I needed a hotel near LAX airport, and this was convenient to the airport and to the training site I was spending a week at. Also, the room was very clean. But, the hotel was doing some renovations while I was there, so there was construction going on in the hallway. Also, the selection of channels on the TV wasn't good. My men finally stayed in the 3rd room they were shown. The first 2 were dirty and either plumbing or electrical were broken. They were so tired from working they just fixed the 3rd room so they could get some sleep. The rooms were filthy, no hot water, electrical we had to repair to get the lights to work. Personnel very nice and useful to take us to the nearest restaurant and picking us after the meat! The room was feshly painted and the bedlinens ,new! I would recommend this Days inn anytime ! The reception area could use some redecorating.

If you are looking for a room to stay just for overnight, it might suit your needs. The hotel provides free shuttle van service, but I waited at LAX for more than an hour after I called the service. Besides, it is not convenient to reach public transportation from this site.

Their breakfast is terrible with incredibly limited choices, they charge for printer access, the ceilings creak from people on the floor above, most of the staff are curt, the only restaurants nearby are fast food, and there was some weird, dirty stick and leaf ball thing stuck to the comforter that they had just missed and left there.

Hotel was okay for price paid. The hotel is located in a good location. The room had an odor in it which caused my allergies to flare. I just bought some Lysol and sprayed the room which made it bearable. Breakfast is only continental, toast, bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Staff was great!

The room is a bit small with smokey smell. Screen door to patio doesn't really work. TV reception sometime does not work. Very quiet even it is pretty close to the airport. Front desk is helpful.

Avoid this hotel - location is in a sketchy area - very noisy, trucking yard right behind the hotel -"shuttle" only works certain hours - no security - like a low end motel - crappy small pool - homeless people wandering around looking for empty bottles

Great and predictable value hotel. Locally owned but maintenance and daily maid service well prioritized. Hotel realizes they are a budget hotel and doesn't try to do daily pricing games like other LAX hotels...

Very basic room and sparse breakfast. Bathroom could use a little maintenance. Free shuttle once per hour to LAX (3 miles). Mexican restaurant on the premises was pretty good, and good prices. Slept well and didn't notice the air traffic. Neighborhood is a little shady. I'd stay here again.
