My overall stay was fine. I would stay here again, since I know what to expect. My room was very clean and nice. My only complaint was the staff was not very accomodating or even nice. They seemed more put out when asking for service. When I arrived the light in my room was not working and I Was asked to wait until the following afternoon to have it fixed. I also had to ask for more shampoo and clean towels when my room was cleaned. But the stay was quiet and the room was clean. So I would stay here again. The staff just needs a little training in customer service.

First room we were given the A/C made a loud clicking noise and ther refergerator compressor was loud. The next room we were given was a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. The last room we were given was fine. Wouldn't want to stay in their beds for very many nights though. They were too soft. Continental breakfast didn't have decaf coffee.

For the price of the room the hotel was great. The bed was a little to soft for me but I like firm beds. It was very clean and the location was perfect for the event we were going to.

great clean room, got house cleaning both days we stayed their, location is perfect for lake conroe activities, checkin/checkout was quick, person behind the counter was not very friendly, but no complaints here about the room!

The location was far the I-45. However, restaurants were near. It may it easier for me with my small to kids choose a location to eat.

Very clean Great room for the price

cleaning person failed to lock door. When we returned late in the evening, we pushed the door open. This happened twice. Our non-smoking room was filled with smoke from the next room. It came through the crack in the adjoining door.

Nice, clean, Quiet. Good breakfast, close to Conroe and shopping around there. Nice pool if stastaying in the summer. gas, groceries, food resturants all close. Nice hotel.

the breakfast that they describe to you is completely different than what it actually is. they make it sound as if they prepare all the food there but it is all store bought stuff that you unpackage and heat yourself.

The hotel was "ok"; but the service was not friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel unless ran be diffent people.

TV only received 3 channels, came in one evening and cleaning crew left door wide open all day.

I think the previous occupants had an animal in the room or they carried fleas into the room. I only got bites on my legs when on the floor not on the bed.

This Super 8 had a pricey charge per room but it was very clean and safe. I stayed with my young son two nights and we never felt anxious or scared. The hotel was in a nice area with options as far as restaurants. It also had a free breakfast which is always nice.

Staff was rude. Bath tub was stopped up, holding water. Toilet was slow, had to flush multiple times. Room would not cool down. Would not recommend this hotel. We had a total of 3 rooms and 2 of our parties had to move rooms.

While the hotel was clean, there are areas for improvement: It was 95 degrees outside during the day, but the Air Conditioning was not on when we arrived at 8PM. It took 3 hours to cool down. Also, they'd be better off not stating they have a continental breakfast (coffee, dry cereal, and a loaf of bread). Luckily there's a donut shop next door.

We made a late booking at this hotel to accommodate a weekend trip to Lake Conroe. Our room was clean (apart from a mummified frog on the floor), spacious, and ample for a couple with three young children. The aircon was of an old fashioned floor-mounted type and adequate, though a little noisy. Our receptionist was bright and friendly, and check in/check out was hassle free, not even requiring a credit card as we had paid in advance. Apart from ourselves, the clientele seemed to consist largely of sales people and commercial drivers passing through. Very handy for Lake Conroe but don't stay too long.

When it's August in Texas the management should have the decency to have the air conditioner on for rooms with reservations. It took 2 hours to cool off enough to shower. You have a check out time of 11 AM. Don't have the front desk harrassing people starting at 10:59 that they have to get out of the room. A 30-45 minute leeway should be given.
