Lovely hotel, although definitely for honeymooners or couples. My friend and I felt slightly out of place as two young students... All the rooms are unique and very well decorated, if perhaps a little over decorated for my tastes. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly as well. I rarely give anyone 5 stars, but this is definitely one of the best family run hotels I have stayed in. Staff is very friendly, rooms are huge and it's within walking distance of all the attractions. I can't comment on the breakfast as I had to leave before it opened at 7.30 am

The website photos of this hotel did not do it justice! We were welcomed by extremely friendly and helpful staff and our room was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel location was the perfect spot for sight seeing and just five minutes amble from the Charles bridge down pretty cobbled streets. Originally got dropped off at the sister hotel (Alchymist Grand) and wondered about the comparison we'd make. No worries. Shown to our room on the 4th floor front (could just make out Charles Bridge tower) - wow! Full of character with biggest bathroom I've seen. All staff extremely helpful and courteous. If your ideal hotel is one of the big chains with full business facilties, bars and restaurants then this isn't the place for you. If, however, you want a nice relaxed romantic hotel, in a quiet location and yet only 3-5 minutes walk away from Charles Bridge then this is the place. To me the staff at any hotel can make or break your stay and everyone […] here was friendly ( with a sense of humour ) and more to the point very efficient and good at making you feel welcome. Not everything was perfect and there were a few niggles ( toilet seat was quite wobbly and the room safe was provided but wasn't fixed to the wall or anything else ! ). Wonderful. We prebooked a taxi and we were in the hotel 30 mins after picking our bags up. The Alchymist Residence Nosticova is worth every one of its 5 stars. Staff were freindly and helpful and room was superb. Its 5 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge in a very quiet part of town. 一人旅でしたがすこし豪華な気分に浸るために選びました☆ 写真通りのとても可愛らしい内装です。また、スタッフの方の対応が非常に気持ちよくあたたかで、とても思い出に残る滞在になりました。 ただ、たどり着くのにものすごく迷いました。日本大使館の北側のブロックの、ブルダバ川沿いに玄関があります。ガイドブック二冊持参していましたが、二冊とも日本大使館の場所が実際と違っていたためです。行かれる方は注意してくださいね(^^)

Dire che l'hotel è straordinario è dire poco. Tutto è stato perfetto, dall'alloggio nella Junior Suite Marie Tereze, al personale, così attento e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta. La pulizia totale e un letto così comodo e riposante che di meglio non ce n'è! La colazione a buffet buonissima ed abbondante. Tutte le camere sono spaziose, pulitissime […] e dotate di ogni confort. Il residence è bellissimo, arredato in modo impeccabile in stile barocco-veneziano, con elementi d'arredo ricercati e particolari. Si trova in posizione strategica, vicino ai luoghi di maggiore interesse, ma in zona tranquillissima, quella delle ambasciate e vicino alla bellissima e particolare "isola di Kampa" e i suoi parchi. Sono un turista esigente, ma così bene non mi sono mai trovato, veramente! Un particolare ringraziamento a LUCIA a DASA, a Mark a Martin a Reneé e a tutti i componenti dello staff dell'Hotel. 観光スポットに近いところとにありながら、環境が大変良よく静かで落ち着いたホテルでした。貴族の館だったというだけあり、お部屋や調度品もセンス良くまとめられて、とても気に入りました。また、朝食が頂けるレストラン＆バーのインテリアも素敵で、毎日ゆったりと楽しめました。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで、6泊しましたが、大満足でした！

レセプションの方のプロフェッショナルな対応は素晴らしかった。宿泊客の要望を的確に把握して、分かりやすい英語で説明してくれました。また、最上階の部屋は広くはなかったけれども、プラハ城を望む絶好の景色、くつろぐ造りで安らぎました。ウエルカムドリンクを頂いたガーデンレストランは本当に快適。

素敵なプラハの街並みの雰囲気をホテルでも味わいたいと思い、大型ホテルをさけ、このプチホテルにしました。混んでいたのか一階で、景色は楽しめませんでしたが、立地が良いので何度も出たり入ったりする私たちには調度よかったかも。ただし、5つ星のサービスを期待しちゃいけません。付属の施設(スパや屋外レストラン)の説明はなし、部屋も広くありません。朝食のオムレツが美味しかったことと、女性のフロントスタッフのプロフェッショナルぶり(キビキビ働きチップももらわなかった)以外は３つ星評価です。日本大使館が近いので日本人は安心ですよ(笑)

Vicinissimo al centro (ponte Carlo) in una zona tranquillissima e molto curata del quartiere Mala Strana (zona delle ambasciate); la tranquillità della zona è fondamentale perché a Praga gli infissi sono quasi tutti in vetro singolo con isolamento acustico pari a zero. Il tipo di camera prenotato non era disponibile e ci è stata offerta allo stesso prezzo una camera di livello superiore (Imperial Suite "Rudolf II") Camera molto spaziosa e vivibile, pulitissima, dall'arredo un po' barocco. Colazione nella norma in ambiente accogliente, sempre a metà tra barocco e neoclassico. Ottimo, onesto e puntuale il servizio con autista dell'albergo per l'aeroporto.
