The room was clean and quiet, the staff friendly. Breakfast very basic, but for the price, you can go out for breakfast. Would stay here again.

It does not have an elevator but the staff did carry my luggage up and down for me. The maid offered to get me ice without me even asking. the outside of this hotel made me leary of going inside and if I had not booked it online I probably would not of stayed here because of its appearance and that a nightclub was just feet away from the parking lot, […] but my room was exceptinally clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is needing a remodel and update. (Curtains have duct tape on them, tub had epoxy inside to fix crack, deadbolt lock on door broke.) but the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the location is good, it is quiet, and the beds are comfortable.

I read the reviews, almost all glowingly good but took them with a grain of salt. However my stay lived up to the hype. 1st, the few "bad" things; it's an old motel so there were some signs of age. A little peeling paint here or there, a smaller than average size room, location not the best (not a bad neighborhood, just not near the interstate). We were slated to stay at this hotel for two nights, however the conditions were deplorable. Rusty bathtub, used towel in the room. No heat in the first room, so we had to switch. We left a day early!

Good- chlorine in pool a bit heavy, and would have preferred more tables/seating in breakfast area. However, pretty good value for price/ location. We also prefer completely smoke-free hotel-this was not. Did not know this at booking time. Staff friendly.

I don't think we could have done any better. The air conditioning at our home went out and we needed a place to stay for the evening. The staff was friendly and courteous, the rooms exceptional and the little amenities we have around our own household were readily available here. Super 8 can take pride in this motel!

The lobby was clean. The service was very friendly. The first thing I noticed when I entered our room is it smelled clean and fresh. The bathtub and bathrom was clean. Close to many food options. Not too far from St. Louis Zoo. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

I traveled to O'Fallon because I had a relative in a near by hospital dying with stage IV colon cancer. The second night of my stay I ended up staying at the hospital all night and didn't return to the hotel until 11:30AM thinking it was a noon check out. My relative died that night and I tried to explain my situation to the employee at the front desk […] and apologized for not checking out on time. He could not have been LESS sympathetic. He was rude and threatened me with late fees. He said I needed to leave immediately. I would never recommend anyone stay at a place with such rude and cold hearted employees. Read more
