Athough we stayed at Ducal Suit , it was so misleading & disappointing. The aircondition was so bad very hot & has a bacterial smell. Green bacteria all over the walls so all night you cant sleep from both the smell & from feeling hot. Bed sheets are far from being clean , ant prickle all night. Pools are not that good . We had a fabulous time and the location of the hotel on the coast line is fantastic. Easy to get to Puerto Portals a must for anyone staying in the area. Propreté/Entretien: 1) Notre suite ducales n'était pas rénovée (nous le savions), donc déco passée, mais très propre et femme de chambre agréable et compétente 2) L’hôtel date un peu, mais un programme de rénovation est en cours sur des chambres (prix plus élevé). 3) Espaces verts très agréables et bien entretenus. 4) Certaines chaises étaient cassées + parasol déchiré à coté du restaurant gastronomique et de la piscine mosaïque, cela gâche un peu le spectacle mais rien de méchant. Les photos Sur le site sont beaucoup plus belle que la réalité. La qualité de la chambre n'est pas exceptionnelle, la climatisation faisait énormément de bruit pour, au final ne pas refroidir beaucoup, la douche passait du très chaud au très froid toute seule et il y avait des traces d'humidité sur les murs de la salle de bain. Tout ça laisse un peu […] perplexe quant a l'entretien de cet hôtel. De plus ils font payer 2,60 le coffre dans la chambre je trouve ça un peu abusé. Nous avons eux une mauvaise expérience le premier soir. Nous étions 2 et avons voulus manger au restaurant de l’hôtel, il était 21h. La serveuse nous a refusé en disant que les cuisines fermées a 22h et que pour le moment toute était complet et que nous ne pourrions pas manger. Après négociation avec la réception nous avons du retourner dans nos chambres pour commander en Room Service. Il y avait d'autres tables de libre sur la terrasse d'à coté (2-3m de distance) j'ai demandé a se qu'on nous place la bas mais ils n'ont pas voulus. Donc nous étions puni à manger dans notre chambre. En revanche nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable (après cette première expérience tout c'est bien passé), et la nourriture est excellente.
