This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.

Situated on a Cancun beach, this casino condo property is close to Playa Las Perlas and Playa Linda.
Features.
Guests at this property have access to a private beach. Imperial Las Perlas has a marina, an outdoor pool, and a children's pool. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in public areas. This Cancun property has a restaurant and a poolside bar. Guests are offered a complimentary breakfast and reception. For a surcharge, guests receive transportation including an airport shuttle (available on request) and an area shuttle within 5 km as well as a theme park shuttle and a shopping center shuttle. We just needed a hotel for one night before we left Cancun. Their beach was horrible, full of sea grass, terrible place to go in the ocean. While the size of the room was large, it felt like a fire hazard in the hall way. There was just a seedy nature to the place. "The Hotel Imperial Las Perlas in Cancun , Mexico."
All apliances in very bad shape or not working inside the room , drains clogs in sink & shower with a terrible smell like a sewer ( ceiling & walls with moho in the bathroom).The bar in the pool area is falling down in pieces and drinks are all bad quality draff .Same small menu everyday in the restaurant with only two same deserts.Friendly staff,but […] poor comfort .Can't enjoy the beach,sorrounding by seaweed all over for miles. truly a nightmare and wasted of money .Shame. "One night stay"
We only stayed here one night because we were driving. The room was clean but the bathroom light didn't work and nobody seemed to care. We didn't pay very much for the room so it wasn't a big deal. The breakfast over the water was included and was good. The location is good for accessing central town, but near the end of the hotel zone, so could be […] considered out of the way. "Hotel Imperial las Perlas"
El hotel es comodo, el unico inconveniente es que no cuenta con elevadores, sin embargo es de tres pisos. La ubicación no es de lo mejor ya que se encuentra un poco retirado de los bares y restaurantes, pero es muy comodo para el relax.
Un hotel no muy caro que cumplió con lo que se requería de él.
"Buena relación precio calidad, malas playas"
El hotel está muy bien, y bien ubicado si se quiere estar cerca de la terminal y los puertos, ya que está al inicio de la zona hotelera. Pero si lo que se quiere es contar con una buena playa o bien ubicado de las zonas de restaurantes, no es el adecuado. La playa es muy fea, especialmente el agua. Nada que ver a las fotos que tienen publicadas en la página internet, muy feo el lugar. La piscina helada y el Restaurant ofrecía solO hamburguesas los refrescos sl precio de la hamburguesa. El lobby sin aire acondicionado. Lo único el botón muy amable y cordial. Es Lo único bueno

La playa del hotel no es linda pero esta bien para el precio, fue muy economico pagar con comida y bebida y valio la pena hacerlo asi, ya que podiamos salir a conocer y volver al hotel a comer bien y barato.
