When I arrived at the hotel the personnel was very friendly and nice and helpful.

My arrival was delayed two days due to canceled flights. After Hotels.com confirmed this over the phone with the impressive Front Desk night staff, both nights were immediately refunded. The front desk quickly extended my stay two more days for the original price. I was greeted and welcomed each time I passed in and out. Clean rooms, quick check in/out. Very convenient location, quiet, and only one stop light away from the interstate. This is my hotel of choice in the Cleveland TN Market from here on.

"Pug Friendly"
Great! Clean! Convenient! Quiet! Hotel Staff were wonderfully nice & our pugs slept as well as we did. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a hotel in the area.

"Enjoyable Stay"
Desk receptionist (Pam) was very friendly and helpful at check-in (and check out). The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure with the shower (2nd floor room) was great! Mattresses not the best, but good enough for a good night's sleep. Would stay here again, especially with the friendly service.

Nice hotel for the price. Spacious room, very clean, and powerful shower in the bathroom. I recommend.
