It's a step better than Ramada inn from across the freeway but still just barely above acceptable minimum standard. The heater/AC was noisy. The sink has no stopper so be careful not to drop anything small.

If we had not paid in advance for the room we would have turned around as soon as we walked into the odd smelling, extremly cold lobby. Our room was equally cold and took several hrs to warm up to some sort of warm comfort level. Everything needed maintence and paint. The owner / manager understood little english. Breakfast was a laugh - only carbs […] and no protein (not great for a diabetic) plus we had to have our breakfast in that same cold aweful smelling lobby. Have never stayed in such a poorly upkept Super 8. Only good thing about our stay there is that the girl on morning shift was very friendly and helpful. Lots of peeling paint, dingy color. Our "non-smoking" room was down a short hall from the office with "smoking" on one side of the hall and "non-smoking" rooms on the other.??? Not a lot of point there. Everything smelled like smoke anyway. The carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed in quite some time. There were rocks on the floor. None of the lamps […] in the bedroom worked. When I got an attendant to help, she had to leave the front desk unattended. She was pleasant and eager to please, but a bit flustered trying to do 10 things at once, there was a line at the desk. Where's the help on a Friday night? There should be more than one person. The attendant discovered that all lights had been unplugged--I'm assuming so previous guests could charge portable devices, because we ended up doing the same thing. There was a sad lack of outlets in the room. Housekeeping maybe needs to be updated, because when plugging things in, it looked like nothing had been cleaned behind or under in a LONG time. Beds were clean and comfy. Sink was clean, but no top for ice bucket. Bath area was clean, until you looked up. There were several long hairs ON THE CEILING! Breakfast was good the next morning, decent variety and plenty of seating in a windowed area. As we didn't spend much time in the room, we didn't complain to anyone. I would stay again if I had to, as the price was reasonable, breakfast included, and location convenient. But next time, I will check availability elsewhere first. Read more

The Hotel was a great place if you wanted to get a nights rest, It was right next to Rt 80 easy to get on and off the main highway. It was not a five star hotel, The staf is friendy and ready to please.

Stayed 3 nights. First night was fine. Next 2 nights were awakened by barking dogs from a couple doors down the hall. Complained to front desk. Dogs left in room, while owners were gone. First time I have ever had this happen in a motel. Will not stay here again. Otherwise no complaints about room.

The first problem was the lack of TV reception, HBO is included, but we only got sound. The clock radio in the room was broken. The next morning I tried to take a shower at 8 am and there wasn't any hot water. I let them know at the front desk about all three issues. People need to understand what they're getting for what they're paying. This is a good basic hotel. If you're expecting the Ritz that's your fault. The staff was kind, the room clean, and check-in and checkout was a breeze.

Smoking rooms were located across the hall from non-smoking rooms thus you could smell the smoke in the non-smoking rooms. Breakfast was ok. it served it's purpose. Beds were not overly comfortable.

Nice, clean large rooms with friendly staff. The individual heaters / air conditioners were very loud and cycle on and off all night. We all slept poorly due to this noise!

The hotel is obviously an older facility. The room was clean, though we did ask for a new bedspread. The surrounding area is mostly truck stops, lots of related trash (tires, rims, beverage bottles, oil containers/ filters). We frequently travel with our dogs, so this was convenient. There was never anyone at the front desk for check in or check out. I had to find someone. The room was dirty. The bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. I would recommend spending extra money to stay in a newer hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel 2 other times now and I think that it is a very nice hotel. The first room I stayed in had a rough bed, woke up sore. But the second time the bed was much better. I plan on staying here again if ever needed.
