Set on Brittany's Atlantic coast, the Residence Vacantel les Marines de St Michel complex is made up of rustic gîtes surrounded by gardens, 700 metres from the sea. The 200 holiday homes all have brightly painted shutters and extend to furnished garden areas. All are equipped with bathrooms, kitchenettes with mini-ovens and refrigerators, and patios with garden furniture.
The resort's large swimming pool is open during the summer months. Electricity and water charges are payable between June and September and one parking space per holiday home is reserved for guests. Saint Michel-Chef- Chef's beaches, 700 metres from the hotel, stretch for three kilometres between the headland of Saint Gildas and Saint Brévin. At the town of Saint Nazaire, 11 kilometres away across the Loire estuary, guests can visit the naval shipyards and explore the Espadon, the first submarine to dive beneath the ice caps of the North Pole. Those with an interest in the natural world will find hippos, bears and tigers at the Planete Sauvage safari park, 30 kilometres away. Nantes Atlantique Airport is 70 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour.

General Information:
Reception is open 9 AM - Noon and 4:30 PM - 7 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays; 4 PM - 8 PM on Saturdays; and 9 AM - Noon on Sundays. Reception is closed on Wednesdays. Guests intending to arrive outside these hours must contact the residence prior to arrival to schedule alternate check-in procedures. Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service. On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of stay cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally.
A cash breakage deposit of 200 EUR is payable at check-in.
A pet fee per animal per stay is charged locally (a maximum of two per residence).
