"Worth the money"
For the price it was greatGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Basic needs met"
Generally clean and sanitary. Room very small no table or chair. No place to hang anything. Poor lighting. Right on Rte 66 (as many other motels) so 100 yards from busy RR track. No breakfast. Many other motels and restaurants nearby. shop around.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Cheap and okay for an overnight stay"
Tiny room but very clean. Just need somewhere to sleep. Trains all night but didn't really bother us. Unfortunately the hot water was not working in room 106 our neighbor in room 107 had same problem. I went behind hotel and it appears every two units share a water heater. It was late when i noticed so i didn't ask for assistance from front desk but […] did leave a note when i left. We will try this hotel again but will check hot water first. "Plain... but worth it"
This is a no frills motel. It is clean, the staff is super friendly, location is good. I rated it a 4...this is not a 4 star hotel. It is a simple place that takes care of its guests.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Reception was very friendly and help me find a good place for dinner.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Get what you pay for"
People at the front desk are nice, the hotel is old but you get what you pay for. If you need a cheap place to stay I would book this place again. Room even had microwave and mini fridge.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good east Flagstaff location."
The motel has recently gone through some renovation and also has a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also, location is easy access to I-40 in either direction and north to the Grand Canyon.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Tiny but tidy!!!"
I have to tell you, it was the most scrupulously clean hotel I have stayed in. I am even including the newest and best hotels I have stayed in. The room is sparse but meticulously clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and the grounds were immaculate. There is a train that runs a couple of times a night across the way but was not too troublesome. The […] wifi was very fast and the location is great to all amenities, freeway and college. A true gem and we would go back again and again. Try Mike and Ronda's Café located right down 66 for breakfast...a delicious joint! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"clean, friendly, bare bones motel"
A bare bones motel but it was clean and the staff was friendly. only 80 miles fro Grand Canyon, convenient to amenities. Would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"not up to standards"
There was nothing in the room you would normally expect-not even extra soap, extra toilet paper or any tissue. There were no table lamps and the two remaining light bulbs in both the bedroom and bathroom had been replaced with the lowest wattage fluorescent lamps available. The lighting was so bad that we had to bring in a lantern from our car to be […] able to use the computer keyboard. There was no ice available anywhere. All in all, I would say it was possibly the worst hotel we have ever visited. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Unless you are deaf don't stay there! Train comes through every 1/2 hour all night long (BIG trains!). The track is next to the Hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Visting some relatives"
The room was okay, It smells like smoke even when we asked for non-smoking.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"nice view of the mountain from the back"
Not so bad, a bit ok and nobody bothered me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This is an older hotel but it is obvious that it has been brought up to date and is well maintained. The price for the room was very reasonable. As long as my room is clean, I don't mind staying in an older place. The young lady who checked us was very pleasant. Be warned: Flagstaff is a very busy railroad town, trains will run all night. This hotel […] is just across the highway from the tracks. When I was awake, I could hear the trains passing quite clearly. After I was asleep, the trains did not wake me up. "Great deal for the money"
Greeted by pleasant young lady at front desk, hotel grounds clean with adequate parking , room was sparse as expected considering it is the cheapest room in town, however it was very clean with recently re-done bathroom, newer toilet, sink and faucet. Had extra blanket/pillow delivered and it only took 10 mins. Close to train but it wasn't too bad at […] all. Overall, we were pleased with what we got. Clean is the main concern when going on a budget and this Hotel was clean. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not bad for the price"
The hotel staff was great. Anything I needed they were right on it. The location is right next to the train tracks so it seemed like every 30 minutes a train went by. I was so tired it didn't matter but for someone who needs quiet to sleep this is not the place for you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean Hotel Room but Very Loud!"
This hotel is near a train track and we kept hearing them all night. Couldn't sleep!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Once Again, This Hotel Came Through"
We're budget travelers, and needed a convenient, inexpensive room. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. There was a little noise from passing trains during the night, but Route 66 is along the old train line, so it's to be expected. And I have to admit, when I wads a kid I used to like hearing the sounds of trucks on the highway in the middle of the night […] when we were traveling. It's a sound I associate with road trips. So bear it in mind. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Luxury Inn is a great place to stay! My husband and I were on a road trip and decided to stop for the night. The rooms were spacious and clean. The sheets and towels were also fresh and clean. The hotel has been renovated and has a fresh new look. The staff were extremely nice! I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is located in between the […] mall and the downtown area so you are not far from either location. Great price and a great stay! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
You can't really beat the price and it's very close to some gas stations and restaurants. However, on both occasions of my staying there, there was no shampoo in either room. The complimentary soap smelled like I was washing myself with a salt block. On my second stay I saw an adult bed bug and was given another room to stay in immediately. Overall, […] it was worth the $35 I paid to sleep for a few hours. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Don't stay here"
Very minimal furnishings. Right across the road from the tracks and trains ran all night. We found some kind of bugs in our bed. Maybe 40 dollars a night we could understand, but not at a 100 a night.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Not a Luxury"
"Luxury" is a misnomer. The room was clean but spare, and conveniently located between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It did have a hair dryer, refrig, microwave, cable TV and wi-fi, but was missing amenities we expect in even a moderate-rate room. No shampoo, kleenex, alarm clock, sufficient towels, ice machine, breakfast or even a clothes hook in the […] bathroom. Closet had one thin wire hanger. Freight trains roared by about every 15 minutes during the night, so if you are a light sleeper... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"worth the money"
Towels were thin, one soap provided larger than usual size, bed comfortable, tv worked, internet provided, no ice but had a refrigerator, no other amenities. "You get what you pay for."
This is a very friendly spot. Room was clean and about what I expected for the low price. Great location next to a few restaurants and a bar. Only thing missing for me was no coffee maker in the room. Other than that, no complaints.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Labor Day Weekend"
Super clean rooms. Small but the price is right. Train noise but it's expected in this area.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Pizza place nearby is a great spot to eat with family. Staff seem a little sketchy at this hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant & accommodating. Our room was on the small side but very, very clean with new bathroom fixtures tile, and quiet air conditioner. I travel often for business and have to say it was by far the cleanest room of any others we have stayed in. My only suggestion: As there wasn't a closet in the room, a small […] area with hooks or a rod would be great to hang items on and also a towel rack. "Didn't even stay 20 mins"
We picked up our key and went to the room and as soon as we opened the door we were overpowered by the sickly smell of mildew and cleaning solution. The smell was so overwhelming that I could not stand it and had to walk outside. We used the free wifi to book another room about a mile away. When we returned the key to the office, I told the guy that […] we just couldn't stay there. He didn't seemed surprised by our reaction, but was very apologetic and assured me he would try to get me at least a partial refund. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Worst Stay and no help from front desk"
Went to celerbrate with my boyfriend and the room was terrible, smelled like someone had been smoking, carpet did not look that clean and bed was the most uncomfortable I have been on. I have stayed all over the US but first time to the Grand Canyon area and the last time to stay with your hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone.Genuine Expedia guest review
If want cheap this place is it. The train running through the night did not bother me. If all you are doing is sleeping there then it works fine. Very small rooms. No place to hang your clothes. Internet worked great and all the time.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overpriced Dump. Nothing luxurious about it."
Toilet broken. No soap or shampoo. Stains on sheets. Bright light from window. No towels.Genuine Expedia guest review
"close enough to find sights"
when I first got there, it's not located in the safest part of town. The room is pretty run down, you can feel the bed coils, I got up in the morning to go out for the day. When I came back the bed was not done. nothing had been cleaned. I could not call the desk because the room phone did not work. went to the desk to ask for clean towels . when I […] check out in the morning he would not check me out and give me a receipt. he said call hotels.com. over the years I have stayed in a lo of places this was the worst. "NOT a Luxury Inn"
Trains passing right on the other side of the street all night long. TV without on/off button, curtains with holes in them, towels with stains, in general: old and run-down - definitely NOT a LUXURY InnGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good value, but cando better"
As a business traveler the housekeeping needs to do their job a little better. Restroom needed to be cleaned a little better and their was no shampoo and the soap was very small. It would be better to bring your own shampoo and soap with you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I like my hotels to be cheap, clean, and convenient, and this one fit the bill perfectly. I would stay here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great for price."
This hotel was one of the least expensive on Route 66 in Flagstaff. The room was clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave and table. It was what I expected for the low price. The room only had 2 towels, but the front desk had clean towels for the asking. The staff was wonderful. I believe it was family owned. The mother greeted me immediately, and told […] me her son would be right there. It must have been the daughter that came a few minutes later. She found my reservation quickly. She was knowledgeable about restaurant locations, what was locally owned and what was around for sight seeing. In reading reviews, there were many complaints about train noise. The trains run about every 15 minutes or so during the day, so it's noisy even at the restaurants. At night it was pretty quiet. I would definitely choose Luxury Inn if you are on a budget but are looking for a clean motel with a friendly staff. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Perfect hotel for the money"
I stayed for 1 night for a business trip. For the money, it was perfect. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Office staff let me check in early which was appreciated. I needed to do a lot of computer work and they have very good wifi service but just no table to work on. I think a small added table would be very benificial for people that need to work […] on computer. You have to sit on the bed with the computer propped up on a pillow on your lap. It worked but a small table would have been nice. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, near great Chinese food- Mandarin gardens, and a breakfast diner- crown railroad diner which were both very good. No hair dryer so went to Walmart which was less than 2 miles away. "Not worth the price. A place to sleep."
I would never pay the price for this room again. It was clean and a place to sleep but the air conditioner was worthless. Went on about every five minutes and it was pathetic. The bar of soap was pathetic, no shampoo, no conditioner, no blow dryer and two small, hard towels. For the price of this room, please add something, spend a little money to be […] a hotel. "Basic, clean, safe."
I just needed a basic accommodation for the night. I only wanted a clean and safe place. Bathrooms were just updated. Room was very basic but seemed clean. TV worked. I am glad I had a mini refrigerator and microwave! I had a peaceful nights sleep. What else do you want for $75?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Our stay was fine! Close enough to NAU"
The room was clean and comfortable enough. Looks like everything was recently updated. TV remote was difficult, don't press the top left button, you'll never figure it out! It wasn't worth callin the front desk about, we were leaving in a few minutes. Decent stayGenuine Expedia guest review
Rooms are clean, nothing impressive. The door to the bathroom was a little difficult to close and we got 2 bars of soap the size of a mint at a restaurant in the first day and nevermore for the other 5 days. Train is right across the street. It's loud if you are outside and not bad if you are inside. It was kind of cool because there are no trains where […] we live. Watch out for the entrance by the office. The planting strip to the right ends but the sidewalk curb extends more to the left. Rammed into that one once and had to reverse - good thing there was only one cautious car approaching. The hotel was full on some nights. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
