conversas e o arrastar de móveis durante a madrugada.

Las fotos no corresponden a las habitaciones, es un hotel viejo y el servicio es regular. Es costoso por el precio de la habitacion. Presentan una posibilidad de clases de golf gratis por realizar la reserva pero es en un club a las afueras y es necesario pagar por ello.

O hotel é bem localizado, o atendimento é bom, porém o quarto deixa muito a desejar. Ouve-se todo o barulho da rua, a decoração bastante antiga (principalmente o banheiro). Hotel muito bem localizado Acho que não vale a classificação dele em 4 estrelas(está afixado na entrada do Hotel, bem grande). Acho que não vale o valor da diária cobrada(apesar dos Hoteis no Panamá serem relativamente caros, em comparação à outras cidades do mundo) Falta café da manhã(a qualidade e sortimento cobrado por pessoa não vale à pena)

O hotel é um hotel mais antigo porém já em boa parte refornado (novas reformas começaram em maio 2010). Seu custo X benefício é bom, seu café da manhã bastante razoável e sua localização é adequada. Há um supermercado com farmácia a duas quadras. O principal inconveniente (que não chegou a atrapalhar muito) é o isolamento acústico (se ouve claramente […] tudo o que uma pessoa passando pelo corredor esteja falando). Outro ponto que as mesas de apoio são insuficientes. No quarto que usamos a porta para o closet não fechava (porta sem fechadura) e não havia interruptor para apagar a luz. O quarto não é grande mas o tamanho é suficiente. Em geral é um hotel para quem viaja e que não procura muitas facilidades no hotel, pois se ausenta todo o dia e quando chega quer banho bom e cama confortável. Há ainda o cassino, que não usamos. "Hotel viejo y descuidado"
El hotel está muy descuidado. Me pusieron en una habitación que estaba sin mantenimiento, incluso se me inundó el baño al ducharme! Luego gentilmente me dieron un upgrade a una habitación un poco mejor y más cómoda. Pero de todas formas el hotel en general está viejo y bastante descuidado. El precio no lo vale.

agradable estadia , comodas habitaciones , un poc de ruido sobre la calle principal. bien ubicado , muy buen servicio de desayuno . en general quedamos muy satisfechos con el servicio.
Considero que algunas mejoras serían de gran importancia para el hotel. Por ejemplo televisor, aire acondicionado, closets y las puertas de la habitación (ruido del pasillo) debería renovarse.
