Le Westin was more than I expected. The outdoor heated salt water pool and hot tub were amazing! The location to the ski lifts was perfect and the ski locker room a huge help. It was the first time that my 19 & 22 year sons were outside the USA, and the hotel staff was always polite and patient with us. And, our maid was outstanding! "Great weekend holiday"
The hotel is typical for what you should expect from a Westin visit. Excellent quality, and a great location close to everything in the ski village. I would stay again. The long weekend price was also a good value.
"Eh, it wasn't outstanding"
One of the front desk receptionists was very brusque, on the second morning when my husband and I were having breakfast the waitstaff brought the check before we even sat down with our plates and when I went up to get some french toast that had just been brought out I came back and discovered that the waitress took away my plate which still had food […] on it and my fork. This is appalling considering they add an automatic 15% gratuity to the meal. The valet disappeared so we had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for him to come back with his lunch before we were able to retrieve our car, and the Westin added on a random 15 dollar charge to our bill, calling it a fee.
