"Nothing fancy, but clean and comfy"
Just a basic, poorly decorated, old room, but it was neat and clean--really clean, and the king bed was comfortable for a firm bed. Our room had a fridge and a microwave, and although the temperature adjusting knob was missing we were comfortable throughout the night. I was glad that I sleep with earplugs as the room next to ours had music playing all […] night which was clearly audible in our room. I'm not sure if the walls are really thin or if our neighbors just liked loud music. You can't beat the price. We will probably stay there again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Clean but spartan"
The motel met my expectations as far as cleanliness and price. It is not a "luxury" hotel by any means but as others have noted, a good place to rest overnight. There is frequent railroad noise but this is what to expect from other motels in Flagstaff located along the old Route 66.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Luxury Inn Lives Up To The Name"
Luxury Inn was surprisingly nice for such a low price. Great deal and a convenient location! Stayed here before and after going to the grand canyon. Good, clean facilities but the 2nd night the heat didn't seem work right.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"too close to train"
I enjoyed my stay very much and will book again with this companyGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"good for night stay"
First issue: is that they don't have toiletries other than a small soap per person. Second issue: I also got a bath towel that had a distinct dull color compared to other bath towel and hand towels. But very convenient location and affordable for night stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice for the price very basic hotel."
The manager was very sweet and helpful that made a huge difference in our stay. The hotels are very basic looking but they do have a microwave and refrigerator (no coffee pot). It is right next to a very active train track but its not to bad unless you sleep with your window open.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Near Railroad, not fancy, but clean"
Out of the way, but clean motel. Reception was warm. It's a family run business. Room was basic but clean. It was warm inside on a cold evening. For the price, we got 2 beds and we just crashed out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was super sweet. Refrig did not work, neither did the phone to call desk, only one roll of toilet paper and we ran out, sink stopper did not work and sink got plugged, towels had a funny smell.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Exactly what I needed for the money."
It was clean, bed comfy, shower worked. If all you need is a good place to sleep so you can hit the road early, this is it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A nice stay a bit out of the way"
First of all, I have no complaints with this hotel. It may not have provided a lot of the extra amenities that people may want, but if you are just needing a place to stay, it's great. You get all the basics that you need. It provided warmth, comfort, entertainment, and ways to keep clean. That was all I was looking for, and I got that at a great price. […] It was farther down from downtown Flagstaff than most places, so if you're walking or taking the bus, this might not be the most convenient. Even still, there are some good restaurants and businesses within walking distance. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great price and great Customer Service!"
We had great customer service at the check in desk and for the price, the room was great. Everything worked just fine! Couldn't be happier with my choice, and my family and I will definitely stay here again!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"For the price no one can beat it"
Really good hotel. Amazing price. Big beds. The bed was comfy for 2 nights I was there. The train noise you don't even notice. Friendly attendant. I will be staying there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very good for price"
I went up there for the weekend to visit my gf at NAU. The dorms are tiny so we stayed here! Overall for the price it's very good! Bed was comfy. Nice temperature. The train noise isn't bothersome. Very good price! I will be staying a lot here.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Bring a better pillow"
It was what I expected, and might have been worth it if they had offered even coffee for breakfast. But no breakfast. Room was adequate, but I was glad I only had 2 nights there. No maid service, even though I only requested towels for second day. Location is fine. At least I had Ref / MW for my leftovers. There were good restaurants in walking dis […] tance. "Along Route 66 in Flagstaff, AZ"
Room had king bed, small desk, frig, microwave, TV, free Wifi.. Was probably at its peak condition wise in the late 70's or early 80's.. The family that ran it were consciencious and kept the motel clean (their office, parking lot, our room).. And for $30 a night it was a good room.. The only real drawback was they don't except pets..we had to put a […] $30 deposit to assure that we wouldn't let our dog in the room, and at checkout time they checked the room for dog hair.. We kept the dog in the car but since he's a Siberian Husky the dog's hair gets on our clothing & shoes anyway and some of the hair got on the room's dark blue rug. And I had to stress this fact.. THEN I got the $30 deposit back.. After that I found Motel 6 takes pets (declare at check-in) and there's no extra charge.. Room slack the frig, microwave, and Wifi is 2.99 a day..but it was worth it at 39.99 a weekdays night bringing the dog in the room...and because they gave a inside court area room it blocked all the train noise! "Excellent for the Price"
We paid $33 (taxes included) for a quick overnight so we knew not to expect too much. For the rate I thought it's well worth it. The motel is everything you'd expect from a run down motel; it looks very old from the outside. The room is spacious, kinda dirty. Next time if we need a quick shower and sleep, we'd do it again for the price.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Pretty ok... Good for the inexpensive price!"
It was VERY basic, but good for the price so I can't complain! Front desk girl was very friendly :-)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The only problem we had was that the heater blew out cold air. After awhile I called the office, they said to let the heater run for awhile and it will warm up. After an hour I called again to let them know the heater still wasn't working. A portable electrical heater was brought to our room and we stayed warm.Genuine Expedia guest review
nothing spectacular, but wonderful bargain! No complaints - paid a lot more to stay at worse!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overnight stay at Flagstaff.AZ."
Its an okay place to stay at and the room was clean and decent.Genuine Expedia guest review
We had stayed at this hotel about seven weeks earlier. We were impressed enough to return for a second visit. On both occasions the room was clean and functional and the king bed was comfortable. There is no coffee maker, but a fridge and microwave are provided. An interesting oversight is a lack of a facility for hanging your clothes. All in all, […] we were delighted with both stays. The room may appear somewhat spartan at first, but when you look objectively, it would be difficult to find fault - except for the clothes-hanging issue. I should stress that the cost was unusually low. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Good location to explore greater Flagstaff area"
Although the name Luxury may raise expectations too high, the hotel is comfortable enough in the cheaper corner of the market. Its neighbor Best Western may be more comfortable but also charges a higher price. The Hilton - one of the lousiest chains I ever stayed in - is not comparable for the budget traveler because it even lacks some basic necessities […] like microwaves and fridges which rich people do not need ofcourse. All in all I can endorse this hotel for all who travel on a budget. (stayed there 9/17-2013 for 3 days) E.B. from TN Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent motel for the money"
The Luxury Inn is a decent hotel/motel for the money. It's nothing fancy, but it is very affordable, providing basic accommodations. My only issue with my stay involved the drains in both the bathroom sink and tub/shower. Both drained very slowly. (The sink was worse than the tub.) I notified hotel management and they offered to fix it right then, but […] I told them they could just take care of it in the morning after I checked out. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Don't do it! Don't stay here! We opened the door and were overwhelmed by a disgusting smell. When we opened the window they frame fell out. The carpet was gross. The shower looked like someone was murdered in it. The room has not been cleaned once during our 3 night stay. We had to go and ask for more toilet paper when we ran out. There were trains […] going by constantly. Good things: microwave and fridge were new and clean. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
NICE OWNERS; VERY HELPFUL; GOOD LOCATION;I WILL STAY AGAIN.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything about this hotel communicated cheapness. Someone had even written in the bedside stand, "Luxury? Ha! Dump!" That said it all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Not what expected"
When I booked my reservation, I requested standard room, 2 queen beds - which mirrored their website. When I got to the room, it had 2 double beds. Not happy. Also, I was charged an extra guest fee. If my room was supposed to have 2 queen beds that would accommodate 4 persons not 2; therefore, should not have been charged the extra fee. There was no […] shampoo/conditioner, only 2 towels, washcloth. Had to call down to request more. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Very inexpensive and quite clean"
Stayed at the Luxury Inn in Flagstaff during a very quick trip through there. It was a real bargain for the price ($30.) The room was very clean and the bed and furnishings were just fine. It isn't a Hampton Inn, but again, it was $30.!Genuine Expedia guest review

"Not Luxury rather Adequate Inn"
You get what you pay for, but in this case we got a little bit less. Bare bones for sure, only one channel on TV, no shampoo - thin bar of soap - no kleenex (wildflowers were in full bloom) - one lopsided bed - stained pillows and right next to train tracks. However, fridge and microwave were a plus, location was OK and it was a good place to simply […] crash and have access to indoor plumbing. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very Basic Hotel"
This hotel is next to a string of other hotels on the same street. It is very basic and a good option if you are going to be gone all day and only need it to sleep. A few concerns however: 1)If you are a light sleeper book another hotel, the walls are paper thin even with ear plugs I heard the people next to me clearly. 2) If you are particular about […] pillows, these were horrible, paper thin, and hard even with all 3 stacked together. 3)the hotels are not clean, poor job of cleaning above the closest space (an dusty ear plug was there when I arrived) 4)It is a lower price point hotel, you get what you pay, but I strongly encourage you do not pay more than $50 a night otherwise you are overpaying and can go right now the street for another hotel chain with better comforts. 5) The hotel staff is nice enough but it seems the hotel isn't there top priority. Again, you have many other choices of hotels right on the same street, so do your research. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"You get what you pay for"
Initially the room is very clean and simple. However the drainage of water in sink and during a shower was very poor. Had to shower in four inches of water. Then after showering I the flood waters, the hair dryer did not function. Overall not a satisfying Tay, glad we barely stayed for 15 hours.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
the hotel did not have any soap in the shower. No towel rack. It had either fallen down or had been torn down. Two nights on the sheets and they were all in disarray like they did not fit tightly on the bottom. It did not seem worth $76.00 a night.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"One night stop over"
I was driving across country and found this hotel online on Route 66. It was the cleanest hotel/motel I had been in throughout my trip! Front desk staff was friendly (I had a late checkin) the room was impeccable, the bed wasfirm but comfortable, the pillows were many and fluffy. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. It was more like […] a 3-4 star place. No amenities like a pool but the rooms were clean and quiet and great for the price.
