No maid service. Internet access but no Wifi. Difficult to get in after business hours. There is noone at the reception after 6 or 7 pm and on Sundays. You need to call a phone number that is beyond a locked door. We had to wait until someone opened the door so we can get in and find the phone number. Room were pretty nice though for the price. Consdering the price, that is a nice hotel but be ready to deal with a few inconveniences.

The hotel is situated just down the block from a series of restaurants and a cinema. The hotel itself was very clean and we were given a room upgrade to a suite on the house. The staff was very polite and helpful. The person who checked us in spoke great English which was a plus. We were only using Nantes as a stopover so I can't speak to the hotels proximity to sites in Nantes. Parking was easy and free. Internet was not wi-fi enabled but was provided free of charge so who can complain.

Villa Flornoy is a lovely small hotel. The rooms are somewhat small but that is very typical of any hotel in France. It was beautifully done in French voille and very romantic. It is about 2 or 3 blocks from the ocean which has a lovely promenade that goes on for miles. Great restuarants and casino all within walking distance. We had a three course dinner in their dining room for about 19 Euros, the food was excellent and the dining room was beautiful.
