The hotel looks nice on the outside and in the lobby. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. However, this was one of the poorest maintained hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was obvious that the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned after each visit as the shower had lots of black hair stuck to it (I have blonde hair and my husband's is red) […] and there was a thick layer of soap residue on the shower ledge that appeared to have been accumulating for quite a while. In addition, the sofa bed in our room was full of stains and the mini fridge was frozen up and would not cool our drinks. It appeared that the room had been renovated recently, but the coating on the tub was peeling badly and there was dried paint slathered all over the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the free breakfast was good, but there is not enough seating in the dining area for a hotel this size. I would probably not stay at this hotel again. Read more

My biggest displeasure was the cleanliness of the room. Cleaning behind the night stands might be something to consider since customers tend to use the wall sockets. I was there for a local paintball event over the weekend. There really were only two things that really bothered me during my stay which was the restroom and floor hallways. This hotel was clean, breakfast was hot, good and a good day starter. There is BBQ, chicken and me Mexican in the near vacinity and a grocery store just up the road. Close to freeway, but still quiet. Direct Tv in room. I'd stay again.

I was very pleased with the hotel especially for the price that I paid. The room looked nice and up to date and was clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the absolutely best but I didn't feel unsafe.

When I checked in, the reservation was botched because they over booked the hotel. I was not offered a cheaper rate for the discretion. It was so late at night, I decided to stay one night but cancel the second night that I pre-booked. As I got up stairs there were men smoking drugs and cigarettes in the hall way (my room was non-smoking); the room […] smelt terrible itself. The AC/Heater appliance did not work unless you plugged it in, then it would run on auto until you unplugged it. The bathroom had cigarette burns all along the counter tops. The floors and corners of the rug were covered in dust and filth. The blankets on the bed looked as if they had not been washed properly much less after each use. For fear of bed bugs we made sure to zip our luggage after each use & keep it off the beds or floor. The room was terrible, the service was terrible. We were so horrified that we walked out first thing in the morning to never return. Read more

3rd floor stench of smoke, in spite of being in smoke or non smoke section, very worn down place in need of some heavy remodeling. For the most part of my trip I stayed out of the room, but while I was there all I could think about was the few roaches I saw the 1st morning of being there. I was scared that they would crawl in my bags and I'd take them home with me. I asked the front desk if they had an issue with them before and the staff member told me no not usually and that […] the exterminator comes every month to spray. She left it at that, didn't apologized or offer something more comfortable. She seemed uninterested and just let me go. Working in customer service and a hotel at that really left a sour taste in my mouth. I guess Marriott just holds their hotels at a higher caliber and it's always customers comfort. There was cars full of young kids smoking drugs surrounding our vehicles so much we had to have our trucks loaded with merchandise equipment stay in front of hotel under valet or check-in road where front door was located so that the only girl working on staff could watch them overnight and she called police to get strange cars to leave back parking […] lot. The hoodlums know that there are no security staff and no cameras or lights behind hotel. That explains why people were parked all in front. Bad neighborhood. No sleep for me that night. But, the poor front desk girls were scared and the cops got there on a dime when she called. It seems she was use to that. Then, the car full of younger adults went by us screaming and laughing and they even laughed at the cops and the cops did nothing. They are all bad there. I will never stay there again since I was so worried about my property and my life. The cops ran them off briefly then they returned immediately to become a all-night nuisance to us since they knew we had caused problems for their normal criminal routine. Read more

The staff was great, always friendly and very helpful. They printed off my boarding passes with no problem and anytime we needed something they got it with no problems. The pool was nice. The hotel was kept pretty clean but the floor of our room was kind of dirty. Probably 20 minutes after taking a shower and walking around our feet were dirty again. […] And our refrigerator kept freezing stuff within an hour or two, and it couldn't be turned down or anything. This hotel is under renovation and it is very obvious. Our room was on the second floor and after the elevator creaked up, when you exited the second floor hallway smelled like molded towels. This hotel is not in the best neighborhood.
