My sister and I had the weekend stressless getaway we were seeking. I loved the whole experience and had fun learning a few new recipes to try. Yes, I would recommend and return. The view! The best. The owners! The best! I love New Found Lake, but had never seen it from this vantage point. I felt at ease immediately and enjoyed every minute of my stay, […] did not want to leave. A great choice for a secluded getaway with great views of Newfound Lake! On top of that the service was excellent. From the time we booked the room until we left, the service was really emphasized. For instance, before we arrived we received a list of questions to ranging from food and snack preferences to firmness of pillows. It was a very pleasant […] surprise in a winter outdoor weekend so much that we've already booked our room for our wedding anniversary! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Our Coppertoppe visit combined luxury, comfort and beautiful views with a feeling of homeyness, friendship and warmth. The meals were beyond delicious. Bill and Sheila were gracious and accommodating hosts. We were delighted and, in record time, our cute little dog, Mocha, relaxed and enjoyed the quests and his surroundings. "Wonderful place to stay"
This B&B met all of our expectations. Our hosts (Bill and Sheila) were great, they went our of their way to make us feel at home. Our room provided a wonderful view of the lake below and was very comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat.Genuine Expedia guest review

Bill and Shelia are wonderful people and were a pleasure to spend our weekend with! Great atmosphere and perfect for a weekend get away. We had the best time! Though it was the off season, there was plenty to do if you like hiking and the outdoors. Well worth the trip!

First off let me start by saying the inn keepers, Bill and Sheila, are amazing. Attention to detail at its finest. My girlfriend and I stayed here with our mini dachshund. Before arriving Sheila sent a questionnaire asking our favorite meals and snacks as well as beverages we enjoy. She made it a point to have these in house for when we arrived. Both mornings we had an amazing breakfast to start our day. The location is just wonderful. Starting with the amazing view from our room to the proximity of newfound lake. There we rented a canoe and paddled the waters for a couple hours with the pup. Right down the road is the sculptured rocks which is also an interesting place to check out. There aren't many places to eat close to the inn. But that's not the owners fault. Bill and Sheila do an amazing job catering to their quests. Also something to add that is worth mentioning: it is a relaxed atmosphere here. We have stayed at other inns where it wasn't the same feel. Relaxing is what we wanted since wr were on vacation. One day we even took our breakfast to our room so we could sit on the porch and take in the scenery. We can't say enough good things about our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Bill and Sheila!
"Fantastic, would absolutely book again!"

Friends and I stated at CopperToppe from August 29-September 1. The inn and surrounding property are beautiful. Bill and Sheila thought of everything we could possibly want, and I can't imagine our retreat being half as memorable if we'd just booked a hotel. I can't recommend them enough; we're already talking about returning next year.
"Great place for a reunion of friends!"
A group of friends and my wife and I stayed at Coppertoppe for a reunion weekend. While our group took up a significant portion of the resources at Coppetoppe, all the guests were made to feel "like family" and were treated warmly and with great love and care. We had a wonderful weekend. We have known the innkeepers for years as personal friends but have not had the opportunity to stay at Coppertoppe. That was a mistake - we should have stayed there long before now. We are looking forward to next year!
"Going to NH, recall you can stay with uncle Bill & aunt Sheila"

We spend two wonderful days at Coppertoppe Inn! This property was charming with lots of places for our puppy to run around. Sheila and Bill made our visit feel like we were with our aunt and uncle. They were so kind and hospitable. We stayed in the Jade suite and the room was cozy and very spacious with a big private marble bathroom and whirlpool tub, towel warmer, refrigerator and comfortable beds, tastefully decorated, clean, and even set up with a dog mat and bowls. The hosts gave us bathrobes and slippers. Every morning we took delight in breathtaking views of lake and mountains, taking delicious breakfasts with fresh fruits, egg dishes, French toast and yummy pancakes. Sheila and Bill allowed our puppy to run around off-leash on the wonderful mahogany floor and socialized with other dogs on the cozy balcony and next to the picturesque pond. They provided whatever we needed, bug spray, extra towels and a hose to wash our puppy, and offered kindly to watch Teddy while we went to dinner with our friends. They even invited our friends to make a tour of whole house. So it was a great experience for our first time at a B&B with a dog. We highly recommend a stay this lovely dog friendly place!

We had a wonderful time at Coppertoppe! Bill and Sheila were super kind and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Lola, our Basset Hound loved them and was rolling over within minutes of meeting Sheila. We stayed in the Jade suite and the room was beautiful - the pictures do not do it justice! The open concept kitchen / dining room / and couch area is lovely and has four sliding doors that connect with the balcony outside. It's a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, or relax in the evening with some wine while enjoying the views outside. The recommendations for hiking, dog care, and restaurants were spot on. This is one of my best B&B experiences ever.
"Peaceful. Comfortable. Relaxing"

My girlfriend and I stayed at Coppertoppe for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time there. Our dog can be a bit aggressive with other animals, but she had a great time too. The owners were helpful in letting us know when the other dogs would be leaving/arriving so it really wasn't an issue to keep her away from other pets. If she was the only dog there we could even let her freely roam the house. We stayed in the beautiful and spacious Garnet suite: huge bed, biggest bathroom I have ever seen (with hot tub), and a long balcony with a tremendous view of Newfound Lake. Lots of outdoor activities in the area and the owners enjoy helping to map out a plan for the day. Coppertoppe is a serene and soothing environment, we drove a little over 2 hours but felt like we were in another world. Bill said it best: "We're 2 hours from Boston, but a million miles away."
"Will beat your expectations"

It's too bad that there isn't an excellent + rating, because that is what this B&B deserves. We had the garnet suite and the view was amazing. We could see birds at the feeder with binoculars(saw my first indigo bunting) and ducks in the pond. The bed was the best I have ever slept in away from home, and the bathroom was huge and stocked with everything you could possibly want. There is a large library with books, DVDs and games for your enjoyment. Sheila & Bill are perfect hosts. They couldn't be more welcoming. The breakfasts were the best we've had ANYWHERE. The only problem is that you will hate to leave!

Pretty setting, stupendous view, warm hospitality, generous and delicious breakfasts, comfortable well-appointed rooms--what's not to love? Even our chihuahua felt pampered. Great place to unwind and relax or to use as a base to explore the area.

People are fantastic, made us feel like we are at our own home. We are Vegans/Vegetarians and they went above and beyond making fantastic Vegan breakfasts. Bill and Sheila love animals so don't leave your pet behind! We are coming back this August for 9 night! can't wait for our stress free trip:) thank you for everything :)
