Our cabin was very clean, as well as the property in general. All of our needs were met with hospitality. The hotel amenities included outdoor pools, hot tubs, DVD library, and the cabins were nicely equipped with a full kitchen, screened porch with ample seating and a whirlpool tub in the master bedroom. The location was a block off of main street, but was quiet and private. We look forward to returning.

"Would give it a 5 if they'd fix their Internet access!"
06/12/15 JudyMK New Ulm, MN
Location is good – off the beaten path yet good access to Branson shows and activities. Check in was fast, staff was pleasant and helpful, greeted with a useful coupon book and some cookies. Rustic inside and out – in a wooded area that makes you feel like you are in Northern Minnesota (except no lake and the weather outside was very hot ;-). Our unit was clean with knotty pine floor to ceiling. Good air conditioning, comfortable beds, all the amenities that we appreciate including a washer and drier, dishwasher, oven and microwave, even a pizza cutter! Had to search for the pots (stored in the drawer at the bottom of the oven). Check the oven before you turn it on – a lot of pans were stored there! Good TV and DVD in the living room. Nice gas fireplace (which we didn’t use much). Screened-in porch with rocking chairs and picnic table was nice in the evening. We had a unit 57 which had a main floor king bedroom (with TV) and full bathroom. Upstairs was another king bedroom with a TV and full bathroom. Also a loft area with two single beds. The resort offers rental DVDs and some activities which we didn’t use. Enjoyed our stay a lot except – the 2 pools are very small, the hot tubs are what people have in their back yards and are tiny but there is a Jacuzzi-bathtub in the unit. Biggest complaint is the internet access. It was promised but didn’t work well; the connection continuously blinked on and off, making it virtually unusable. Very annoying. We work online a lot, and spent a lot of time in a nearby McDonalds with good internet access and refillable cokes.

"Pretty nice place to stay"

We got lucky number 13 so maybe that's why we had a few issues. Our air conditioner wasn't working, so the first night we got hot, but they got it fixed quickly the next morning. Our hot tub was so hot we couldn't stand to get in it at first, and it had really strong chemicals in it, because it bleached out our clothes. Also our front porch light didn't work, and there was a huge black snake outside our door. They got that fixed quickly also though, so other than those things it was a really nice place to stay. Quiet, and beautiful scenery. I didn't really care for the showers/bath tub though, and the wi-fi didn't work very good.

"Rustic elegance"

We did a friends getaway and rented a cabin for our weekend. It was just fabulous - rustic, elegant comfort! Our cabin backed up to the creek bed with a screen-in porch. We would enjoy coffee in the morning on the porch and there was also a hot tub. The kitchen enabled us to do some gourmet cooking together. What a great experience - highly recommend.

"Wow!!"

Im a big traveler. I have a family of six. Ages 3,7,8 and 12, my wife and I of course. We were welcomed by very freindly staff to start off. As I took the time to read other reviews on tripadvisor. I knew to ask about getting a cabin with a hot tub. And we got lucky and had one on our cabin back porch. It was amazing. The porches are all screened in and many face the woods. It's right of the main road tucked away back in a nice quite place. Plenty of quick places to shop and get food. The cabin was very clean. However I gave it a 4 out of five because of the showers needing to be up dated. Little run down. Also we had a leak in the roof due to heavy rain that day. But don't get me wrong. The place was great and even with the negative things it was worth every dime. Small pool and hot tube open for use next to office. Very clean.

"Awesome porch and hot tub!"

We loved the Cabins at Green Mountain and stayed seven nights. The staff were very helpful. We had cabin 9 which had a lovely screened in porch with a hot tub facing the woods. We could hear the stream down below it was very peaceful. The location is great, off from the busy part of Branson. However, it was close enough to go do what you wanted. Take the yellow route to get to the cabins and bypass 76 which can get busy. Everything was clean and well kept up. The only concern was the internet was in and out a lot. But you don't go to use the internet. Went to breakfast with the stars on Monday which we enjoyed. Many performers came from different shows and did three minute songs. It was nice as it helped to figure out if you would like the show or not. Staff were very helpful getting us discount tickets to one of the shows.

"Amazing Again!"

I hesitate to write this review, as I don't want to let anyone else in our secret. This is the most amazing place to stay in Branson (for the second time). Right on the west edge of the strip, near Silver Dollar City and multiple restaurants, yet you feel like you are in the middle of a forest. Full kitchen, jaccuzi, hot tub, sleeps 6 - 8, fireplace, and all reasonably priced. And very friendly staff plus a breakfast preview of over 20 shows! We will be coming back!

"Quiet and Clean"

We stayed in our cabin for 4 nights and the only problem we had were a few ants on our first morning. They had got into our newly bought cinnamon rolls that were sealed tight and were chowing down pretty good on them. I contacted the front desk and within 5 minutes the problem was rectified. Hey, we are in the woods and sometimes things like this will happen. The staff couldn't have been any nicer. We had zero problem with the free wi/fi. All our Apple products found them immediately and never dropped the signal once. It was a clean 2 bedroom cabin and it was quiet. You can walk up the hill directly across the street and you are right on the main street, so on a nice day or night you can stroll for miles and enjoy putt putt and eat an ice cream on the way. I would stay there again if we ever return to Branson.

"ANTS!!!!!"
04/27/15 Sondra L Stillwater, Oklahoma
I have NEVER written a negative review. We arrived at 10pm. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and our first impression of the room was great. When we sat down at the dining room table for a game of cards, we found the table was covered with ants. I notified the front desk first thing in the morning (by now ants were discovered in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms). A maintenance man came a sprayed the table (which did help). He was the only person who offered an apology. We were only there for a weekend but the problem escalated. By Sunday morning everything was covered in ants. I again informed the front desk, who responded "ok, thanks". We would not stay here again, NOT because of the ants (those things happen), but because of the staff response. Customer service and care seemed very superficial; (told to be friendly but no effort to care for issues). Too bad, it was potentially a wonderful place to stay.

"Great Spring Break Stay"
04/26/15 Jessica W Savai'i, Samoa
We had never visited the Branson area before and really had no idea what to expect. While the main drag was like a mini Vegas, this resort was a little piece of sanctuary. It is set apart from the busy area of Branson and yet very accessible. Upon checking in we were very pleased to discover that our two bedroom cabin did have a small hot tub. Our family consists of three children under thirteen, my husband and I, and when we looked on our back porch (which was amazing with a phenomenal view) and saw that hot tub the kids went berserk. It was large enough to accommodate the three of them and then my husband and I once the kids were in bed. Since we were visiting while on a tight budget we took advantage of the activities the resort was offering for the week. The staff was incredible and friendly. We did unfortunately have a couple of maintenance issues while we were there and the staff took care of them immediately. We all fell in love with this resort and can't wait to visit again.

"Very nice place with a lot of privacy"

While the place was great the WIFI and TV could have been better. The WIFI kept going down. The cabin were well decorated and felt like home and it was only a few blocks off the strip. We would definitely stay here again.
