    Overall I was very satisfied with the stay. The only big surprise was that not many of the employees at the Sheraton spoke english. The room was nice, the service was good. The breakfast buffet is huge (cost $28 US dollars), and worth it if you can eat alot.

    I stayed in the deluxe room. It's a few bucks more but worth it. Very spacious and nice bathrooms. Wifi is slow. Overall best hotel to stay in Porto Alegre

    The Sheraton is the nicest place I've stayed in Porto Alegre. It's right downtown next to the park where it seems everyone goes to exercise. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is very attentive, but in a really laid back Brazilian way.

    We upgraded to a Club floor room on check-in, but the room we were given smelled very strongly of solvent of some kind, perhaps paint. When we asked to be moved, we were told there were no more club floor rooms, so we were moved to a regular room, but assured we would still receive club privileges. The new room was actually better, in the sense of being […] more modern, with better lighting. However, the safe was locked, so had to be taken away and replaced, and there were lights that had to be fixed. All these fixes were carried out efficiently, but required quite a lot of attention from us. The internet service was slow, and cumbersome to log into, allowing only two connections per room, although this could be extended. Read more

    Pessoal muito atencioso, boas instalações, dentro do shopping. Ponto fraco banheiro: box pequeno, no caso do meu apartamento o ralo estava entupido. As paredes do banheiro são de gesso acartonado e não proporcionam privacidade aos usuarios...os sons se espalham pelo quarto...desconfortavel.

    O Hotel cobra muitas taxas, inclusive para uso de internet nos quartos. Pelo padrão do hotel é um absurdo, pois não é porque as pessoas que lá se hospedam ter bom por aquisitivo, pode o hotel cobrar todo tipo de taxa, só faltou cobrar taxa para uso do quarto, além da cara diária.Fica a observação. No mais tudo muito bom.....

    en la reserva no pude conseguir opcion de 2 camas en la habitacion. La tarifa no incluye desayuno lo cual te hace sentir de alguna manera estafado y cuando te enteras in situ no te dan ganas de pagarlo por esa misma razón. Por lo demas, muy recomendable

    Já estive diversas vezes no Sheraton e confesso que percebi uma queda no nível de atendimento. Minha insatisfação é, em especial, com a recepção: o pessoal fica muito preocupado em dizer clichês sobre os apartamentos, se expressar com termos em inglês para parecer sofisticado e atende mal, com um certo "sorrizinho" de menosprezo. Do tipo: vocês não […] são empresários ricos e famosos, DEVEM ser turistas, consequentemente, podemos atender e tratar com condescendência... Fiquei muito mal impressionada. Que perda da qualidade e que petulância. E não foi uma vez: todas as vezes, da chegada, a saída, em que me dirigi à recepção, telefonando ou no balcão fui muito mal atendida. Um vexame.
