This was a very nice place to stay. The staff was great and very friendly. while it is not the newest place it was quiet and had all the basic needs. Indoor pool nice. While it is on Highway 101, most rooms are set back enough to be quiet.

We had a very good experience at the Economy Inn in Florence, Oregon. There were several comments from other travelers that made me a little apprehensive, however, I found those comments to be somewhat unfounded. The host and hostess were very congenial people that were more than anxious to help us with any of our needs. The soap and shampoo provided […] isn’t the top of the line, but you know what, I travel with my own, so no big deal. There was a nice pool and Jacuzzi available until 10:00 Pm, which was plenty of time to relax. The beds were a bit firmer than I would have like, but I was suffering from some broken ribs, which makes all beds uncomfortable. My wife was perfectly satisfied with the bed. It was clean and on the most part very quiet. We enjoyed our two-day stay. Unfortunately we forgot the coffee pot at home and missed the morning wake-up caffeine. If you visit here, bring your bathing suit, your favorite shampoo and soap and a portable coffee pot and enjoy the Oregon Coast. Read more

The welcome was exceptional and very friendly. It is true to say that the rooms are 'tired' and need refurbishment. That said however they are CLEAN and well equiped. There is also an indoor pool and a spa, with pleanty of towels.Coffee is availabel in the morning! Whilst the hotel is a little way out at the edge of town on the 101, it is still only […] a 3-5 minute drive from the old town and places to eat. It is also very close to a major supermarket. This did not meet expectations from the description. Old decor and dirty sink. No nets so you had to have the curtains drawn to change. No opportunity to make your own hot drink.
