OK place to spend a night or two. Rooms were clean, lobby and elevators were not. Continental breakfast was barely ok; my wife took some scrambled eggs and they were ice cold... not just cold, but like out of the refrigerator cold.

Unfortunately the hotel is located right (and I mean RIGHT) next door to a strip club, and across the highway there is another strip club. The only big negative I can say is that the 'free" breakfast on Tuesday morning was a big zero. The breakfast is open until 9:30 am. We got there at 9:05 am and there was hardly anything left. They had run out of eggs, waffle mix, oatmeal and potatoes. The only thing left was 4 biscuits (that I watch a small boy take with his hands and then decide he didn't want it and threw it back into the warming pan), a couple of strips of bacon, and cold cereal. Even the yogurt was cleaned out. When we asked the kitchen staff if they could bring more food they acted frustrated with us for asking. One girl who was working the kitchen said "well we only serve until 9:30!" I said that we got there at 9:05 so we weren't really last minute. She did manage to bring out more eggs 15 minutes later but then she started cleaning everything up and taking what food was left, back into the kitchen. Made an emergency reservation at 3:30 a.m. during Bike Week and checked in an hour later. Tucked in by 5:00; the mattress was amazingly comfortable. Overslept and missed breakfast so the front desk suggested we help ourselves to the coffee and fruit that were still out. I noticed on my way out, that they had a bin of polishing cloths for the bikers […] to use during their stay. I reserved through the 1-800 service, I requested a roll away bed but when we arrived at the hotel there were none available. The clerk was nice but unconcerned about the inconvience. The pool area was nice and the kids enjoyed the free breakfast. Overall it was a nice hotel.

First of all when i booked the hotel I told them we had 4 adults and 2 children and needed 2 beds with a pull out couch. When we got there the beds were small and no pull out couch, then i had to pay an extra $20 for a pull out bed. The hotel was ok clean but was located next to a strip place.

The hotel seemed much nicer in the photos than when we got to our room. The room was clean. My wife and I always inspect it thouroughly on arrival. The beds were really comfortable. It was fairly close to Broadway and the Mall. Breakfast was good, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, scrambled eggs, and home fries. That's all of the good. It advertises […] how close it is to Freestyle Park but it has been closed now for a year or more. There's no mention of there being a "gentleman's club" next door (although I never heard any noise from it and there is a row of trees and vegitation that looks like they are growning to block off the view.) The pool was very cloudy and I didn't even get in and my eyes were burning from the amount of chlorine used. My wife and kids only stayed in the pool for about 10 minutes; One, for the amount of chlorine and two, the size of the pool and amount of people that were in it. The TV was from 1990 even though they showed a flat screen in the pics and I never found the HBO that was advertised. The free wifi was not working correctly. If I connected I couldn't surf anywhere or I was immediately booted off. This really could have been a nice place I would return to if the location was different and the amenities were actually what was in the pictures. Kind of feels like false advertising to me. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was scalding. We could not use the hot tub at all. The breakfast was wonderful. If I had to make a recommendation, I would suggest putting the waffle making area away from the rest of the food. Several people stand in line for waffles, which makes it hard for the rest of us to get the other items. Thanks

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but they need a bigger dinning area with more tables and chairs. Would not recomend the pool it looked milkey looking. Over all a good place to stay. Don't go on the holidays when the rates are outrageous.
